I've just had Ross from Beaver Pest Control here for a 2 week follow-up and he was able to identify where the mice were entering from and has now sealed it completely with silicone sealant and set further traps . Fingers crossed that this will work to stop them and he will return to follow-up again in a week or so. Very pleased with the commitment and dedication to do a good job, not to mention his friendly disposition.

We are a supported living service in Camden who support people with learning disabilities. staff informed me that they think the service had a bed bug infestation, I called Beaver pest control and spoke to a very helpful customer service rep called Monica, I explained to Monica about the person we support and that any type of bugs could trigger an episode in regards to his mental health, Monica went that extra mile to help and organised a technician to come the following day, we are very happy with the turn around and the support we received and appreciate the understanding of beaver pest control customer service representative Monica.

We noticed a lot of wasps outside our bedroom window, called Beaver and arranged an appointment within a couple of days. Dan came today, explained what he was going to do and told us what would happen to the nest and the time it would take for the nest to die. Dan quickly carried out the work, spraying the powder where it needed to go and not making a mess. He then explained what to do next, keep the windows closed, keep out of the garden for a few hours etc. He then wiped down any overspray and made sure everywhere was tidy and he was gone. An absolute grade A service by a grade A bloke. Thanks Beaver & thanks Dan.

I had a problem with a mouse taking up residence in my flat and leaving excrement and chewing my door frames. Beaver pest control send a technician to review the property and set appropriate counter measures which worked. They also came back a few weeks later to check there was no more activity and to remove equipment and fill in the various holes left by the mouse. I found them to be friendly, happy to answer questions, professional and courteous and put my mind at rest. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and I understand why they have won so many awards. Excellent customer service.

Tyrell who has been looking after our two site her at Cypress Primary School for many years arrived on site with his usual cheerful attitude. He carries out his duties in a very professional manor. There is no fuss and nothing is too much for him, he does exactly what he is here to do and leaves us with no signs of ever being here. For some years we have had a persistent problem of mouse infestation in and around our kitchen. In the past we have called in our local authority pest control service on several occasions but this has resulted in only partial and temporary improvement. I found Beaver on the Trusted Traders website. They responded promptly to my approach and their operative Tyrelle has paid us three visits. I found him to be thorough and diligent in his investigation of possible entry points, blocking off of these, and laying of traps, and very pleasant to do business with. While it is too early to judge the longer-term effect, there seems to have been at least for now a complete cessation of mouse activity.

Beaver Pest Control have been looking after our building for the last three years and have been wonderful. We had our first incident of a rat in our building yesterday, and immediately Dessie and Jack sprung into action and were on site within the hour to help us.

Scott came to survey our drains to establish the ingress point for the rat problem that we had been experiencing. Scott and his colleague Rob were fantastic. We greatly appreciated Scott's thoroughness, professionalism and empathetic understanding of the unpleasantness and urgency of the problem. He was fantastic. Scott on behalf of Beaver quickly produced a very detailed 32 page report which is enabling us to make decisions about further actions we need to take. The ongoing conversations and communication we are having with Beaver has been to a similarly exemplary standard. To date everything has been done to date and we have been made aware of additional costs as necessary. We highly recommend Beaver Pest Control and their very excellent staff and service.

I had a rat coming from the drains into my property. Beaver Pest Control came and set bait and traps, and saw a potential opening from a pipe in the house. After opening the manhole, I saw the rat pop its head out from the drain. So I was happy with the initial visit as the rat entry was identified. This cost was £216. Beaver suggested a High pressure water jetting for £150+Vat, and a Drain survey for £570. I had a visit from Thames Water with their camera who showed our pipes were fine and they told me to get a one way valve installed. I told Beaver Pest I did not need a drain survey as Thames Water had been and I just want the valve, as well as the previous Beaver employee had shown the potential exit. Beaver Pest insisted that they couldn’t work out the size or how many valves to install without a drain survey which is £570. The previous Beaver Pest inspector had found the pipe opening, and Thames Water had said our pipes were fine, so Beaver are plainly overcharging customers rather than providing solutions. Ridiculous.

Colin Sexton did a fantastic job. He was on time, polite and sorted the problem out quickly and without fuss.

I ordered two heavy duty screen doors to be fitted at my home, mainly to prevent flies in the summer. From start to finish the service was outstanding. Mick Tierney, came to carry out the initial assessment. He was extremely professional but also pleasant and very responsive to my questions. Throughout the entire process I was left in no doubt that I was a valued customer. It mattered to them that I was happy with the product and the service. The doors were fitted yesterday by Dave. He contacted me to agree the install day. Arrived on time, was also professional and very respectful of my home. True to form Mick called while the doors were being fitted to check that all was going well. I have had extensive work carried out at my home by numerous service providers and expect a high standard. These guys were one of the best. I Cannot praise them and their company BPC highly enough.

Asked Beaver Pest Control to get rid of fox hole under my house. They did a really excellent job in very cramped conditions. Paul and Edouard went the extra mile and did a really thorough job leaving the place looking really tidy afterwards. Thoroughly recommend them. Five stars.

We unfortunately have rats in our wall and ceiling cavities. James C & Brian were great on their first visit today. Very friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and gave me some good advice re: cleaning affected areas. Laid some traps and assessed the drains as much as they could. Advised another visit with a drain camera team. All in all very happy so far. Customer service was great - 5 stars. Quality and value - 4 stars, as in all fairness the problem is being solved, not fully solved yet.

Colin Sexton has been superb, he has laid traps and bait, which has been successful, came out on a last minute when the issue escalated, he has been nothing but helpful and looking forward to the report for a long term fix implementation by the landlord

Darran, turned up early and did such a professional job. Care and attention throughout. 1st of two visits for the spray treatment but as we have regular pest control visits Darran's has always been able to advise on the best cost effective option to keep the premises safe and pest free. Well done Beaver Pest Control on clearing my ongoing mouse problem, being in Central London I have suffered with mice for some time but since having received a visit from their expert George Pullinger he seems to have solved the issue for good, thanks guys.

I couldn’t be more pleased with this service. Dave was quick to book a slot asap on Sunday. George came along and explained what he would do, sprayed our hedge and cleared all the dead caterpillars and their droppings before leaving. He was very knowledgable and answered all our questions. The phrase “your home is your castle” is a true expression for those individuals who want to have their own space to relax and unwind from the rigours of the increasing demands from the workplace environment. However, while we look at our home as a place to relax, we sometimes encounter those animals that share our own little bit of garden space. On many occasions, this co-habitation offers a chance to observe the wildlife in our garden which frequently is an enjoyable experience. However, on very odd occasions there is often an unwelcome encounter with some of the wildlife. From my own personal experience, I had a problem with a fox, who was causing more than a general nuisance. After contacting several organisations, I found Beaver Pest Control to have a sound understanding of the nature of my predicament. After an initial assessment they provided me with a gentleman called George. He instantly knew the gravity of the situation and came across as a person who had a strong knowledge of various kinds of wildlife and a passion to keep developing himself and others in this area. He demonstrated an equal respect to the sympathetic needs of animals and the distress that they may cause on the odd occasion to people in their homes. George proved to be very professional with regards to myself and after a couple of attempts the situation was finally resolved. I would like to thank George for this, and I would have no hesitation in recommending him or the company he works

Dave and his team helped us with pigeons and squirrels in the gables of our house - they were knowledgeable and professional, kept me updated on progress and provided suggestions when we weren't sure what to do. We had scaffolding up and a funnel for the animals with multiple visits for a really reasonable price. Again would 100% recommend and use them again! Thank you

I spotted a mouse running across my sitting room floor on a Friday evening - tried calling a few "well known" pest control companies but all were closed until Monday. I then came across Beaver Pest Control who answered my call immediately and were able to send someone out over the weekend. The first visit was extremely thorough and everything was explained really well. A few weeks later, Roy came back to fill in any holes and check there had been no more mice in the property. A really excellent job all round and I would definitely use again - everyone I met was polite, prompt and went above and beyond what I had expected!

We had a particularly inaccessible wasps' nest plaguing us and Darren came to the rescue after the first attempt had failed. He devised a very ingenious way of getting at the wasps and knocked them on the head. Cheerful and very engaging, Darren did the job with great efficiency. Many thanks.

Rob and Roy from Beaver Pest Control came twice this month to treat the carpet moths and mice infestation in my flat in Wimbledon. (This was part of a larger operation covering the communal areas of the block, the grounds and several other flats). They were punctual and courteous and took pains to answer my questions and allay my fears. They left my home clean and tidy, without damage or breakages, unlike another contractor I have used in the past. The company's charge seems appropriate for their time, effort, expertise and materials. I will discover in due course the effectiveness of the treatment! Meanwhile, I would recommend them without reservations.

Called on a bank holiday, Steve came out to us that afternoon, with a second visit the next day by Tyerrel. They both dealt with our infestation very efficiently. We had a two week revisit by Colin (palace fan) like ourselves lol. All three guys were very professional. And a special mention to Pauline in the office.

The operative guy, Jason, was personable and experienced. On the first visit he almost completely eradicated the problem, which was causing me health difficulties. On the return visit he identified some further problems which I hope are eradicated. There is a four week guarantee after the second visit, which has given me a lot of peace of mind.

They're always at the end of the phone, and their service is swift and 100% efficient - leaving us one less business headache to worry about. Eddie must be commended for his thoughtful and thorough service, honesty and consideration for our well-being at home. It took a few visits to get it all right, but he trusted his instincts in understanding the problem and went above and beyond to ensure that all that could be done was done re pest management, closing gaps/holes etc. When he left today, he said in the most considerate way, "I hope to not see you again" - this is the absolute best thing that a trader can say, and we really appreciate this. Although there was an initial hiccup in the process, once the order had been found, the first appointment was made for the following day. The regular return visits were explained in advance and adhered to. Brian, the technician was professional, thorough and friendly. I would not hesitate in recommending him and Beaver Pest Control.

Beaver Pest themselves were really nice on the phone. They sent Tyrelle. He was really knowledgeable about all type of drains and where the rats were coming from, and got stuck in investigating everything thoroughly. Tyrelle even unearthed a sewer cover hidden under the lawn in the garden (that I didn't previously know about) and managed to open it even though it was old and rusty. He was very reassuring to be around especially as I'm very squeamish with rats. He is a great communicator, very punctual and a really lovely guy. Considering we were dealing with rats, it was a really positive experience. I can't speak highly enough of Tyrelle.

Roy visited our property to remove a mice infestation. He was highly knowledgeable and professional and did an excellent job laying traps and sealing holes in the flat. We can already see a difference.

I did have a serious problem with vermin on my property and Terry from Beaver pest control came and has dealt with my problem fantastically. He came and sorted the problem first and then put a plan into action and always explained what he was doing. On the next visit which was 2 weeks later, he came in and did what he told me he was going to do, proceeded to carry out the works. Three years ago we called Beaver for a minor but annoying mouse problem. We cannot fault the service. People are thorough, reliable, informative, accommodating, tidy and pleasant. They arrive quickly if needed. We now have the problem well under control and a reasonably priced yearly service contract that gives us peace of mind.

My experience with the company overall was great from A to Z. Good costumer service, caring and reliable also the price was fair. I had peoblem with wasps and Scott carried out a grat job assuring all nests was treated. He assured me that he will come again free of charge and treat the wasps should they still be there. It has been few days since the treatment carried out and I couldnt see any wasp, so finger crossed.

We contacted Beaver as we discovered mouse activity in our kitchen. We agreed a schedule and cost and Tyrelle phoned us to make an appointment and he made a first visit to assess the scale of the problem and set various traps and baits. We were confident that the issue was being dealt with in a professional manner and subsequently the problem seems to have been resolved. His second visit, two weeks later, to check and re-bait confirms this. Tyrelle helpfully suggested some things to do to minimise the risk of further mouse activity.
