Great service from Victor as his team. They did the bathroom exactly as I wanted it to look. There were efficient and kept the rest of the house as tidy as can be expected. They treated the rest of the house well and adequately and properly covered furniture to prevent dust/damage during the construction. He was honest and helpful throughout the process and advised when there were problems. I would definitely recommend and use again

Bee Builders did an excellent bathroom refit in our flat. The job was completed on time as per the estimated time frame provided, it was a fair price for the job, it was to an exceptional standard, Victor was quick to respond to any queries and was very reassuring as well as having very high standards of his own and his staff's workmanship. We have just had our kitchen replaced by Bee Builders using Howdens units and including wall tiling and flooring and are absolutely delighted with the result. The standard of workmanship is absolutely superb; Victor and his staff are extremely hard working tradesmen who take a real pride in their work and it shows! Our decision to contact Bee Builders for a quote was based on earlier "Which" reviews, we had not seen any of their work beforehand. Victor appeared knowledgeable, trustworthy and polite and proved to be so (as did his staff) throughout the process. The kitchen Bee Builders replaced had challenges in terms of size, shape, location of doors/windows etc making it less straightforward to achieve the desired end look but all were overcome. Victor made some suggestions in relation to finishing and decorative aspects which improved the appearance of the room, we just LOVE our new kitchen. There were some minor hiccups along the way with some damaged units having been delivered & some changes to the original specification of works but these were all rectified by Bee Builders immediately. Works were carried out on time and on budget and we now have a kitchen which is exactly what we hoped for. The pricing was very reasonable especially given the high standard of work. We would not hesitate to recommend Bee Builders to others, we won't be looking elsewhere for building & joinery works in future.

Having read the good reviews, I contacted Bee Builders (Victor) regarding the replacement of a kitchen worktop. This included fitting a new sink. We communicated via email and he was always quick to respond.His estimate was competitive. The work was completed to a very high standard, and I have been very pleased with the final result. Everything was left clean and tidy. His invoice was exactly as expected. In summary, I was delighted with the work which Victor carried out. The recommendations on the Trusted Traders website are fully justified.

What to say? I supervised work on my daughter’s flat in Glasgow! Somehow it was more stressful than getting work done on my own place! My daughter, I love her, wanted it to be perfect! She was suffering from an overload of work that has had to be done on her place last year so was not in a place where she wanted to deal with it! Victor was a joy to work with! He made decisions easy with the advice he gave! Pointed out things we hadn’t thought of and turned what was a stressful process into a triumph! My daughter came home after a week to a beautifully finished bathroom which is perfect at every stage! From the new walls and floor to the perfectly finished tiles, beautiful grouting etc. etc... Really, utterly delighted! Worth every penny spent and Victor will be my first point of call for any and all future building work that I may have to undertake in the Glasgow area! Fantastic work from Victor and the team at Bee Builders! We recently used them for a fairly big bathroom upgrade and was very impressed with the workmanship and service we received. Nothing was too much trouble and the standard of their work was very impressive. Very competitive pricing made it even better! Victor fully refurbished the kitchen in our traditional Victorian house which included stripping out our old kitchen cabinets, plastering and preparing the walls & floors and fitting in new kitchen units, flooring, tiling and painting. Victor and his team were very professional right from the start. They were very efficient at dealing with various issues that came up and completed the job with great attention to detail. We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen and would highly recommend Victor and his team.

Beautiful job of renovating an old and somewhat cramped shower room! Victor and his colleague worked hard to successfully remove old and unsightly pipework and electrics, and hide the replacement services from view. They successfully repaired the rotten joists and floor which were revealed when the old shower was removed, and managed to complete this and the rest of the work within their original timetable. The tiling etc. was done to a high standard and we are very pleased with the end result of their labours. A bonus was their pleasant attitude and helpfulness!

From the first visit to survey the work to the completion of the job Victor was polite, professional and very helpful. The work involved renewing our bathroom, (installing a shower unit instead of a bath) and the work was carried out very professionally and quickly and I have no hesitation in highly recommending Bee Builders. I do not envisage any problems but feel confident that should any arise they will be dealt with in the same helpful, professional way. We are pleased to provide this reference for ‘Bee Builders’, owned by Victor Vassiltchenkov. ‘Bee Builders’ was the appointed Trusted Trader for the installation of a new bathroom, under the direction of Bathroom Store. We were very impressed with his work and general approach and because of this, we then appointed his company to renovate an upstairs shower room by installing a new shower and tiling. Victor Vassililtchenkov was thorough in scoping each job. He identified potential difficulties and solutions, acted upon advice we gave him (e.g. location of pipes etc.,) and on the basis of his experience, gave good suggestions which improved the end result. Victor identified the timescale for each job and kept to it. His price seemed to us to be reasonable and there were no additions to the agreed quotation, except where we asked for additional work. I was given very good practical advice and design suggestions. The workmanship is excellent and I am delighted with the end result. Communication at all times was excellent and the price very good. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bee Builders.

I chose this company to refurbish my flat due to 1) Recommendation. 2) Prompt reply to my query. 3) Polite and respectful plus a quick estimate . Victor and his team were very, very busy bees due to the huge refurbishment of my flat, this involved, new central heating, electrics checked and meter moved. Designing and installing of kitchen and bathroom. The list still goes on, nothing was a problem or issue, whatever I wanted, that's exactly what I got. Victor's customer service is excellent and the work ethos is phenomenal. Summing up, there was no sting and that the guys who tackled my refurbishment were tidy.

The work was removing the existing kitchen fitting new pre-built Wren units, plumbing, flooring, electrical work and tiling. Victor carried out a survey and made some excellent suggestions to which we agreed. He gave a competitive quote for the job and stuck to it. Work commenced on the agreed date and finished in a shorter time than we thought due to their work ethic. Communication on the job and with e-mails worked well. They were well mannered and protected the rest of the house during the work. The kitchen was never left in a mess after the day's work. They worked hard to satisfy their own high standards which was appreciated by us. No real problems were encountered minor ones were solved right away. I was fortunate to get Victor back to fit my bathroom, having done a fantastic job on my kitchen. He has transformed my tenement bathroom. He fitted a floating sink, new toilet, freestanding back to wall bath, floating cabinet, mirror cabinet, fitted modern towel rail and thermostatic shower. He tiled walls and floors to very high standard. He also lowered the uneven ceiling fitting extractor and low voltage lights. I have been left with a bathroom that is beatifully finished at a price that was much cheaper than I was quoted elsewhere. He went the extra mile moving an unsightly mains pipe to behind the toilet. I can not recommend him enough if you’re looking to get your bathroom upgraded. He has highlighted that you can achieve a functional modern bathroom even within relatively confined spaces.

Victor was fantastic from the first phone call until the day he finished the job! On a personal level, he is well mannered, punctual, reliable, trustworthy and very reasonable. He completed a full renovation for us, including a kitchen refurb, painting all walls, replacing doors, fitting laminate floor and tiling. He also did some extras like putting up light fittings and curtain poles. His work is of a very high standard, with a very good finish, I really couldn’t fault him. He even cleaned up afterwards. A real gentleman, I would highly recommend him, can’t thank him enough.

Kitchen (5x4m) ceiling badly water damaged. Victor provided a very acceptable quote by return, started a couple of days later and within 3 days the ceiling & coving was completely removed and replaced, painted and finished, including some additional lighting. He also patched some holes in the wall and repainted them to match the ceiling. All waste was removed and the kitchen cleaned up when they finished. Brilliant professional, always on time. I'll have absolutely no hesitation in using his company again.

Victor fitted and tiled our kitchen, plastered and painted all our walls, fixed the electrics, replaces doors and put down laminate floors throughout. Victor and his team made a complete renovation of our bathroom in two weeks, as scheduled. The work was quite complicated as the space is difficult - but we are very a happy with the result. We found Victor to have a positive and constructive, solutions orientated attitude. Very easy and clear in communication. We had many quotes, and his was by far the most reasonable.
