Based in Bracknell we cover not only Berkshire but have engineers based outside of the county so can assist customers in Watford and the surrounding areas.

Engineers are Gas Safe registered and have a wealth of experience in the industry.

Missed appointment
Booked for my boiler to be serviced. I waited all morning at the agreed appointment slot but no one showed up. Contacted Berkshire East and was informed the Engineer was not able to attend. I was told that I should have been contacted, but there was no communication from Berkshire East. I was offered to rebook or cancel the appointment.

We are extremely sorry that we did not provide the level of customer service that we aim for. On this occasion, the engineer who was allocated the serivce had a family emergency. and was not available. We were in the process of contacting all customers who were booked in that day to re-arrange and explain the situation. Unfortunately, we hadn't reached this customer to let him know. We did apologise and offered to rearrange for another day but the customer declined. We strive to keep all bookings and in the rare circumstances that appointments are moved, we endeavour to keep customers informed. We failed on this occasion and can only apologise.
Excellent Customer Service, High Standards and Great Price

Following the demise of my old boiler in an airing cupboard, I asked several local firms to quote for a replacement to be located in the loft. Although each made a site visit and offered similar products, their assessments varied greatly – ranging from a job that was full of problems to one which was simple and straightforward. David Brown, managing director of Berkshire East Plumbing & Heating Ltd, leaned very firmly towards the latter and his easy style and frankness inspired confidence in the company. David’s quote was by far the lowest and this led me to ask him lots of questions in order to ensure that I was comparing like-with-like, and he answered them all fully and with great patience. Ultimately, I accepted his quote not simply for the price, but more importantly because I got the feeling that quality and customer service were high on the company’s list of priorities. My installers, Ben and Harrison, were polite, friendly and punctual. They kept me informed of what was happening, disruption was kept to a minimum, and they were careful and tidy about the house. At the end of the job, they made sure I understood the user functions for the boiler and programmer before leaving. The appearance of the installation is clear evidence of Ben’s pride in his work, and his neat pipework is in stark contrast to the existing plumbing. David, Ben and Harrison were exceptional ambassadors for the company and I am in no doubt that I was absolutely right to choose Berkshire East.

This firm replaced our boiler and cylinder, and we were happy from start to finish. David did the quote for us and was very knowledgeable, and happy to answer questions after the quote to give us confidence. The two fitters were great and left us with a superb new boiler very neatly fitted. Would definitely recommend them.
