Bespoke Blinds & Poles Limited

This is at least the 4th time we have used their services. They are always friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, turn up on time and do a neat job. I cannot imagine anyone doing a better job.

We have consistently used Bespoke Blinds and Poles over a number of years. We have never had any problems with their work and would recommend them with confidence.

When we were needing to buy curtains and blinds for a new build flat, Bespoke Blinds and Curtains were recommended to us. From the moment we had our first appointment with Maxine we felt very comfortable with her knowledge about her product. We loved the one to one service and having an hour to ourselves and we were able to take the architect plans and discuss each room in detail, getting advice on what would be best. We then returned to choose the products. Then the fun started as our project was very badly delayed and Neil couldn’t get access to measure up. They were both so patient with us as the building suffered over 18 months of delays. We had dates pencilled in that never happened and even the fitting cancelled the night before by the builder. Throughout it all Maxine was so patient, understanding and supportive. When finally we were able to have them fitted, Neil was an easy person to have around. He was happy to call back a few weeks later to fit the curtains in the guest bedroom when we couldn’t see the windows for boxes! We were very pleased with the final product. Out of all our suppliers, Bespoke Blinds and Poles were one of the easiest suppliers to deal with.

Bespoke Blinds and Poles provided a great service from the initial consultation at the showroom through to the fitting of the blinds. I would recommend them for anyone looking for a quality blind and top-notch service.

The work was carried out as previously agreed. Neil is exceptionally tidy and removed all traces of waste when he finished. The work was carried out to a very high standard. Overall - excellent work.

It was an awkward job fitting vertical blinds and a curtain track to a large bay window but the job was completed with skill and precision. The blinds really enhance the room. Extremely pleased with the result.

4 motorised velux blinds were fitted. The job was carried out on the agreed date, and was done quickly and efficiently, and clear instructions given on how to operate them. Rubbish was cleared up and taken away A job well done

Neil very expertly fitted new blinds to our front bay and then moved the old blinds to a bay at the back. All looking great. Job well done!

We contacted Bespoke Blinds as we were wanting vertical blinds for the two arched windows in our lounge and we were having difficulty in finding a business that could supply such blinds. We visited Maxine in the showroom and discussed our needs and she arranged for Neil to come out to our house to take detailed measurements. Neil came and he actually made a template for our two arched windows to make sure that the curvature was correct as the measurements were slightly different. We are delighted with the service and attention that we received from Maxine and Neil and delighted with the blinds that they have supplied and fitted for us. Highly recommended.
