When renovating my property about 18 years ago, by accident when grabbing a Chinese take away one evening, from an adjacent shop property, I spotted “Bespoke Blinds” and as I was looking locally for such a business , I naturally called in a day or two later. Customer friendly, helpful & knowledgeabl owner steered me in the right direction & Husband Neil came. & did a survey. Within a few weeks the blinds were fitted ( south facing windows to Dining Kitchen, Utility & Lounge + 3 bedrooms & a bathroom.) Neil like his Wife, very friendly & helpful to say nothing of knowledgeable and. experienced of course. Advance 16 years or more & wear & tear had taken its toll on 2 or 3 of the blinds, with cords needing attention if not replacement. Of course I returned to Bespoke Blinds, Neil came & had a good luck, took away a couple of the units ( clip fitting to two French doors ) as they were easier to upgrade in his workshop and a couple of days later, they are back fitted and doing their job properly again. Others needed attention to the plastic chains and another a replacement track. All done very smoothly and of course properly. Therefore absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending this SW Sheffield & NE Derbyshire family business. Brilliant, thoughtful service.

Our new lounge blind screen looks amazing! Maxine in the showroom took time to discuss what we wanted, explained different options available and gave sensible suggestions to us that matched our budget. Neil came to measure then fit at a later date. He was pleasant, friendly, prompt and worked in a tidy manner. I wanted a remotely controlled blind for a Velux roof window. I spoke to Maxine by phone, and Neil came by appointment a day or two later to get details of my window and to explain very clearly how the blind would work and to show me samples of material. I made a choice and received an email quote and approximate date of fitting within hours. I accepted the quote and the blind was fitted on the date specified. The work and the conduct of the business have been to my entire satisfaction. I would recommend the company to anyone

We have recently had blinds fitted by Bespoke Blinds in our living room and in our dining room. The whole experience has been excellent - visiting the small local showroom, measuring up, and fitting. There was quite a gap between measuring up and fitting, but this was partly because the blinds were made to measure, and also because we were informed that the automation of the blinds would be free if we waited until the manufacturer had their offer available. We were very happy to wait because we saved a lot of money. We have no hesitation in recommending this company.

My Roman Blind was damaged by my decorator. A whole top unit was needed. Thankfully, Bespoke Blinds and Poles were able to replace the mechanism, and my blinds are now as good as new. Good to find a company that can repair blinds as well as just sell them. Very pleasant people to deal with.

Maxine in the shop was very helpful in showing us suitable blinds for our back door. Her attention to responding with a quote and subsequent emails was very efficient. Bespoke blinds and curtains have been professional, reliable and helpful from first contact. As well as track I also had pelmet boards made for both windows. These are big windows/ French doors in an old house. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We couldn't recommend Bespoke Blinds highly enough. We had them fit roof and side blinds to our conservatory. Maxine and Neil - whose business this is - are a delight to work with - from the initial visit to their rather impressive showroom, through to installation and after sales support. I needed a blind for a very wide but not very high former window. In the showroom I was presented with a range of options after I explained my preferences. Having selected a blind (with no pressure) the exact measurements were taken and order placed. I was kept updated on progress and fitting was completed as promised. I’m very happy with both the product and service. I’ll certainly use this company in future.

Excellent service from ordering the rails and installation. Neil from Bespoke blinds& poles installed the new rails he took the curtains down and fitted new rails then rehung the curtains for us. When we were needing to buy curtains and blinds for a new build flat, Bespoke Blinds and Curtains were recommended to us. From the moment we had our first appointment with Maxine we felt very comfortable with her knowledge about her product. We loved the one to one service and having an hour to ourselves and we were able to take the architect plans and discuss each room in detail, getting advice on what would be best. We then returned to choose the products. Then the fun started as our project was very badly delayed and Neil couldn’t get access to measure up. They were both so patient with us as the building suffered over 18 months of delays. We had dates pencilled in that never happened and even the fitting cancelled the night before by the builder. Throughout it all Maxine was so patient, understanding and supportive. When finally we were able to have them fitted, Neil was an easy person to have around. He was happy to call back a few weeks later to fit the curtains in the guest bedroom when we couldn’t see the windows for boxes! We were very pleased with the final product.
