We have used BLS Roofing Specialist on 3 occasions to carry out repairs to the roof of our cemetery chapel. Brian is always quick to reply to my e-mails, the job is always carried out for the agreed price and to a very high standard. We would certainly recommend BLS Roofing Specialist.

Friendly response when I called with my enquiry. Quick to come out to quote, quick to schedule in work, only a week between quote & completion. Happy with the work carried out, 2 nice guys were sent to do the job - arrived when expected and were quick, friendly and left no mess. All in all very satisfied. From start to finish Brian and his team reassured me that his work will not let me down. We had an Summer Roof built last year but our experience was soured because it leaked. The company that built the extension went into liquidation so the guarantee was worthless. The leak started not long after completion. Having recently bought a house in Horncastle, the survey report came up with a few deficiencies on the roof. The report mentioned some loose and missing slates, a flat roof between roof ridges that would need periodic cleaning, to prevent blocking the rain water box gutter, that ran through the roof space. Rain water gutters were also in need of clearing of debris. Brian's men were punctual, cordial and efficient. The job was completed in good time, a job well done, a water tight roof once again.

The guys arrived on time, as promised, and undertook some remedial work: specifically, repointing above some lead flashing, above uPVC window sills and a variety of areas where merited; also, they realigned some tiles, which had become misplaced. They were very pleasant and professional throughout.

We recently moved to this property and had this job on the agenda since the surveyor pointed out the problems in the home buyer report. I contacted Brian after researching in here and Checkatrade. Once contacted, he came to see the job and quoted there and then. Within two weeks, Louis was tasked with the job. He worked all day without a break, save for having to go and get 60 more tiles than was originally expected. The price remained the same and the job was completed. All tidied up with contents of gutter and all broken tiles removed from site. I’m a very happy customer and would certainly recommend Brian and his staff to anyone who asks.
