I’m a lone female having a new boiler installation which is incredibly overwhelming so after several quotes I choose blue flame solutions. I was offered a competitive quote from a gentleman who answered all of my questions taking time to offer advice, explaining the process fully in a respectful manner. The work was carried out quicker than anticipated in an incredibly neat and tidy fashion. The price quoted was the price paid. Highly recommended.

The job entailed changing a boiler and fitting nine new radiators. The work commenced on the date agreed and finished ahead of schedule. The workforce were punctual, polite and worked diligently until the work was completed. Their work throughout was carried out in a very tidy and friendly manner. Engineers arrived promptly to install our new Worcester Bosch. Gary was very informative and explained all the technical procedures including flushing of the radiators. Our gas fire and back boiler of 18 years old were removed in May and a new fire and combination boiler installed. All of the work was carried out by Blue Flame Gas Solutions. Gary and his team were polite, very professional and efficient, with all work completed on time and as per quotation schedule. Upon completion everything was explained. My wife and I were delighted with the quality of the job and would not hesitate in recommending Blue Flame Gas Solutions to theirs. Money well spent.

Had a new boiler fitted by Gary and his team in April. Can honestly say the service received lived up to the on-line info on Worcester, Checkatrade & Which sites. It was very refreshing to find a company so professional, friendly, excellent value, that took great pride in their work and were not out to rip you off (when Gary came to personally assess my requirements he explained in full why I needed a certain level of boiler - other quotes I had all recommended far higher spec boilers costing £100's of pounds more). Have already recommended to friends and family. Outstanding service received from personal quote, through fit, to call back to stop 2 radiators weeping.
