Blue Flame Service Ltd is a local firm based in Maryport, Cumbria, originally set up by David Harrison in 2003. Over the past 15 years we have developed and grown into one of Cumbria ’s leading utility contractors providing first class plumbing, heating, electrical and renewable services.

Our fleet of 5 fully fitted vehicles support all the services we provide covering the whole of Cumbria, Millom to Carlisle, Whitehaven to Penrith.

We cover all aspects of Plumbing and Heating, Blue Flame Services are now able to offer boiler finance and Bathroom finance options throughout Cumbria.

Blue Flame can now offer easy payment solutions with 0% APR on all boiler, bathroom and electrical installations.

We can now protect your Home with a range of Boiler Care packages starting from £0.37 a day, all packages include an annual boiler service, unlimited call outs and up to £1,000 inc vat for repair works.

Blue Flame have been servicing my central heating boiler and gas fire for quite a number of years now. Their engineers are always polite and friendly and act in a very professional manner. They also appear to be knowledgeable and ready to offer advice about home heating systems. They always make an effort to keep your home clean whilst doing the service.

We returned home having been away for a couple of weeks to find our LPG boiler would not start. We called Blue Flame early in the afternoon and they came out the same day and repaired our old boiler, having been able to locate and use spares from an old boiler. They worked until late in the evening to ensure the boiler was working, always with a smile. They returned the next morning to check everything and make a couple of minor adjustments. The engineers were extremely professional and very pleasant to deal with: I would thoroughly recommend them. It is rare to see such excellence and superb customer service. Thank you!

We are delighted with the service we received from Blue Flame. It took less than a week from the initial site visit to completion of the install. The Engineer (David) was very professional and thorough. All work was carried out as per the quote. On completion of the install, David noticed that the pressure had dropped in the new boiler, he went above and beyond in tracing the problem (which was a faulty radiator connection and nothing to do with the work carried out). To carry out the repair, David had to go under the house crawl space, which is not the nicest of environments, and to make matters worse the weather outside was torrential rain. The repair was carried out successfully and David stayed to check there were no other issues. All in all, a fantastic service from a very professional and friendly company. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Blue Flame Services Limited have constantly delivered us with a professional, friendly, quick, stress free & exemplary service. They recently fitted us with a new boiler, David came out to review the work needed, he clearly explained the process & options available, no hard sell just informative & answered all of our questions. Even though this is the busiest time of year Patrick managed to fit us in around their very busy work schedule. David & Reece fitted our new boiler, they were a pleasure to have in our home, both very friendly & respectful of our property & left our home tidy. We are very pleased with our new boiler & we were also pleased that they flushed through all of our radiators. The paperwork was completed by them & our water quality tested & the details emailed to us. David explained how the boiler works & how to operate the system. The whole process was smooth, easy & stress free.
