Again, during the installation of the furniture we take a considerate approach and communicate with all parties to minimise disruption to the clients’ lives.
We understand how important the ’ Bluebell Experience’ is as much as the quality of the furniture. Our clients also value our non-aggressive approach to the sales experience never pursuing the ‘hard sell’.

Bluebell transformed my neglected box room into a fitted study/bedroom in a way which I would not have thought possible. The design managed to make it look bigger even though there is more furniture than before and Tom’s craftsmanship was excellent, especially in the way that he fitted cupboards round an awkwardly shaped ceiling and picture rail. I was consulted at each stage. They were very helpful in recommending craftsmen for the work that needed to be done before the fitting and all of these proved to be of good quality and reliable. I would recommend Bluebell to anyone.

I have now used Bluebell fitted furniture three times. I was so pleased with the the master bedroom and kitchen re-fit that I did not hesitate to use them again for my spare room improvements.Everything was handled very efficiently, even with the added complications that Covid19 brought. The fitter completed the work on time and did an excellent job. I will certainly use the Company again for my next project. Highly recommend.

From the design process through to fitting the furniture, we enjoyed dealing with Bluebell. They were happy to modify the designs and choices of finishes until we were happy. Despite being located almost 200 miles away from us (in London) and with the challenges of the coronavirus restrictions, they still managed to fit the furniture as planned and - most importantly - it looks fabulous!

We cannot fault the service we received from Bluebell from the original plans to the fitting, everyone was superb and the bedroom looks absolutely amazing - this was the smallest room in the house but now looks brilliant and bigger than before we started thanks to the clever design.

The work involved stripping out an old (Bluebell) cupboard and fitting 2 bespoke bookcases, the larger one including storage for record deck and gear and vinyl collection. The units were near black finishef wood and finished with glass doors. The work was undertaken to schedule and budget. The difference with Bluebell is their experienced considered design stage, purpose made units, excellent fitting and good value for money. There was regular company contact which all added up to good customer care. Highly recommended.

Bespoke furniture fitted for my Daughter's bedroom. We have previously used national companies and I have to say the build quality on Bluebell's furniture is far superior. Designed to our needs without being pushy or pressurised. We didn't even know the fitter was working, he was polite, friendly and tidied up after himself. Will be going back later this month to sort out wardrobes for my other daughter. Thank you to everyone in involved.

Excellent service from day one, both on design and workmanship. The bedroom furniture was designed and fitted very professionally and was 100 percent satisfied with the finished job. We have used Bluebell for three rooms in our apartment and our thrilled to bits with the finish in each room. Our wine/drinks cabinet is admired by all and makes our lounge complete. The TV room is just stunning and we are really pleased with the finished result. How the designers managed to match up our original kitchen cupboards with a contrast has been an amazing achievement it really finishes off the room. Any snagging problems were dealt with quickly and nothing was too much trouble. I can only speak highly of all the staff from the designers to the joiners, they are all friendly and easy to deal with. Mike runs an extremely and efficient business.
