Recommend by a friend. Good quality and bespoke with a large range of finishes. The designer had good ideas. We did have to carefully check the plans as mistakes were made e.g 3-panel doors on a plan with a mirror in the middle when we had asked for a mirror door and two doors with the finish chosen. Could not fault the fitting and was completed on the dates agreed. The fitter was excellent. Overall very happy and would recommend it.

Bluebell designed, manufactured and installed a fitted wardrobe for us. We were involved in all stages of the design process and where we required modifications to the design they were implemented quickly, re-costed and represented to us for confirmation they met our requirement. As part of this process we visited the Bluebell showroom in Sale where we were impressed by the hospitality offered and the compliance with COVID19 safety practices demonstrated by the staff. Once the design was complete and (after a little negotiation) a price was agreed we were advised of the timeframe for manufacture and subsequent installation of the wardrobe. A timeline that Bluebell kept and delivered to. The wardrobe was installed over 2 days (28th & 29th January 2021) by Bluebell's fitter Tom, who clearly had pride in his work. Throughout the installation period Tom demonstrated his expertise and professionalism ensuring he kept us informed of progress , suggesting slight inflight tweeks to the design and making sure we were happy with the outcome. At all times he complied with COVID19 safety practices. Tom did a superb job. Overall we are extremely happy to have done business with Bluebell. The personnel we interacted with throughout the procurement, manufacture and subsequent installation were very professional, friendly and focused on ensuring that the were meeting our requirements. Bluebell worked with me to come up with a design that looks really nice in a relatively small bedroom. There was also a good selection of finishes so that it tones in well with existing furniture. A fitting date was agreed when I confirmed the order, and this was adhered to. The fitter also re-fitted the bedroom carpet. The mirrors weren't fitted on the day but Bluebell got back in touch and fitted them the next week. Overall I was very pleased with the service.

Recommended to us by an interior designer we have been very pleased with the work completed by Bluebell. The design work was first class and flexible taking into account. The fit-out was on time (over two phases) and the completed job has exceeded our expectations. The designer was very personable and brought original thought to the process - we didn’t meet the fitter but all appears to be good. The whole project was on budget and we feel it has been good value. We visited the showroom on a couple of occasions and it demonstrated a good chromed focussed culture with very friendly staff.

Initially I was extremely impressed with Bluebell. The design meeting was productive, supportive and understanding of what was required Any changes were easily adjusted and customer service was very good However there were some problems which shouldn’t have happened - I wasn’t told that it wasn’t going to be completed on the day it should have been so I got home expecting a complete bedroom but found it very much incomplete! The cupboard doors were missing, headboard in the wrong place, mirrored doors missing and the wrong handles attached. It was also fitted too close to the wall even though it had been expressed clearly that there needed to be room for the curtain pole to fit! Fortunately I managed to rearrange this with the curtain company who changed the pole to a rail but this want what we had wanted initially. The fitter wasn’t cooperative and one bedside table that had clearly not been fitted correctly was met with ‘it wasn’t me who fitted that it was someone helping me!’ After persuasion he did take that off & fix it correctly. Customer service and the designer tried hard to rectify the problems but it was all very frustrating and had a severe knock on effect to the next stages in refurbishment. In the end I’ve whist accepted the handles since the hikes are now drilled and no other ones can be fitted For the price of the bedroom I would have expected better attention to detail & for me to be at least informed it wasn’t going to be finished on time

The work completed was the fitting out of our utility room and a study/ bedroom. We are very pleased with the result. The work was completed on time and budget. We have been involved with the process from initial drawings to final plans. There were some last-minute issues but these were dealt with very efficiently. I rarely leave reviews but Bluebell were excellent from first contact through to completion. We had a rather large media unit built and were quite fussy with the particular design. The designers were excellent and allowed us to tweak and change the renders until we were really happy. They are extremely flexible and also offer their own advice which was very helpful. The fitter did a great job and was also keen to offer his help to make our unit work properly. Small things such as taking a little time to identify the best place to hide HDMI and power cables etc was so helpful and means the furniture not only looks nice but is also fit for purpose. We have previously utilised some of the larger nationwide brands for furniture but would never again. Bluebell were personable and a pleasure to deal with. We would absolutely recommend to anyone and will certainly use them again the future.

this is an excellent service. We had the entire kitchen and Utility room ripped and full new kitchen made. The work was carried out very professionally. I am particularly impressed at their project management. The work was complex and needed much coordination between builder, electrician, fitter, plumber decorator. not once I had to call or chase anyone. The work was completed in 3 weeks as promised. Anything I wanted extra after the work started was also dealt with. I never heard a "no" or "we can't do that'. Anything that we wanted changing or adding even after the contract was signed was taken care of with absolutely no problem, never had to chase anything. A work very well done and I must complement Bluebell for an excellent work, they do keep on to their promises and compliments. Special thanks to Darren for excellent project management. Bluebell transformed my neglected box room into a fitted study/bedroom in a way which I would not have thought possible. The design managed to make it look bigger even though there is more furniture than before and Tom’s craftsmanship was excellent, especially in the way that he fitted cupboards round an awkwardly shaped ceiling and picture rail. I was consulted at each stage. They were very helpful in recommending craftsmen for the work that needed to be done before the fitting and all of these proved to be of good quality and reliable. The work involved stripping out an old (Bluebell) cupboard and fitting 2 bespoke bookcases, the larger one including storage for record deck and gear and vinyl collection. The units were near black finishef wood and finished with glass doors. The work was undertaken to schedule and budget. The difference with Bluebell is their experienced considered design stage, purpose made units, excellent fitting and good value for money. There was regular company contact which all added up to good customer care. Highly recommended.

Bespoke furniture fitted for my Daughter's bedroom. We have previously used national companies and I have to say the build quality on Bluebell's furniture is far superior. We have used Bluebell for three rooms in our apartment and our thrilled to bits with the finish in each room. Our wine/drinks cabinet is admired by all and makes our lounge complete. The TV room is just stunning and we are really pleased with the finished result. How the designers managed to match up our original kitchen cupboards with a contrast has been an amazing achievement it really finishes off the room. Any snagging problems were dealt with quickly and nothing was too much trouble. We had several quotes for fitted wardrobes from well known high street chains to small local independent firms, but had held off making a decision due to high prices or lack of confidence in the salespeople or companies. Bluebell were recommended to us by another contractor who was fitting some curtains, and it was a great recommendation. Bluebell were the cheapest quote we had, and the product quality and service was excellent. The wardrobes were designed, bespoke manufactured at their factory and fitted within 3 weeks. The fitters are full time employees of Bluebell's which means they know what they are doing, and there are no quibbles about whose issue something is. The benefits of this were evident when a slight change was needed mid build, which resulted in extra work for the fitters, but which was completed with no fuss, complaint or additional cost, and with the priority being around customer satisfaction as opposed to profit or time. I would highly recommend Bluebell based on my experience, and will be using them again when the need arises.

I did not think that a bookcase could be fitted into one of the alcoves in my dining room because of the location of a window and radiator. However Josh's design proved me wrong.
