What can I say except what a fantastic job this company has done for me . My windows and French doors are absolutely second to none . The communication between us the customer and them was great . Over the moon with Bluemanor. From the first contact, to the design team, to the installation team, to the accounts department we can not thank all of them enough. They gave us loads of different options on design and colour, their expert advise was above and beyond, we took their advice and so glad we did, it has changed the whole look of our house for the better. The bifold doors are amazing, giving an open and airy space. The colours are just right. We are so pleased we have now put an order in for our house to be weatherboarded. After several quotes for replacement front windows, a new front door and patio doors we chose Blue Manor to undertake the job. The job was to be completed over 2 days, with the bay window being the last job as I was concerned with what the lead work was going to look like and I arranged to take the time off work to be there whilst this was being done. To our surprise we came home on day 1 to find they had already done the bay window and the lead work was a complete eyesore. A complete rush job. After several heated discussions with an extremely rude head of installations this was rectified and a canopy installed which we are happy with. The door for which we paid a lot of money for was installed with the wrong colour frame. This was rectified but resulted in the door not fitting properly, after several visits this was rectified. The side panel of the door moves and we are still awaiting this to be rectified. The front window regularly bangs loudly not sure why this is happening. The front door has now also starting to make a similar noise. The upstairs window whistled loudly, this was rectified. 8 months on and we are still having issues. All in all a bad experience and would not recommend this Company.

I recently used Bluemanor to replace my old wooden front door for a composite fire regulated door. As Bluemanor are Fensa registered it fitted the criteria needed to place a new door for my flat. The door looks fantastic very smart and also secure. All of the team were professional and helpful through the whole process. After the door was fitted it was left clean and tidy all of the old door was removed. I would highly recommend Bluemanor and I would use the company again for any future work.

I was very impressed by Mark, who come over to give us the initial quote. We had some difficulties choosing the right design for the windows and he provided us with 3 different layouts for the windows which were self imposed onto our house. It made it easy to choose the most suitable frames and openings. The fittets were clean and tidy and did the job very well. One of the frame beadings had been scratched a little and Bluemanor sent (a different) Mark over to replace the edging. Thank you for a great job.

We were very impressed with the service from start to finish, from the attention we received when visiting their showroom where everything was fully explained and all questions answered and a quote given without any high pressure selling. A few weeks later the two fitters (Anthony and Tom) arrived on time and worked extremely hard to install the windows in a very professional, efficient and tidy manner. Very much a family firm, who we contracted for 9 replacement windows, a large replacement french window and a whole new glass roof for our glass roofed extension. All carried out over 2 (hectic) days, on the set date and as promised. The roofing team worked like mad to get it up and watertight before the predicted heavy rain and the window guy was methodical and clean. Price was very fair and clear. No heavy sales and very fast follow up on a couple of snagging issues. Only 1 quibble was that I did have to point out a few bits to the roofing team which they sorted on the day without issue, but I did feel that it should not be up to me to spot any faults/short cuts. but otherwise, very happy and would use them again.

Blue Manor replaced all the windows in my second floor flat a month ago and I am very happy to recommend them. I got 4 quotes for my windows and Blue Manor were not only the cheapest but gave the most professional sales pitch, with no high pressure tactics or anything other than the promise to supply a prompt quote. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and accommodating, and everything was carried out on time and to a very high standard. The only glitch - the suppliers had sent the wrong handles - was resolved quickly, and the FENSA certificate has just arrived without me having to chase it up. I'm very pleased with Blue Manor's service and product at every level.

Blue Manor surpassed my requests at every level! The conservatory that they installed was not a straightforward job due to the slope and the style we required. The result they achieved can only be described as a luxury sun room more than a conservatory. All aspects were completed by highly competent and friendly trades who cleaned up daily and completed ahead of schedule and at a great price. Cannot recommend enough.

I've engaged Bluemanor twice at two houses now, to fit doors, windows and re-glaze a conservatory. Excellent service on both occasions, and job left clean tidy and neatly finished. Unlike the big national companies, you don't get the pressure sales treatment, they give good advice and offer options. The finished price is much better too. I will certainly call them back again for future work. Highly recommended.
