Boiler Rescue Limited were great from start to finish. They responded promptly to a request for a quote, and a date was booked in the diary shortly after. Their pricing was fair, they were very professional and gave us full records of the work done straight after which was good to have. Would highly recommend!

Mark replied to my enquiry very promptly and gave me a date for the service of my boiler. He rang me on the morning of the visit to inform me that he would be arriving shortly, as planned. His work was very thorough and he talked through with me what he was doing and also gave me some areas that my boiler might need to be addressed in the near future. Due to the age of my boiler he also gave me some tips on how to keep the boiler in good condition and what might be done should there be any future issues. I had confidence in the job that he undertook.

Call made mid afternoon, boiler not working. Engineer was with us by 6pm. Excellent service with a friendly cheerful attitude. New his stuff and solved the issue. Definitely will use the company again.

Boiler Rescue provide an honest cost effective service for your boiler. The most recent issue I had, Boiler Rescue were totally honest with the options I had, whether to use them or opt for a fixed price from one of the large boiler suppliers. Can't ask more than that, that they give you open and honest advice and are completely happy with what option you decide to go with. Recently Boiler Rescue also sourced, supplied and installed a new hot water cylinder. All through the process Boiler Rescue were happy to discuss options and go with whatever we want to find, but despite doing our research we independently came to the conclusion they had suggested the best option in the first place. This is a company you can trust to do great quality work at honest prices and not rip you off. Also they give you all the options available to you and let you make the choice you are comfortable with.

I chose Boiler Rescue Limited based on the Which Trusted Trader reviews. Having booked a boiler service, Mark gave me 30 minutes notice that I was his next call. He arrived on time and carried out a thorough annual service. He was polite, courteous and professional in his approach and a tidy tradesman. He protected my kitchen work surface before working and wore shoe protectors where needed. I am very pleased with his service and would highly recommend his company.

Easy to contact on the phone and got an appointment is a short time. He explained everything on the phone about what would need doing and the price etc. The engineer turned up on time and spoke me through all the work that was going to be carried out. Kept mess to an absolute minimum and tidied up behind themselves. The engineer had his apprentice son with him and he was really thorough with making sure he’d completed everything to the correct standard and seemed like a really good teacher/mentor with lots of patience. They were both very friendly and I’m very happy with the job

Mark Pflaumer and his apprentice were punctual, efficient and friendly. They conducted the boiler service in a competent and professional manner. The work was completed on schedule and to the agreed price. Mark is an effective communicator and happy to answer any questions relating to our water and heating system. Nothing did go wrong but we have every confidence that Mark would have resolved any possible problems satisfactorily.
