What a fast turnaround we were without hot water Friday and called Matk he came out looked at the boiler ran through our options and done what he could for us at the time, he then went straight to his suppliers priced the job and called within 30 mins with a quote for the works we accepted and by Monday the boiler was repaired in a clean, concise manner truly happy with his work great guy hospitable and polite would HIGHLY RECOMMEND and certainly use again

Despite 2 previous plumbers/engineers not resolving problem, Mark had all sorted within 1 hour! No short cuts, work undertaken extremely professionally.

Mark has always served us well with the annual servicing of our ancient boiler. This time it stopped working on one of our coldest days. Mark was with us quickly and got the fan working in the interim, while he sourced a new one. His first visit was on a Friday and the new fan quotation first thing on the Monday. All replaced and working well by the following Thursday. Our agreed date. Mark is always efficient and reliable. A very agreeable and professional person who I would recommend without question.

First impressions count for a lot and from the moment of first contact I felt at ease with Mark at Boiler Rescue. My Potterton Boiler had ceased to work after 32 years without a repair. Mark diagnosed the fault and ordered an original flue fan without delay. He gave me a quote for the work and a day and time that he would attend to fix the problem.I was contacted by phone before his arrival as promised. The repair was carried out very professionally and the boiler was soon back in action. A thorough safety check was carried out including an emissions check and I was provided with a detailed list of what work was carried out and given some general advice - he was very happy to answer my questions. E mailed Mark, after the boiler programmer went faulty. He quickly replied (as he always does) with 3 replacement options. A day later he’d been round to fit my chosen unit. Giving me a call half an hour before arrival, to save me ‘waiting in.’ Before leaving, Mark took me through the set up process & tested system operation. I have been a customer for four years now. Mark runs a class operation. Always replying promptly. Often able to diagnose faults from a couple of photographs. Offers practical solutions and a high standard of workmanship. Mark replied to my enquiry very promptly and gave me a date for the service of my boiler. He rang me on the morning of the visit to inform me that he would be arriving shortly, as planned. His work was very thorough and he talked through with me what he was doing and also gave me some areas that my boiler might need to be addressed in the near future. Due to the age of my boiler he also gave me some tips on how to keep the boiler in good condition and what might be done should there be any future issues. I had confidence in the job that he undertook.

The most recent issue I had, Boiler Rescue were totally honest with the options I had, whether to use them or opt for a fixed price from one of the large boiler suppliers. Can't ask more than that, that they give you open and honest advice and are completely happy with what option you decide to go with. Recently Boiler Rescue also sourced, supplied and installed a new hot water cylinder. All through the process Boiler Rescue were happy to discuss options and go with whatever we want to find, but despite doing our research we independently came to the conclusion they had suggested the best option in the first place. This is a company you can trust to do great quality work at honest prices and not rip you off. Also they give you all the options available to you and let you make the choice you are comfortable with.

I chose Boiler Rescue Limited based on the Which Trusted Trader reviews. Having booked a boiler service, Mark gave me 30 minutes notice that I was his next call. He arrived on time and carried out a thorough annual service. He was polite, courteous and professional in his approach and a tidy tradesman. He protected my kitchen work surface before working and wore shoe protectors where needed. I am very pleased with his service and would highly recommend his company.

Easy to contact on the phone and got an appointment is a short time. He explained everything on the phone about what would need doing and the price etc. The engineer turned up on time and spoke me through all the work that was going to be carried out. Kept mess to an absolute minimum and tidied up behind themselves. The engineer had his apprentice son with him and he was really thorough with making sure he’d completed everything to the correct standard and seemed like a really good teacher/mentor with lots of patience. They were both very friendly and I’m very happy with the job

Mark Pflaumer and his apprentice were punctual, efficient and friendly. They conducted the boiler service in a competent and professional manner. The work was completed on schedule and to the agreed price. Mark is an effective communicator and happy to answer any questions relating to our water and heating system. Nothing did go wrong but we have every confidence that Mark would have resolved any possible problems satisfactorily.

Mark was very friendly and explained what he was doing and why. He carried out the boiler service and this sorted out the intermittent problem we were having with the ignition of the boiler upon hot water demand. He explained and went through some aftercare and identified another issue with a cracked part, so went through the details of this and what it would need/cost. I have no complaints about Mark, his service or work and would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone.

Mark has serviced our boiler for several years now. A few weeks ago he completed extensive works. However, a small leak began shortly afterwards, he very quickly came out, repaired this fault and charged no extra. Overall we’re really pleased with Mark.

I don’t write reviews but I have to say I have used Mark - Boiler Rescue on more then one occasion nothing is ever to much trouble for this guy. The service he provides is second to none, he is genuine, honest and above all else trustworthy.
