Mark came to do my annual boiler service, as always very polite and courteous, clean worker and explains all my questions if I have any. Mark responded promptly to our call and a time and date was arranged for a visit to inspect an upstairs radiator. Mark examined the leak and clearly explained the cause and the proposed solution. This is the third annual boiler service carried out by Mark and his excellent apprentice (and son). As with the previous two, Mark's quality of service, professionalism and technical expertise are all of the highest standard. Called Mark at Boiler Rescue Ltd to assess a long time problem with my central heating system. I received a prompt response and a subsequent visit immediately on the day I contacted him. He was quick to assess the problem and will be returning to check on the system in 6-8 weeks’ time. Mark and his apprentice, Ethan were efficient, effective and respectful- wearing covers over their outdoor shoes. A sense of confidence was imbued in their modus operandi.

Boiler Rescue Ltd are brilliant, they came on time. Got on with their job straight away two boilers to do full services on, everything checked and correct, then had to add on anti furring-up liquid to one of the systems. Very good value for money, with lovely friendly Mark and his Son (apprentice) did a fantastic job, I would always recommend this company to anyone.

What a fast turnaround we were without hot water Friday and called Matk he came out looked at the boiler ran through our options and done what he could for us at the time, he then went straight to his suppliers priced the job and called within 30 mins with a quote for the works we accepted and by Monday the boiler was repaired in a clean, concise manner truly happy with his work great guy hospitable and polite would HIGHLY RECOMMEND and certainly use again

Mark has always served us well with the annual servicing of our ancient boiler. This time it stopped working on one of our coldest days. Mark was with us quickly and got the fan working in the interim, while he sourced a new one. His first visit was on a Friday and the new fan quotation first thing on the Monday. E mailed Mark, after the boiler programmer went faulty. He quickly replied (as he always does) with 3 replacement options. A day later he’d been round to fit my chosen unit. Giving me a call half an hour before arrival, to save me ‘waiting in.’ Before leaving, Mark took me through the set up process & tested system operation. I have been a customer for four years now.
