Mark is always friendly, punctual, professional and helpful. He is always clear and fair about costs and 100% trustworthy. His work is always brilliant and he always clears up afterwards. The boiler has always worked efficiently after fixed. Also, Mark gives excellent advice. I'd recommend Mark wholeheartedly.

Arranged an engineer via the Local Heroes website on Sunday. I was called back by Mark within the hour to discuss the isssue. Mark knew exactly what was needed and arranged to order the part to avoid having to make two call outs (which saved me money). We agreed a date to fix the boiler. Mark explained what was required. All sorted within 1.5 hours. Very pleased with the service. Would highly recommend this company

Tenant stated no heating or hot water. I suspected the circ pump. I phoned Boiler Rescue & they solved the problem, by fitting a new pump and valves. Tenant happy, Landlord happy. Just the job and at a very fair price. Many thanks.

I can honestly say Mark was a gentleman from beginning to end ....... starting from the first phone call to book the appointment and a call to say on his way on the day, he was very informative, polite, and very tidy and clean while servicing my boiler. He has serviced my boiler, and is going to let me know prices for future parts. I will definitely use Mark again and would certainly recommend to others. As an older lady living alone, I felt very happy that a good service was done and have peace of mind.

Despite being delayed through traffic problems and arriving early evening, Mark carried out the work in an efficient and unhurried way. The work was an annual boiler service and to diagnose and fix, if possible, a circulation problem. The boiler service was carried out as expected with necessary paperwork being completed. Examination of the circulation problem revealed a leaky gate valve on the cylinder which Mark intends to replace in about 10 days, following a temporary repair. He has explained the likely causes of the circulation problem and we will see whether what he has done so far has sorted this out over the next few days. The work was carried out according to his estimate and we have been given a follow up estimate for replacement of the cylinder valve. He was friendly and helpful throughout and we feel that his advice was good.

Nest thermostat installation

Mark installed the Google Nest thermostat for me today. Unfortunately for him it was more complicated then normal. However he explained to me what needed to be done and within what seemed like no time at all I had the thermostat installed. Central heating was not turning off, so was on continuously and house became far too hot. Phoned Boiler Rescue and a visit was booked for the same day and I given a quote for the hourly rate, which I felt to be reasonable. The fault was found quickly and resolved. Everything that was done was explained to me in a way I could understand. Shoe covers were put on when entering the property and everything was left clean and tidy on leaving. I could not fault the service received and the friendly but professional way that I was treated.

Boiler Rescue provide an honest cost effective service for your boiler. The most recent issue I had, Boiler Rescue were totally honest with the options I had, whether to use them or opt for a fixed price from one of the large boiler suppliers. Can't ask more than that, that they give you open and honest advice and are completely happy with what option you decide to go with. Recently Boiler Rescue also sourced, supplied and installed a new hot water cylinder. All through the process Boiler Rescue were happy to discuss options and go with whatever we want to find, but despite doing our research we independently came to the conclusion they had suggested the best option in the first place. This is a company you can trust to do great quality work at honest prices and not rip you off. Also they give you all the options available to you and let you make the choice you are comfortable with.

E mailed Mark, after the boiler programmer went faulty. He quickly replied (as he always does) with 3 replacement options. A day later he’d been round to fit my chosen unit. Giving me a call half an hour before arrival, to save me ‘waiting in.’ Before leaving, Mark took me through the set up process & tested system operation. I have been a customer for four years now. Mark runs a class operation. Always replying promptly. Often able to diagnose faults from a couple of photographs. Offers practical solutions and a high standard of workmanship. Leaving the house tidier / cleaner than he found it. With a fully functioning boiler & water system. Highly recommended!

Boiler Rescue Ltd are brilliant, they came on time. Got on with their job straight away two boilers to do full services on, everything checked and correct, then had to add on anti furring-up liquid to one of the systems. Very good value for money, with lovely friendly Mark and his Son (apprentice) did a fantastic job, I would always recommend this company to anyone.

Having been told by British Gas that they couldn't attend until mid July, I was referred to Local Heroes. Through them I was contacted by Mark, who called on Saturday morning. A really personable, knowledgeable, well presented and efficient engineer, Mark identified the problem in the first 10 minutes and the lack of hot water was rectified within an hour or so. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others and will definitely be using his services again in the future. Without doubt, an engineer at the top of his game! Well done and thank you!
