Engineer (Mark) turned up quickly in response to the call out - we have a service contract for our boiler. He identified and fixed the problem quickly, very helpful and professional throughout. He explained what the problem was and gave us advice on what to do in the future should any problems arise. The engineer followed guidelines and wore a mask. We would definitely use this trader again.

Mark turned up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He promptly replaced our Central Heating pump after overcoming the issues that its longstanding installation had caused. Mark explained what he did and why and also recommended some additional work to benefit our heating system. Mark and his Apprentice left the workspace clean and tidy. I found both to be very professional throughout their visit.

We had excessive hot water. The system was tested and the recommendation was to replace the cylinder thermostat and HW water actuator. The testing and repairs were carried out promptly on schedule and on-budget. Mark Pflaumer, the engineer, was pleasant, considerate, professional and friendly. The problem was resolved satisfactorily. Thank you.

Boiler Rescue do exactly what their name implies, in a fast , efficient and economical fashion. Highly recommended. Replied immediately to our phone call, arrived the next day to assess the problem and returned two days later with the parts to effect the repair. If only all engineers operated in the same way then Trusted Traders would not exist.

This company fixed my boiler by diagnosing and replacing a faulty main printed circuit board. The engineer tested the system, including the gas supply and flue. He was also observant enough to notice my carbon monoxide alarm was dated and supplied a new replacement during the visit. The costs for parts and servicing was made very clear to me before anything was carried out. This was all done during the Covid-19 lock down period and I was very pleased to note the engineer was fully versed on relevant hygiene and social distancing and he carried out those practices very much to my satisfaction. I am filled with confidence that this company are about as professional as they come and expect to use them for my future boiler servicing needs.

Mark quickly identified and fixed a problem of blocked piping in my central heating system which caused a serious malfunction with only half the system working intermittently. He also serviced my Boiler and found a diconnected tube which was also causing another malfunction. System is now working 100 % and even better - silently ! Excellent speedy and friendly service..
