Overall great experience. Proffesional and courteous dealt with the issues of problamatic back boiler and gas fire, explained the problems in a fasion that was understandable. On time and budget communications were good and invoicing prompt. I would certainly use again.

Mark quickly identified and fixed a problem of blocked piping in my central heating system which caused a serious malfunction with only half the system working intermittently. He also serviced my Boiler and found a diconnected tube which was also causing another malfunction. System is now working 100 % and even better - silently ! Excellent speedy and friendly service.. Checked the boiler,and set up the controls correctly . There was no agreed budget or schedule as Boiler Rescue Ltd came out as a result of a call out to my insurance company who cover me for emergencies. Helpful, friendly and did the job.

Mark was very friendly and explained what he was doing and why. He carried out the boiler service and this sorted out the intermittent problem we were having with the ignition of the boiler upon hot water demand. He explained and went through some aftercare and identified another issue with a cracked part, so went through the details of this and what it would need/cost. I have no complaints about Mark, his service or work and would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone.

Easy to contact on the phone and got an appointment is a short time. He explained everything on the phone about what would need doing and the price etc. The engineer turned up on time and spoke me through all the work that was going to be carried out. Kept mess to an absolute minimum and tidied up behind themselves. The engineer had his apprentice son with him and he was really thorough with making sure he’d completed everything to the correct standard and seemed like a really good teacher/mentor with lots of patience. They were both very friendly and I’m very happy with the job

Mark replied to my enquiry very promptly and gave me a date for the service of my boiler. He rang me on the morning of the visit to inform me that he would be arriving shortly, as planned. His work was very thorough and he talked through with me what he was doing and also gave me some areas that my boiler might need to be addressed in the near future. Due to the age of my boiler he also gave me some tips on how to keep the boiler in good condition and what might be done should there be any future issues. I had confidence in the job that he undertook.

Mark diagnosed the fault and ordered an original flue fan without delay. A thorough safety check was carried out including an emissions check and I was provided with a detailed list of what work was carried out and given some general advice - he was very happy to answer my questions. Despite 2 previous plumbers/engineers not resolving problem, Mark had all sorted within 1 hour! No short cuts, work undertaken extremely professionally.

What a fast turnaround we were without hot water Friday and called Matk he came out looked at the boiler ran through our options and done what he could for us at the time, he then went straight to his suppliers priced the job and called within 30 mins with a quote for the works we accepted and by Monday the boiler was repaired in a clean, concise manner truly happy with his work great guy hospitable and polite would HIGHLY RECOMMEND and certainly use again

Called Mark at Boiler Rescue Ltd to assess a long time problem with my central heating system. I received a prompt response and a subsequent visit immediately on the day I contacted him. He was quick to assess the problem and will be returning to check on the system in 6-8 weeks’ time. Mark and his apprentice, Ethan were efficient, effective and respectful- wearing covers over their outdoor shoes. A sense of confidence was imbued in their modus operandi.

Have had boiler rescue service my boilers and certify my gas safety in my properties over the last years , they always arrive on time and a day to suit me. They are Very professional and thorough, will continue to have the father and son team continue service as and when needed as I know all work will be done to the highest standard.

Mark and his team have been servicing our boiler for the last few years. This was the fourth annual visit I believe. I like using Mark as he is polite, informative and doesn't leave anything in a mess. He even wears shoe covers to keep your floors clean. Recommend.
