Woke up Wednesday morning no heating or hot water. Contacted Mark and he arrived mid-morning, identified the problem and order the parts. Parts arrived on Friday and Mark arrived promptly and completed the job - we now have heating and hot water! I found Mark very knowledgable, polite and a very tidy worked. He also updated us regularly via text as to when the parts were due in. I would highly recommend Mark and he will be our first call if we experience any further plumbing problems.

The engineer came at the time agreed. As soon as he walked in, he seemed to know what the trouble was and quickly and efficiently solved the problem. He checked the ventilation and the carbon monoxide item. After only half an hour we had heating again and it felt lovely and warm. Thank you local heroes for providing us with a very efficient engineer.

From experience it is always hard finding a genuine tradesperson that you can trust to a) do the job you need, b) not rip you off. Mark at Boiler Rescue Limited was excellent, thoroughly professional and courteous. He explained all aspects of the work to me and gave me options of what needed to be done. Bottom line is he was here when he said he would be and did a great job to fix my boiler and get it working again. From my perspective I've now got a reliable person that I can contact and use again. British gas were unable to attend to a leak for over a week- used local heroes and found Mark- arranged to come out next day. Sorted the problem, replaced the valves. Very professional, friendly and great service. Highly recommend.

We had Mark from Boiler Rescue supply and fit a new room and boiler thermostat after old one was broken. They were really very helpful with different options for different devices and really flexible on what kind of product they would supply and fit. Worked to my budget which was important. Work was completed promptly and to a high standard. Very happy. Nice guy. Highly recommend.

On returning from holiday I noticed that the boiler was leaking and immediately phoned my breakdown provider at three thirty PM. I was told I would be contacted within the next twenty four hours. I received a phone call from the engineer at six forty five PM same day to say he was on his way. Problem solved within half an hour by the friendly and personable engineer. They left the job open for twenty four hours just in case it happened again but was sure it wouldn't. Up to now, it hasn't. Great job.

I rang Friday morning as we were experiencing a leak from the boiler, they were able to attend the same day. I was advised of attendance cost on the phone call before attending. Polite and courteous when arrived, got straight to it and identified the problem promptly, advised me of parts required and relevant costs, and what would happen if parts were not on the van. Lucky for me they had relevant parts on the van and were able to fit there and then. Leaving me with a working boiler. I was recommended them by a family member and will now be booking a yearly service with them. Would definitely recommend

WE HAVE USED THE SERVICES OF MARK BEFORE AND HAD NO QUALMS ABOUT ASKING HIM TO QUOTE US FOR TWO NEW RADIATORS TO BE INSTALLED IN THE BEDROOMS AS WE HAVE COMPLETE TRUST IN THE SERVICE HE PROVIDES. HE DULY GAVE US WITH A QUOTE AND WE AGREED A DATE FOR THE WORK TO BE DONE. THIS HE DID YESTERDAY TO OUR ENTIRE SATISFACTION. MARK EXPLAINS HOW HE WILL GO ABOUT THE TASK AND ANY POTENTIAL PITFALLS THAT MAY CROP UP SO YOU ARE LEFT WITH A FULL PICTURE OF THE WORK IN HAND. I don’t write reviews but I have to say I have used Mark - Boiler Rescue on more then one occasion nothing is ever to much trouble for this guy. The service he provides is second to none, he is genuine, honest and above all else trustworthy. I have had boiler trouble normally my luck it goes down at the weekend, I message Boiler Rescue and always get a message back within an hour or so Don’t waste your time shopping round for the best price because to me it’s about someone who not going to have you over and they know what there talking about, first class service and with a 😃 Thanks Boiler Rescue

Mark Pflaumer and his apprentice were punctual, efficient and friendly. They conducted the boiler service in a competent and professional manner. The work was completed on schedule and to the agreed price. Mark is an effective communicator and happy to answer any questions relating to our water and heating system. Nothing did go wrong but we have every confidence that Mark would have resolved any possible problems satisfactorily.

Mark has always served us well with the annual servicing of our ancient boiler. This time it stopped working on one of our coldest days. Mark was with us quickly and got the fan working in the interim, while he sourced a new one. His first visit was on a Friday and the new fan quotation first thing on the Monday. All replaced and working well by the following Thursday. Our agreed date. Mark is always efficient and reliable. A very agreeable and professional person who I would recommend without question.

We had an issue with a leaking boiler and as Boiler Rescue Limited annually service the boiler we contacted them. We phoned on a Monday and Mark from Boiler Rescue arranged an appointment for the following day When attending Mark quickly diagnosed the problem and gave a clear and concise explanation of what needed to be done (replacement part required) and advised he would keep in touch regarding the timescale All in all excellent service

The work was carried out promptly and within budget. Mark responded to our call promptly and provided useful advice regarding the repair and the selection of the replacement taps. Prior to the visit he sent through a photograph of the proposed taps for our consideration. This saved time as the taps were ideal for our needs. Mark demonstrated his consideration for our property by wearing shoe covers and clearing the area on completion. Mark maintains effective communication in relation to aftercare and has always responded to any queries quickly and efficiently. Mark is helpful, friendly and conscientious.
