Bathrooms and boilers should be your first port of call if doing any works in your house or garden. They don’t just do “bathrooms and boilers”! Last month they did a full kitchen renovation for me and were totally outstanding. Every member of the team were good at their job, fully understanding of the job in hand and communicated well with me as we went along. A special shout out to Steven and Aaron who were very easy to have in my house for two weeks while doing the works. They were very professional and very easy to discuss matters in hand. The quality of their joinery is excellent. And also to Darren (the boss) who came every single day too oversee the project.

Needed a replacement gas central heating boiler as the old one came out of the arc. Of the 4 suppliers we contacted (from Which? Trusted Trader website) only 2 responded. Darren, from Boiler & Bathrooms were first to attend site and impressed us with his knowledge and courtesy. The work was subsequently completed on time and to our satisfaction. There was a minor issue with a cracked kitchen unit plinth which was resolved satisfactorily. On the whole we were very happy with the installation and level of service provided by Darren and Mark who was polite, competent and hard working, finishing a complicated installation in 2 days.

From the minute I contacted the company everything went to plan. They arrived on time prepared the area where they were working got on with the job on completion, they left the area spotless. It was a pleasure having them in my home it is always a worry when you're getting a job like a new boiler installed. This company certainly deserved 5 Starts

Our whole bathroom had to be refitted due to my husbands mobility issues. Darren did all the planning and had to contend with numerous setbacks and additions to the scheduled work e.g. replacing the floorboards and the ceiling. He took each 'disaster' in his stride and kept us calm with his great patience and good humour. The finished result was more that we could have hoped for and was completed to an excellent standard. We can't thank Darren enough or rate his work highly enough.

Had boiler serviced--first class --engineer arrived exactly as agreed and service carried out to a high standard and reasonable price.

Replacement boiler and new pipiwork system was installed with care, efficiency and safety regarding covid 19 measures. From our first meeting I had confidence in Darren especially when he understood immediately my concerns about needing to lift and replace flooring. My expectations of him and his team were met in full and I would recommend him to anyone.

Darren and his team carried out a complete renovation of our bathroom, en suite and cloakroom as well as remedial work on our boiler. The quote we received was very competitive and there were no hidden extras. They arrived each morning at 8 am and everything was cleared and tidied when they left each evening, The work was completed on schedule, has been carried out to a very high standard and the attention to detail is second to none. The team are extremely hard working, courteous and good humoured and took good care of our property, making sure everything was protected during the renovations. We got a few quotes to get a new boiler and move it from the upstairs bedroom downstairs to the kitchen. We got a very good price from Boilers and Bathrooms and decided to go with them, they came to install it and put wrap down to keep eveything tidy and were very considerate of our two kittens we recently adopted. They were in and out within two days and kept us up to date with what was happening. When it came to payment they were glad to accept our scottish grant payment which took about a month to finalise after work was finished. Very happy we went with Boilers and Bathrooms as they were fast and friendly the price they quoted was the price we paid, near a year after and nothing wrong with the boiler so reliable as well. wouldnt hesitate to reccomend again

This company had replaced the boiler in our neighbour’s house and had come highly recommended to us, so we offered them the chance to quote for our boiler replacement. Their price was extremely competitive but what really impressed us was the manner which both Darren and Mark conducted themselves when we met them. They were clearly very knowledgeable on the subject of boiler installation and were courteous and friendly too, which made the decision to give them the job an easy one. Dates to start and complete the work were agreed and there were a couple of contacts to keep in touch in the intervening weeks. The job was started and finished on time and was completed to an extremely high standard. The boiler provided was of top quality and came with a 12 year guarantee. The guys were punctual, polite, tidy and friendly at all times during the work, not to mention trustworthy. They made good suggestions for solutions to any difficulties that were encountered and kept us informed of the progress of the work. They also demonstrated flexibility to suit ourselves when required. Most impressive was that they also resolved a few other issues that we had been having, such as low water pressure in the house, at no extra cost and were always concerned that we were happy with how the work was progressing. The plasterer that often works with them, Gerry, was also an excellent workman and completed the re-instatement work to a very high standard. I can’t recommend this company highly enough.
