Bolt removals were amazing! From the initial quotation, to communication through the process they were friendly professional and obviously very experienced. We moved from Cardiff to Shropshire, they turned up with 4 vans, 5 men and were on time on both days. They were helpful, friendly and extremely professional. I couldn’t recommend them more highly and they were the most competitive price too. They made the whole experience stress free and I would definitely use them again in the future and encourage others to do the same.

This bunch of guys from bolt removal are a gem and good laughs too but most importantly they did the fantastic job of packing and moving to new place so easy and efficiently that we just sat in the at the end and moved to place happily. I fully recommend bolt removal for house removal.

We needed to move all our stuff into storage for 2 weeks then on to a new house. From start to finish Bolt were professional and helpful. The quote was via a video call which was a sensible way to do it. It was the packing up that was most impressive though. They came the day before to pack most things up and were incredibly respectful, polite and friendly. They took care to ask about things we hadn't thought about such as kids toys we needed etc. Storage was good value, they didn't take advantage of our situation like some of the prices others wanted to charge. Moving back in then likewise we had the same experience.

I was very impressed with Bolt removals. We moved from Cardiff to Abergavenny. The packing service and removal day went very smoothly due to the brilliant work ethic of the team. They were all very hardworking, polite and respectful. They went out of their way to get our enormous bay tree and other huge plants/pots delivered. I highly recommend this company.

What a marvellous company to engage with for house moves. We have spent 43 years moving around with HM Forces, and wish Bolt Removals had been available. We have moved from Wales to East Yorkshire. From the WhatsApp video fir assessment to the removal team arriving ti wrap and pack,the lads were top notch. Careful packing, bubblewrapped, paper wrapped, boxes sealed and on the waggons, the guys were professional, friendly, helpful, cheerful and so good at their job. The unload was slick, boxes put in rooms as labeled. On unpack, not a thing chipped or damaged. All of this made it the best move and eased the stress levels for us. Incredible value and worth every penny. Will gladly recommend Bolt Removals to anyone.

Finding a removal company when you haven't moved for a while is a bit of a minefield, but I am very happy that we chose to go with Bolt for our recent house move. I couldn't fault anything about the entire service; from start to finish every member of the team was very friendly and professional. We had quite a few fragile pieces to move and these were treated with upmost care. Absolutely every item was packed with that care for that matter! The guys turned up on time with two vans as discussed. Had a quick look around and set to work. They protected the stairs and front door. They were polite, professional, very efficient and damaged nothing. When packed they headed off to get some lunch near our destination while we waited for keys to be released and were ready to unload as soon as we were. They unpacked our stuff quickly and professionally into the rooms we wanted and were on their way. Much cheaper than other quotes too. If we move again I’ll call them first. Very happy with the service. Highly recommended.

For each move I have been impressed with their care and attention and desire to leave me as a client, feeling delighted with the experience. Each time I have moved I have compared Bolt’s pricing with others and have always found them to be competitive and given their high level of customer service - there was only decision for me to take. When things go wrong, Bolt have always been driven to address the problem swiftly and to my satisfaction. I cannot praise this company enough. They worked hard, were flexible and adaptable, pleasant and professional. We needed a very messy and very full storage unit cleared, much not packed well which had been untouched for about 10 months. A difficult task they accomplished in a few hours, transferring all to our new home. I can definitely recommend this firm and would use them again without hesitation.

They arranged all my stuff nicely in the van with belts and blankets to stablise them, even though we didn’t have mattresses or large furniture. The staff was very friendly and nice. Extremely impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of Bolt Removals. They carried out a domestic move for me from a London 1-bed to a Cardiff 2-bed. The communication upfront was clear and prompt, with all my questions answered; the move itself was carried out on time and with a very positive energy from all the move team. Everything arrived in great condition, the team was very responsive in terms of locating items in the correct rooms and helping to position the heavier pieces that I would have been unable to move alone.
