We have just had a split move (with storage) to our new home. We were badly let down by another company and Bolt Removals stepped in at very short notice to save the day. We can't praise Julian and his brilliant team highly enough. They were reliable, efficient, polite and nothing was too difficult - despite some large and heavy furniture items and difficult access. We have moved frequently over the years and would recommend Bolt Removals without hesitation - one of the very best.

We recently used Bolt Removals for our house move and they were excellent from start to finish. The survey for quote was done by video due to covid19 which was convenient and easy, Julian was very helpful and guided us through what needed removing and what we needed. The quote was sent quickly and was very reasonable, any questions we had were answered quickly and the move was arranged easily. On the day the two movers turned up on time, were friendly, helpful, extremely fast but very careful - we were moved with no problems at all. I was amazed they managed to fit everything into one run but they'd previously offered to do another run if needed for only a little more, so we didn't have to worry. Hoping not to move again for a long time but I'd definitely use Bolt again if we did.

Had a fantastic move with Bolt, can't fault it at all. Communication before the move was fantastic. On the day they turned up exactly on time, and took real care with packing our furniture and boxes into the van. At the other end they took real care making sure we got things put in the right rooms. Would definitely recommend, and great value for money too.

Really happy with both the packing and moving service provided by Bolt. We had the full packing service for our large two bed flat, moving to a five bed house. As previous reviewers have said, they offered the best value quote, but the professionalism through the booking process assured me of the quality. This removal company is excellent and very fast. They cleared our house in 3 hours flat and moved our belongings into our new home in the same 3 hours. We did the packing ourselves. They work tirelessly but also very carefully. Their price is very competitive and reasonable. The overall process is managed efficiently using online communications very effectively. It is an amazing team and I recommend this company emphatically. They did a great job for us.

I'd like to thank everyone at BOLT for supporting us in our office relocation. We were a little indecisive about the amount of furniture and boxes that needed moving (for various reasons) but they were extremely patient and friendly throughout. On the day itself, the guys were very lovely and helpful. Despite being a little chaotic, they just got on with the job.

I can't rate these guys highly enough. A very competitive quote and a friendly and hard working crew. It was very short notice with less than 48 hours from Julian's visit for a survey and quote to Gabriel, Joshua and Moses beginning to load the van. With a move from a second floor flat to a third floor flat - and no lifts - my only regret is that I could only afford to tip them a fraction of what they deserved.

An excellent service all round. They 4 removal men were outside our property by 7.45 and knocked at the agreed time of 8am. They had 4 large vans. They worked tirelessly until 6.30pm in a very organised and tidy manner. They were very polite and helpful. Nothing was damaged during the move and I cannot praise them enough. We moved approx 20 miles from our old home to the new one. Would thoroughly recommend Bolt Removals.

Bolt Removals provided us with outstanding service and value for money. Julian and his team worked tirelessly to pack and move our belongings over two days. Their service extended to dismantling and rebuilding a large wardrobe that did not want to fit through one of our new doorways – this was beyond my expectations. The piano even kept its tune!
