Bolt removals helped us and we had less stress during moving with their professional services. They arranged all my stuff nicely in the van with belts and blankets to stablise them, even though we didn’t have mattresses or large furniture. The staff was very friendly and nice. Also, the price was reasonable. I would choose them again in future.

Bolt removals moved us from our flat in Penarth to Harrogate. They were polite, punctual, hardworking and essentially delivered just as they said they would. Everything was well wrapped and protected, and moved with care and consideration. A long day for all of us, but went as well as we could have hoped.

Bolt were the best service for our move from Cardiff to Edinburgh at an amazingly decent price. Smooth and professional, Bolt made the move stress-free which is the ideal! Couldn't recommend more.

Extremely impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of Bolt Removals. They carried out a domestic move for me from a London 1-bed to a Cardiff 2-bed. The communication upfront was clear and prompt, with all my questions answered; the move itself was carried out on time and with a very positive energy from all the move team. Everything arrived in great condition, the team was very responsive in terms of locating items in the correct rooms and helping to position the heavier pieces that I would have been unable to move alone. All in all, they made this a stress free experience for which I am very grateful. I would gladly use Bolt Removals again.

Moved from Pontypridd to Tonypandy. Fantastic company. Good quote after a video call. Final bill matched quote, no hidden charges. On the day of the move, the crew showed up on time. Were polite, friendly and extremely professional. Nothing seemed like too much work, they all took great care of our possessions and home.

It’s always a good place to start when you receive a glowing recommendation for a firm from friends and the guys from Bolt lived up to this. Friendly and punctual, and unfailingly polite even when moving the heaviest of our things up a narrow staircase. They got everything done in great time and took great care not to damage any of our items or the paintwork - top work. They also gave me a fair and accurate quote, much better than their competitors - using a video call service to actually see what they’re moving is a really smart move and was appreciated. They were so good I booked them a few days after to collect a sofa and will be recommending them to my family and friends as well. Thank you Julian and Alex (and the rest of the guys).

From first contact through to removal, I found all Bolt Removals contracts to be polite, professional, genuinely lovely people to correspond with. Very professional, explained everything perfectly. The day of moving, the 2 guys I had, I cannot recommend them highly enough. They were amazing, helpful, careful, thoughtful and very very professional. Nothing was too much for them. Worth every penny and I will 1 million percent be using their services again.

The service was great from initial survey through to the end of the move. The 3 guys on the day were punctual, polite and very efficient. All our property was handled safely. The Bolt team provided an excellent removal service. They were extremely professional, polite, calm, and very considerate. We had the full packing service which was handled with great care and efficiency. They came with a very experienced team of six workers, so the process was quick too. Areas of the house that were vulnerable to knocks and scrapes during the move, such as stairs, bannisters and doorways, were protected with padding. The Bolt team really helped take the stress out of the situation for us. We are currently in temporary accommodation while waiting for the purchase for our new home to go through, and have placed our furniture and belongings in storage with Bolt. I have full confidence that this second part of the service will be handled perfectly as well.

These guys had been superb from beginning to end. Due to covid we had a video call to have a quote which was extraordinary reasonable. And on the day they arrived early at 8:30am and professionally packed my home into the van. And then the carnage began….When we arrived at our new home we found out the previous owners drove away the keys, and didn’t have a van booked for 1pm and hadn’t packed anything. The guys were amazing and remained calm during the whole process and rallied around even helping to sweep the floor ( as it was a mess) and even assisted in moving the previous owners belongings and mess out of the house. We eventually moved in and the guys stayed for the duration and supported us through a horrific ordeal. Can’t recommend these guys enough. Top notch 🤌

From initial contact to end Bolt Removals were brilliant. They arranged a walk through video quote, which was so much easier than listing everything. We had to rejig a couple of times but he was courteous and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. He even helped us arrange last minute removals for our buyer which stopped the chain from collapsing. On the day they provided an excellent service, making sure that everything was loaded correctly and, again, nothing was too much trouble. We were moving across the country so it was a long day and dark by the time they headed home but they stayed cheerful, polite and professional. No hesitation at all in recommending Bolt Removals. I found Bolt Removals through the Which website. After speaking to them via email and phone they promptly sent over a quote, which for our cross country move was much less expensive than other companies. They arrived early to collect and brought ample equipment to do the job promptly and quickly, they were very friendly. They arrived in good time and at around the expected drop off. At the drop off they got everything offloaded quickly with no damage, and got me to check the van to ensure nothing was left behind. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

This is the second time I have used this company to move . I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism . Always on time , fully prepared, no job is too much for them. Great bunch too. Highly recommended.

Was recommended Bolt by a friend who had use them for a house move as someone who could help move our business to a new office. Julian was very responsive on emails and had a warm and genuine personality when he came to quote. Though they weren't the cheapest we spoke to, I was confident that our move was in safe hands with Bolt - and I was right. On the day, they sent enough people, turned up on time (early in fact!), treated our stuff gently and worked hard with a smile. Super efficient and nothing too much trouble. Some of our items went to their storage space which is looked after by the very professional Alex and is a much better set up than some other storage facilities we looked at. Overall, to date, I have not been able to find a single fault with Bolt Removals and will recommend them to anyone.

We recently moved from Sussex to Wales and did extensive research on the various removal companies out there. It was easy to find glowing reviews of all these companies but many of the reviewers had reviewed little else. All companies had their fair share of bad reviews except for one, Bolt Removals. The owner Julian was always available when I had any questions that needed answers and they didn't insist on a hefty deposit. The move went very smoothly and despite a 4 hour drive from Cardiff, the team arrived on time to pack our furniture. The team of removal men were polite and very capable and the whole thing went very, very smoothly. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Was moving from one side of Cardiff to the other and got quotes from 6 companies. Julian was on time, very easy to deal with and very helpful when looking at the job. They were very competitively priced but were also very flexible when it came to my requests. Was an easy decision to use them and was totally the correct one. The 8 guys turned up on time, were very pleasant, professional and extremely efficient. They carefully wrapped all the pictures/mirrors/TVs etc and worked as a team in filling 6 trucks! When we got the keys to the new place they were already on-site and moved everything into the house and garden quickly and carefully and didn't hesitate to move things when we changed our mind about best room for something. They left us with a dozen or so wardrobe boxes over the weekend to allow us time to properly unpack and when we were finished they were very prompt at collecting them. Would not hesitate to use them again and based on our experience would recommend to friends and family.

Julian and the team were fantastic from start to finish. Highly responsive in the initial booking process to understand our needs and always quick to reply with any questions. On removal day the team arrived on time to the very minute and after a quick walk around the property got to work with the removals. The entire team were so highly efficient, helpful and brilliant. They really made the move much less stressful and with a 250 mile move it was a long day for them but they were all highly professional and just got on with the job at hand.
