Paul Bradley Roofing Contractors

I first contacted Paul Bradley at the end of April as I wished to have my solar panels meshed to stop the birds going under them. (I had already purchased the kit) He said he would do it but not until the weather was dry. So a couple of weeks later when there was a break in the weather I phoned him on Tuesday, he said he would call that day but didn't (no phone call from him) and in fact he did not come until the Thursday ( he said he would phone to let me know when he was coming but he didn't). He quoted me £200, looked at what kit I had and said I would need to buy some more bird spikes and glue (which I duly bought For £30) and he promised he would come on Sunday to do the job. He never turned up and did not answer his phone or my messages. I was very angry as I had spent an extra £30 when he had no intention of doing the job. I felt I had to leave this review to stop him doing this to other customers. I wasted 6 weeks on this and had to start looking again for another roofer.

We were very impressed from start to finish. Paul responded immediately to our New Years Eve phone call and fixed the leaking roof above our bay window promptly and professionally. This was much appreciated at a time of heavy rain and storms. Price was very fair. Can't recommend highly enough.

I rang Paul out for a quote as I had damp in the living room. Paul confirmed I had an issue with the gutter as well as a section of roof tiles to repair. Excellent communication - He gave me a very good price - promptly fixed it and told me to wait a week to see if the problem rectified. needless to say it did the job and I plan to have Paul come back for building work in the summer. I would highly recommend.

Paul and Leon repaired a broken tile on our bungalow roof. This is the 3rd time we have used Paul and he is going to re-roof for us next year. The previous work was a new flat roof 6 years ago and a guttering repair at our previous property. Paul and Leon are courteous, very reliable and do excellent work. They responded to our telephone call last Saturday, Paul came the same day and assessed the damage. Today, Tuesday, they came and effected the repair. We are delighted and would never use anyone else. We can recommend without hesitation. Quotes are clear, very detailed and no hidden extras. Excellent team!

Paul and his team have done an excellent job and my roof is now the best on the street. He was great at keeping in touch throughout the whole job and organised everything from the scaffolding and skip to bringing us different choices of sample tiles. He did the job in exactly the time he said he would and even came back afterwards to correct a fault which I'd mistakenly thought was to do with the roof but wasn't. He gave us a great quote for all the work, and specified every aspect of the work he would undertake. Everything went smoothly. He kept the whole place spotless throughout the job and cleared up all mess before leaving each day. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone.

What can I say Paul is a legend. I was getting bad water leaks inside the house. Paul identified the problem then got straight to work. He replaced my gutter and fascia. the wall was perished behind it so he had to rebuild it. He also put a down spout on. We have had some very heavy rain recently in the area. And after Paul's work we are completely water tight great job great guy highly recommend. He's my number 1 roofer.

I had 3 “professionals” come to work out why i was having damp enter my property from the gutter. I paid out for a replacement gutter, new slates etc. Paul and his colleague came out and worked out what it was in minutes. Paul advised it could be repaired for £300 but not for 3-4 weeks due to the bad weather but he could do a quick fix now to stop the rain entering the property for a small fee. I agreed Andy when he finished he said it will probably be fine and probably doesn’t now need the full repair. 2 weeks and lots of rain later it’s worked a treat. If i need any roofing jobs or gutters etc doing i know who i will be calling.

We had a leak coming through the bedroom light fitting on Sunday night. I called these guys on Monday afternoon after I'd managed to get some time off work. They arrived on Tuesday lunchtime and had the eight holes - including one big one - sorted out in just over an hour, for what I thought was a very, very reasonable price. It seems I need a new roof, so I'm going to get saving up and go back to them. I can't overstate how impressed I am. Awesome job.

Being in building trade myself when Paul came to look / quote he gave me the right vibes. Price and time agreed ,this was delayed by a couple of days due to weather but Paul kept me updated. When weather allowed they got straight to it. Complected timely. site was kept clean and tidy through job and fully clean when finished. Job is very neat and tidy. Well worth the cost

Excellent service and a fair price. Paul visited the property to assess the problem on the agreed day and fixed the problem within a few days of the initial phone call. He was very friendly and professional and I would not hesitate to recommend this company. There has been very bad weather since the gutter was fixed but I've had no further leaks. I will definitely be using this company again if I have anymore problems with the roof or gutters.

Discovering a waterfall coming through my bathroom ceiling, i contacted Paul and he was around within the hour to patch the hole in the roof. He then provided a comprehensive quote which was very competitive and i accepted. The work have now been completed and i cant speak too highly of the service i received . Thank you
