I contacted Paul due to a leak on our bay window roof as a result of worn-out lead flashing. Despite being really busy he made time to come down, had a look and gave us a price and breakdown which was very reasonable. He did tell me that they were really busy but will try their best to fit me in before Christmas if we wanted to go ahead. I told Paul that I wanted to go ahead with the job and he sent Leon the next morning to get the job done. They came and got the job done, they were very professional and made sure they cleaned up any mess before they left. Will be calling them back to complete another job.

We were left with no tiles on our roof after a builder we hired started our roof then never came back to complete it. We found Paul and this site and he really helped us out of a nightmare situation! He turned up to quote us on the Thursday and returned the next day with 3 of his lads to get cracking. All the previous work had to be ripped out as it was badly fitted! They completely transformed our roof in near enough a day then returned for a few hours on the Saturday to complete it. They were reliable, polite and their standard of work was excellent. Paul even followed up with a courtesy call the following week and after hearing we are struggling to reach the previous builder to remove the scaffolding they left up, he is helping us out with that. I can't recommend Paul and his team enough! We are forever grateful for managing to accommodate us at such short notice and do such a good job!

Had problems with damp in our bungalow. Paul came to see what the problem was. In the event found we didn’t have an actual roof - just bits masquerading as one! Paul and his team managed to replace the whole roof in three days. They were amazing - turned upon time, tidied up as they went along, never stopped when they were here. They were so considerate - even put protection down on our new drive so skip wouldn’t damage it. They did an excellent job - can highly recommend them. Paul is extremely nice, trustworthy and personable. Price was good too.

We are really really chuffed with the work Paul carried out. Right from the offset, nothing was too much trouble, Paul visited twice to ensure he had a good measure of the job and went above and beyond to help me source my own Velux window. He's always quick to respond and cannot lend enough advice. We had lots of quotes but wouldn't have gone with anybody else. We wouldn't hesitate for one moment to recommend Paul. He was professional, reliable, friendly and very well priced. We can't thank him enough for our new Velux window.

Paul was very efficient in giving me a quote for roof replacement. The quote was very detailed on the work to be done, and the cost was competitive. He gave good advice on the type of tiles needed. He appeared knowledgeable about roofing, which helped me make appropriate decisions and gave me confidence in him. The only thing of concern was the length of time it took to start and complete the roof (but this may be partly due to bad weather at the time). However, he made up for this through hard work. He went the extra mile to sort out a leak with a flat roof at the same time (which was not part of the work agreed). After the job was finished, there were minor problems which Paul sorted quickly without any quibble. I felt Paul was decent and did not try to rip me off. I'm extremely pleased with the work done on the roof.

Paul has done a great job replacing the old gutters on my property. Came out that day to quote and I was informed there would be around a three week wait until he could do the job due to workload. Over a week later he had completed the job so I didn't need to wait that long as he obviously will always fit in those smaller jobs. On the day of install he made me aware of the problems with the next doors gutters as they were also rotten so he had to secure theres and do additional work before starting mine. This was done to a great standard and at no extra cost to myself... really happy with the finish. Can't recommend Bradley Roofing highly enough!

Very quick in responding to our needs, we were given a quote but due to their very busy work load we had to wait just a few weeks until they could start the work but that wasn't a problem for us. Leon and his son did the roof for us and are very professional in their work and left everything clean and tidy including cleaning the guttering for us. We would highly recommend these roofers.

Paul replaced our fascias and guttering earlier this year and we were really pleased with his work. He was very efficient and tidied up afterwards. We have swifts that nest in our eaves each year and he was the only person who took seriously the need to keep the nest site accessible for these endangered birds and it worked - as the swifts nested as if nothing had changed and successfully reared their young! Some months later we had an extension built, but we had concerns regarding the roof. Paul was fantastic, he inspected the roof and provided a snagging list for the building inspector. He promised to come back and check the roof again after the remedial work had been done. Paul actually came back twice despite being very busy and wouldn't accept any money for his time and trouble. Without his expertise we would have been in big trouble and we are extremely grateful to him. I would have not hesitation in recommending Paul's work

I found Bradley Roofing Services through being a member of Which. They arrived on time as arranged for a leaking roof. They were very honest and reliable, explaining what could be the problem, due to the dry weather on the day it was difficult to find the cause of leak. They replaced a few tiles (I had tiles over from some previous work). He was willing to use a hose pipe to ensure the repair was good, We have had rain since but no leaks. Job well done. I would highly recommend Bradley Roofing Services.

I used this company most recently 3 months ago to have my flat roof sorted, but have used Paul for years where he has done work for me including a pitch roof and changing my fascias last year. I always have Paul round, plus another tradesmen to help with the labour. Each time I have been left extremely satisfied, and can strongly recommend his work. I've even recommended him to a friend, and she used him also with no complaints! 5* in terms of quality, workmanship and customer service I can't rate him any higher.

Bedroom bay roof was leaking. Phoned Paul and despite being busy agreed to check roof next day. Was able to sort out the job which had previously been 'botched up' with new felt, battens and reclaimed slates to match roof. Absolutely thrilled at the work Paul and his team have done. A disastrous full re roof & house pointing a couple of years ago, had caused damp inside our home, where none had been before. In desperation I contacted Paul for a quote to redo the roof as we were getting nowhere with the previous roofer, but our home continued to become damper. Paul and his team turned up in some dreadful weather and completed the full re roof again, and the difference in appearance is just startling. He also recommended a pointer, who again, did a wonderful job. Paul and his team were polite and friendly; but also careful and considerate of my home.
