Being in building trade myself when Paul came to look / quote he gave me the right vibes. Price and time agreed ,this was delayed by a couple of days due to weather but Paul kept me updated. When weather allowed they got straight to it. Complected timely. site was kept clean and tidy through job and fully clean when finished. Job is very neat and tidy. Well worth the cost

I found Bradley Roofing Services through being a member of Which. They arrived on time as arranged for a leaking roof. They were very honest and reliable, explaining what could be the problem, due to the dry weather on the day it was difficult to find the cause of leak. They replaced a few tiles (I had tiles over from some previous work). He was willing to use a hose pipe to ensure the repair was good, We have had rain since but no leaks. Job well done. I would highly recommend Bradley Roofing Services.

I contacted Paul due to a leak on our bay window roof as a result of worn-out lead flashing. Despite being really busy he made time to come down, had a look and gave us a price and breakdown which was very reasonable. He did tell me that they were really busy but will try their best to fit me in before Christmas if we wanted to go ahead. I told Paul that I wanted to go ahead with the job and he sent Leon the next morning to get the job done. They came and got the job done, they were very professional and made sure they cleaned up any mess before they left. Will be calling them back to complete another job.

I asked for a quote for a new roof on my kitchen extension at the rear of my terraced house. I was given a prompt quote with a detailed breakdown of all aspects of the job, by Paul. I gave him the go-ahead and the job was completed quickly and professionally in approximately one and a half days and at a reasonable price. Thank you Paul Highly recommended

I first contacted Paul Bradley at the end of April as I wished to have my solar panels meshed to stop the birds going under them. (I had already purchased the kit) He said he would do it but not until the weather was dry. So a couple of weeks later when there was a break in the weather I phoned him on Tuesday, he said he would call that day but didn't (no phone call from him) and in fact he did not come until the Thursday ( he said he would phone to let me know when he was coming but he didn't). He quoted me £200, looked at what kit I had and said I would need to buy some more bird spikes and glue (which I duly bought For £30) and he promised he would come on Sunday to do the job. He never turned up and did not answer his phone or my messages. I was very angry as I had spent an extra £30 when he had no intention of doing the job. I felt I had to leave this review to stop him doing this to other customers. I wasted 6 weeks on this and had to start looking again for another roofer.

Had problems with damp in our bungalow. Paul came to see what the problem was. In the event found we didn’t have an actual roof - just bits masquerading as one! Paul and his team managed to replace the whole roof in three days. They were amazing - turned upon time, tidied up as they went along, never stopped when they were here. They were so considerate - even put protection down on our new drive so skip wouldn’t damage it. They did an excellent job - can highly recommend them. Paul is extremely nice, trustworthy and personable. Price was good too.

We've been a customer of Paul's before and recently our guttering developed a blockage (we didn't know what it was at the time). We contacted Paul by email, his responce was prompt and professional, he came out to take a look and unblocked it for us in minutes and didn't even charge us for his time. We've been really happy with his work over the last couple of years and I'd be very happy to use him again and recommend him to others who need roofing work done.

Paul replaced our fascias and guttering earlier this year and we were really pleased with his work. He was very efficient and tidied up afterwards. We have swifts that nest in our eaves each year and he was the only person who took seriously the need to keep the nest site accessible for these endangered birds and it worked - as the swifts nested as if nothing had changed and successfully reared their young! Some months later we had an extension built, but we had concerns regarding the roof. Paul was fantastic, he inspected the roof and provided a snagging list for the building inspector. He promised to come back and check the roof again after the remedial work had been done. Paul actually came back twice despite being very busy and wouldn't accept any money for his time and trouble. Without his expertise we would have been in big trouble and we are extremely grateful to him. I would have not hesitation in recommending Paul's work

We had a leak coming through the bedroom light fitting on Sunday night. I called these guys on Monday afternoon after I'd managed to get some time off work. They arrived on Tuesday lunchtime and had the eight holes - including one big one - sorted out in just over an hour, for what I thought was a very, very reasonable price. It seems I need a new roof, so I'm going to get saving up and go back to them. I can't overstate how impressed I am. Awesome job.

Very quick in responding to our needs, we were given a quote but due to their very busy work load we had to wait just a few weeks until they could start the work but that wasn't a problem for us. Leon and his son did the roof for us and are very professional in their work and left everything clean and tidy including cleaning the guttering for us. We would highly recommend these roofers.

I would whole heartily recommend Paul. I needed a re-roof, he came and explained the options, what things would look like and then gave me a detailed breakdown of the costs. They came and completed the job in two days leaving everything clean and tidy at the end. We are very pleased with the results.

We were left with no tiles on our roof after a builder we hired started our roof then never came back to complete it. We found Paul and this site and he really helped us out of a nightmare situation! He turned up to quote us on the Thursday and returned the next day with 3 of his lads to get cracking. All the previous work had to be ripped out as it was badly fitted! They completely transformed our roof in near enough a day then returned for a few hours on the Saturday to complete it. They were reliable, polite and their standard of work was excellent. Paul even followed up with a courtesy call the following week and after hearing we are struggling to reach the previous builder to remove the scaffolding they left up, he is helping us out with that. I can't recommend Paul and his team enough! We are forever grateful for managing to accommodate us at such short notice and do such a good job!

Paul has done a great job replacing the old gutters on my property. Came out that day to quote and I was informed there would be around a three week wait until he could do the job due to workload. Over a week later he had completed the job so I didn't need to wait that long as he obviously will always fit in those smaller jobs. On the day of install he made me aware of the problems with the next doors gutters as they were also rotten so he had to secure theres and do additional work before starting mine. This was done to a great standard and at no extra cost to myself... really happy with the finish. Can't recommend Bradley Roofing highly enough!

I had 3 “professionals” come to work out why i was having damp enter my property from the gutter. I paid out for a replacement gutter, new slates etc. Paul and his colleague came out and worked out what it was in minutes. Paul advised it could be repaired for £300 but not for 3-4 weeks due to the bad weather but he could do a quick fix now to stop the rain entering the property for a small fee. I agreed Andy when he finished he said it will probably be fine and probably doesn’t now need the full repair. 2 weeks and lots of rain later it’s worked a treat. If i need any roofing jobs or gutters etc doing i know who i will be calling.

Absolutely thrilled at the work Paul and his team have done. A disastrous full re roof & house pointing a couple of years ago, had caused damp inside our home, where none had been before. In desperation I contacted Paul for a quote to redo the roof as we were getting nowhere with the previous roofer, but our home continued to become damper. Paul and his team turned up in some dreadful weather and completed the full re roof again, and the difference in appearance is just startling. He also recommended a pointer, who again, did a wonderful job. Paul and his team were polite and friendly; but also careful and considerate of my home. Excellent service from Paul. Replaced our flat roof and helped us out with a temporary solution until the work was carried out. Reliable and professional service, would highly recommend.

Paul was very efficient in giving me a quote for roof replacement. The quote was very detailed on the work to be done, and the cost was competitive. He gave good advice on the type of tiles needed. He appeared knowledgeable about roofing, which helped me make appropriate decisions and gave me confidence in him. The only thing of concern was the length of time it took to start and complete the roof (but this may be partly due to bad weather at the time). However, he made up for this through hard work. He went the extra mile to sort out a leak with a flat roof at the same time (which was not part of the work agreed). After the job was finished, there were minor problems which Paul sorted quickly without any quibble. I felt Paul was decent and did not try to rip me off. I'm extremely pleased with the work done on the roof.

Discovering a waterfall coming through my bathroom ceiling, i contacted Paul and he was around within the hour to patch the hole in the roof. He then provided a comprehensive quote which was very competitive and i accepted. The work have now been completed and i cant speak too highly of the service i received . Thank you

What can I say Paul is a legend. I was getting bad water leaks inside the house. Paul identified the problem then got straight to work. He replaced my gutter and fascia. the wall was perished behind it so he had to rebuild it. He also put a down spout on. We have had some very heavy rain recently in the area. And after Paul's work we are completely water tight great job great guy highly recommend. He's my number 1 roofer.

Paul and Leon repaired a broken tile on our bungalow roof. This is the 3rd time we have used Paul and he is going to re-roof for us next year. The previous work was a new flat roof 6 years ago and a guttering repair at our previous property. Paul and Leon are courteous, very reliable and do excellent work. They responded to our telephone call last Saturday, Paul came the same day and assessed the damage. Today, Tuesday, they came and effected the repair. We are delighted and would never use anyone else. We can recommend without hesitation. Quotes are clear, very detailed and no hidden extras. Excellent team!

Paul and his team have done an excellent job and my roof is now the best on the street. He was great at keeping in touch throughout the whole job and organised everything from the scaffolding and skip to bringing us different choices of sample tiles. He did the job in exactly the time he said he would and even came back afterwards to correct a fault which I'd mistakenly thought was to do with the roof but wasn't. He gave us a great quote for all the work, and specified every aspect of the work he would undertake. Everything went smoothly. He kept the whole place spotless throughout the job and cleared up all mess before leaving each day. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone.

We are really really chuffed with the work Paul carried out. Right from the offset, nothing was too much trouble, Paul visited twice to ensure he had a good measure of the job and went above and beyond to help me source my own Velux window. I rang Paul out for a quote as I had damp in the living room. Paul confirmed I had an issue with the gutter as well as a section of roof tiles to repair. Excellent communication - He gave me a very good price - promptly fixed it and told me to wait a week to see if the problem rectified. needless to say it did the job and I plan to have Paul come back for building work in the summer. Excellent service and a fair price. Paul visited the property to assess the problem on the agreed day and fixed the problem within a few days of the initial phone call. He was very friendly and professional and I would not hesitate to recommend this company. There has been very bad weather since the gutter was fixed but I've had no further leaks. I will definitely be using this company again if I have anymore problems with the roof or gutters.
