Established in 2008, Breeze has +20 years’ experience in domestic and commercial heating and plumbing solutions. Along with being a Which? Trusted Trader, we are Gas Safe, MCS, approved members of the Association of Plumbing, Heating Contractors, Renewable Energy Consumer Code, Worcester Bosch approved installers, Vaillant Advanced installers and Trust Mark approved.

On finding a small leak through the ceiling in the morning I rang "Breeze hot and cold" and the helpful receptionist said, that after checking the extent of my problem, she would check on the availability of a plumber and call back. This happened soon after and I was advised a plumber would call at 2.00 pm. The plumber arrived on time, assessed the problem with the feed to the water storage tank in the loft and went directly to get a necessary part from a local stockist. He returned with the new valve, replaced it, checked for water tightness and then left. Job done efficiently, quickly and to my satisfaction. This is a very good service.

We chose the company following a recommendation from a neighbour. We had 2 taps replaced and a radiator installed and the work was carried out to our complete satisfaction. The installers were on time, very courteous and professional and we would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them.

Pipe leaking in an awkward place

The stopcock and pipework are in a narrow box behind the toilet in my ground floor washroom. It's an awkward place to work in because it's narrow and difficult to get at behind the toilet cistern. The plumber arrived on time and carried out the work efficiently, cutting out a redundant plastic box (purpose unknown) and replacing it with a new length of pipe and a new stop tap. He was helpful, efficient and let me know how he planned to resolve the problem. The quote was an hourly rate as the extent of the work was uncertain. The invoice was within the expected parameters. I would use Breeze again: the administration in booking a convenient time for the work to be done was efficient and friendly, the plumber seemed competent and professional.

A good start was that they actually responded to my initial enquiry (which didn't happen with some other companies). They provided a price for a boiler service and confirmed that the service included all the items I'd listed (which is the Which? list of must-dos). Their engineer turned up on time and was open and clear about what he was intending to do. In this instance he found a serious issue with the boiler; he explained what the issue was, what the cause was and the required remedy. The boiler was "red-tagged" (ie do not use). He engaged in a dialogue with "the office" and scheduled in a time to repair the boiler (the next day, first thing) and also phoned a parts supplier to establish the part was acquirable. So all along I was kept informed what was going on. He came across as competent and professional (something I've found lacking when using other companies).

Very professional all round ; office staff very helpful and efficient Plumber arrived at appointed time, carried out all necessary work with the minimum of fuss and maximum expertise ( even though both jobs were not entirely straightforward). Annual central heating boiler service

This was the second annual service following my switch from a British Gas contact The Breeze engineer arrived on time and immediately got to work. The service involving part strip-down and testing was done thoroughly and efficiently (I've seen a few of these done over the years at my home!). My questions about the boiler and system were handled helpfully and courteously with advice given on making better use of the system. The service included the filter found in the loft and advice was given on the system apparatus located there. An invoice came later in the day with a full report on the work done and the condition of the boiler. Altogether a very satisfactory experience at a fair price.

I searched on Which? for information on recommended boilers and installers and was please to find Breeze Hot and Cold Installations in my area. They responded without delay and called to survey the scene and quote without delay. After I accepted their quote the installation was carried out to my total satisfaction in about 10 days. As good as I could have hoped.

Nick came and took out an old toilet and sink and came again as requested a couple of weeks later (after I had redecorated) to fit new ones plus a new mixer shower. We're really pleased with the work carried out and will definitely use them again. Communication was very quick and professional and it was all finished on time and as quoted.
