This is the 3rd job Ian and his team have done for us, prices are always cheaper than local competitors and the team are always polite, conscious of our neighbours boundaries, do a great job efficiently and always clean down behind themselves, including hosing down the patio after a particularly muddy job. Ian is always very responsive on messages and quotes. No complaints!

Brentwood Tree Care cut back two mature wisterias in our back garden & we were very happy with their work. Ian came to assess the job initially & on the day the team arrived promptly, were very friendly & helpful & did a good job including clearing up well at the end. The work was quite tricky in some respects & they communicated with us throughout to make sure we were happy with everything, which we appreciated. The original quote was adhered to. We will be getting them back to do more work & highly recommend their services. They are a very useful company to know because as well as being qualified tree surgeons, they also carry out general garden clearance.

Removal of 8 trees surrounded by alot of brambles. All removed without any problems at all. The team were polite, friendly, professional and super tidy! Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in future!

I looked at a number of local tree surgeons for the removal of my trees and general cutting back of conifers. Brentwood Tree Care were in the middle of the range price-wise and good value. The most important aspect to me though was Ian himself and the sense of confidence and trust he gives you. His team turned up on time and were polite and hard working. They did everything I asked them to do and some more with a good attitude. They left my property cleaner than they found it. I recommend Brentwood Tree Care.

We had two large Ash trees which needed reducing and were concerned as the growth had spread over two of our neighbours gardens. We selected three tree companies to quote as we had no idea of the cost and of course required a company that we were relaxed with. Well, the first company felt it was too far to come and the second did not turn up to quote, so we were very pleased when Ian arrived. He was most helpful in discussing and agreeing what was required and gave a quote there and then which was confirmed a couple of days later with a start date. We felt this was a good company to undertake the work. Dan and the team arrived as agreed. They were cheerful, polite and went through in detail what we wanted. The work was handled very professionally and completed on time. The team cleared up the mess from our garden and also from both of our neighbours’ gardens. The trees look great and we are very pleased. The invoice arrived which was as quoted and we have no hesitation in recommending Brentwood Tree Care who we will be using again for all future tree work.

Contacted trader on 19th July 2019 to book a job cutting back hedge & overgrowth of roof of outbuilding in garden - earliest they could do this job was Thurs 12th Sept so made sure I was working from home that day. Sadly my father in law passed away the night before on Weds 11th so I was staying overnight with my mother in law on Weds but as i'd had the job booked in for 3 months and bit late to cancel I rushed home on the Thurs ensuring i was home by 8:30am when they were due to arrive. Spend the next 30 mins trying to contact them to find out where they were (phoned office number and a mobile num listed on office answerphone) as was keen for the job to get started and done asap so I could get back to my family. Finally after 30 mins and several unanswered phone calls I got through to Ian who said they should be there & he'd find out what'd going on - I then got a text to say they had van trouble and were waiting on a mechanic and would be a couple of hours so could the re-schedule - was keen to just get back so said no problem (but no one had contacted me at all about this delay and wasted 30 mins waiting for them as well as rushing to get home on time). I asked when is the next possible date as had already waited 3 months for first booking and he asked if he could let me know tomorrow as he was still on annual leave and i said no problem and didn't hear from them again. I text again on Tues 17th Sept to ask when the job was being re-scheduled but no reply.
