My thanks to Robert and everyone at Bricks and Water. Robert visited at 7pm in the evening to help me out and having identified the problem B&W returned promptly the next morning with an essential part. I have used B&W for a range of plumbing and home improvement work over many years. They are always responsive and reliable I wouldn’t use anyone else locally.

We had a couple of jobs to sort, managed to add the problem tap just prior to visit as we discovered the problem only the day before! This was a huge relief as it was leaking into the cupboard below. The person attending was very helpful and courteous and took great care to remove the pieces of broken tile from the bath.

This is the second time in about 6 weeks that I have had occasion to call on the services of Bricks & Water. The owner of the company, Robert Wright, couldn't have been more helpful. on the first occasion I had a blocked sink which I couldn't clear. Within the hour Robert himself was at my door and expertly cleared the blockage and he didn't use any chemicals. Once again today he came to my rescue to fit an induction hob as the supplier of the hob decided they were unable to install it. By mid afternoon I had the new hob up and running. I have always found the tradespeople from Brick & Water to by pole, tidy and above all knowledgeable.

Oven failed. Called them as they'd previously done a good service on our gas boiler B&W quickly identified that the oven fail had triggered a very unusual fault in the breaker box. Very experienced guys located the fault, fixed the box with minimum hassle. Also checked the box was ok before moving on. They worked quickly and really knew their stuff. Reasonable price too. Would definitely use them again.
