Most of the windows in my house were replaced by Britelite some years ago - and two sealed units were replaced under warranty. It was therefore an easy decision to employ Britelite again recently, when we needed a further window replacement. All the staff involved were very professional - particularly the window fitter, who was very experienced. They all did a really good job.

In any project, you inevitably have to make a trade off between time, cost and quality. I can confidently say that brutalities delivered on all three. Exceptional quality workmanship, delivered exactly to programme, with minimal disruption, and at a very reasonable price. I’d gladly recommend to anyone doing a conservatory upgrade, they’re great.

I am really happy with my new windows from Britelite. From start to finish, the service was professional, friendly, and very well organised. I was originally upgrading to double glazing, but I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to triple glazing, which was a fantastic bonus. The installation team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy once the job was completed. The quality of the windows is excellent and has made a real difference to my home — it feels warmer, quieter, and much more comfortable. I am extremely pleased with the overall result and the whole experience with Britelite. I would definitely recommend Britelite to anyone looking for reliable service and high-quality window installation.

Everything was great, the guy who came to see what we wanted (Conner) he was so good, no pressure to buy anything, he explained everything to us, so we went ahead with them, the to guys came they didn’t want to stop, we offered them drinks but said no thanks we want to work, they were very polite and finished the job, they tidied up as they went, we are very happy to recommend them

Britelite fitted new Triple Glaze Bay Windows at the front of my house upstairs and downstairs The quality of the windows is excellent and the fitters were very efficient , clean and friendly. There were not even any marks on the interior decorations when they had finished. Superb job They left the site very clean

Instillation of new double glazed windows. The work was performed to an agreed schedule and budget. Experienced workmen performed diligently with care. Informing us of what products work better for people with mobility problems. They reduced any anxiety we had by giving detailed knowledge about the products.

After obtaining more than 5 quotes to replace the front of our house sash windows we decided to go with Britelite after meeting them at the Ideal Home Exhibition. We liked the way the sales person was not pushy and just explained clearly how the company worked, including payment options. We went ahead and were told it would be around 10 weeks from order to instalment and so we were very pleasantly surprised that within 6 weeks our windows were ready for installation. This took over 2 days - over the weekend. The fitters worked very hard to make sure everything was done by working non-stop all day. Amazing. Took all our old windows away and at the end explained how the windows worked. We couldn't be more efficient and we are very happy with our lovely windows that have made an enormous difference regarding heat retention and noise reduction. We would definingly recommend Britelite.

The whole process was faultless from design to demolition of the existing ancient conservatory to the new build. The whole thing took about 5 days with a great bunch of workmen who worked tirelessly in horrendous weather. We now have a fabulous new room overlooking the River Thames which we can enjoy in all weathers. Thanks to everyone involved. Your skill is much appreciated

Happy with the work done especially with the inclement weather. They were tidy afterwards too. The new guttering seems to draw the rain water away much better than before. Pleased with the whole process despite a slight delay from ordering to the work being carried out.

Took more than 3 years to complete the job on my house. More than 60 visits and repairs, management not interested in resolving and not willing to explain to me reasons why it took so long . They even tried to fit window that was about 10 cm smaller - saying expanding foam will work, 8 attempts to install front door only and constant repairs of their own faults and much more failures! No chance to resolve issues with Ombudsman as they are not members of appropriate scheme. Careless, unprofessional, irresponsible. Stay away people

From the initial phone call to Britelite right through to the installation everyone we dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable and guided us through every stage of the booking.we were kept fully up to date at every stage of the process and delivery date was quicker than we expected. The fitters arrived on time both days despite the journey they had and were excellent they respected our property worked cleanly with dust sheets protecting carpets etc and the quality of their work couldn’t be faulted. Despite the upheaval involved the installation and quality of the windows and fitters couldn’t have been any better.
