Britelite were professional, prompt, concise and extremely polite from my initial enquiry through to payment and installation of our new front door. We got quotes from other firms, but they were underhand and unprofessional in their conduct. I was really taken back by how Britelite conducted themselves, a very high standard. The front door was better than we imagined and to such a high secure quality. I would definitely recommend Britelite 10/10 :-)

Britelite have done several jobs for us including replacing a large conservatory. We needed 4 windows replaced which they did very well. Arrived on time and were very tidy and professional. Pleasant and friendly fitters. Would recommend the company.

The work was carried out efficiently and quickly. 9 windows replaced in less than 2 days. The installer, Andrew, was quick, clean and efficient. Product was delivered within the agreed time frame at the agreed price. These are early days but the the product seems to be completely satisfactory.

We contacted Britlite to do a quote for front door . We agreed and the work was carried out with great care and workmanship had a little problem a few months later and was promptly resolved . I would recommend britlite for windows and doors communication and after care is excellent

We went through various choices of different types of window that would suit our property. We selected aluminium windows in black with leading that would be in keeping with other houses in the street. They look fantastic and well worth every penny.

The work done replacing all the windows was done by the fitters efficiently and were friendly and the mess was cleared away when work was finished. A couple of small problems were when brought to their attention was dealt with promptly. All in all very happy with the outcome.

Britelite took out my old wooden bay windows and fitted new UPVC windows upstairs and downstairs They were excellent from start to finish Clean, tidy, polite, efficient and I am delighted with the windows

The team arrived promptly to replace 2 heavy, old steel patio doors. Because there was effectively one team working on each window simultaneously, they were able to complete the job in less time than the 1 day estimated. The workmanship was outstanding, perfect fit, appearance and ease of use. I can slide the door with one finger, compared with brute force before. The heat conservation and sound reduction are also excellent, as promised. The team left the room spotless.

We had a door that needed replacing but it was not a standard size. I was very pleased that Britelight were able to accommodate my order and the end result was brilliant. Most of the windows in my house were replaced by Britelite some years ago - and two sealed units were replaced under warranty. It was therefore an easy decision to employ Britelite again recently, when we needed a further window replacement. All the staff involved were very professional - particularly the window fitter, who was very experienced. They all did a really good job.

I am really happy with my new windows from Britelite. From start to finish, the service was professional, friendly, and very well organised. I was originally upgrading to double glazing, but I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to triple glazing, which was a fantastic bonus.
