I cannot speak to highly of this company. The sales manager did not push me to buy their products, listened to what I asked for and gave me the quote there and then. He did not blind me with science but explained what we would be getting and gave advice when asked. The installation was much quicker than we were advised which was great. The installer who did the work had to do the first day on his own as his assistant was dealing with a bereavement. I cannot speak to highly of him as he worked virtually all day without a break to complete as much a he could and returned the next day to finish. We were very pleased with the service and the quality of the product which was a front window and door.

Britelite installed windows and doors throughout our current home in Hastings after they successfully completed a similar task, including a conservatory, in our former home in Orpington. The professional approach and courtesy of all staff throughout these installations, the high standard of the product and overall value for money all mean that we have no reservations in recommending Britelite to anyone. Quite simply, Britelite does a very good job !

The team we had were very good. Quick, efficient and really tidy, can't praise them enough. Felt they had worked together for a long time when in fact they had been together for only 2 months. Glass in back window awaiting replacement but its been arranged for 4th November.

Great team from the sales to installers. Chap was late to site to start the footings not his fault but he worked late and completed on time. The installers worked exceedingly hard and left everything clean and tidy.
