My name is Ross Coen I am the owner and founder of Bumblebee plumbing and heating. We have been going since 2015 and we are going from strength to strength. We now have 7 vans on the road and a full-time office. We recently won "BOILER AND HEATING CONTRACTORS INSTALLERS 2019" in the energy efficiency awards after winning it in 2018 also, showing that all our hard work and commitment is paying off.

We have a commitment to high level service and always strive for the perfect job. Our engineers are highly trained and experienced meaning that our customers get the best guys on the job every time.

At Bumblebee we are strong believers in "paying today to secure tomorrow". For instance, we have heavily invested in "our system" which sends SMS when the engineers on his way.

This company goes the extra mile for customer service. I needed a temporary fix (replacement valve) for a radiator in my elderly Mum’s bedroom while awaiting fitting of a Hive system (delayed due to supply chain issues). Had been let down on the valve replacement three times by previous plumber (probably because on its own its a small job). Bumblebee recognised that the current cold spell made this important to us and sorted it out quickly and efficiently. They are responsive and everyone we’ve dealt with has been very pleasant. Highly recommend.

The engineers arrived on time, removed old boiler and installed new one well within time advised. They explained what they were doing and cleaned after themselves. Very pleased with the work done. Just got to get used to a purring boiler.

Very pleased with the work Andy carried out installing the boiler. Also very pleased with the initial visit from Ross taking us through the procedure Takes a while to get hot water as it now on Eco, sure we will get used to it.

Central heating repair

Bumblebee came out at short notice to diagnose an issue with our central heating system. They provided a quote for the work and some replacement parts. Fortunately for us they were able to come out and fix the problem within a couple of days. All of the team at Bumblebee were really helpful. The work was completed quickly and we were given a discount on the original quote because it had taken under one hour to fix. I would recommend Bumblebee plumbing and heating.

We have used Bumblebee for the past 3 years now since we lived in Warrington. Every time the service has been fantastic, the team explain everything before and after the service is done. They even talked through why some rooms were hotter than others and recommendations as to how to resolve this. I would highly recommend them, in fact I have and several neighbours now use them.

The boiler had been serviced some months ago but having kept the heating off for sometime it would not connect to the remote boiler control. A quick call to the office and Steve was here in 5 minutes. Box opened and in five minutes I am back up and running. These guys are amazing. Don’t use anyone else. They are polite, on time, don’t overcharge, clean and efficient. Why go anywhere else. I recommend them to everyone.

Upgrade of radiators

Andy and his colleague replaced 5 radiators and installed a Hive system to our existing system. We were informed fully from the initial contact, quotation and date for work to be carried out. The work was completed and fully explained to my husband and I. Despite our house currently being somewhat of a building site due to other works the guys left there areas tidy and clean. Thank you and I will definitely recommend Bumblebee.
