My name is Ross Coen, Owner and Founder of Bumblebee Plumbing and Heating LTD. We have been operating since 2015 and we are going from strength to strength. We now have 8 vans on the road and a full-time office. We have numerous accolades for our excellent work.

My old boiler was playing up and I asked Bumblebee to come round and review my system. Recommended a few options and gave me some quotes to look over. Once i'd decided they booked me in and Peter came to install my new boiler. Great communication, done in a day, clean and tidy work and Peter was excellent and hard working. I've taken up their boiler and heating cover as well. Great work, thanks guys!

Bumblebee carried out a Gas Safety Check for me on a rented property. From first contact to completion of the check and provision of the invoice and safety certificate everything was quick, efficient and friendly. Will definitely use this company again.

We have been with Bumblebee for several years now and they never let us down. We are both in our later years and when I rang them at 7pm last night they fixed the job for the following morning. To my surprise Sam rang me roughly 30 mins later and said as it was so cold he would come and look at the issue there and then. He duly came and fixed the problem. To me that was way beyond the call of duty and he demonstrated the caring nature of the Company to a tee. Thank you so much Sam you were a superstar!

James was the engineer who carried out the service from Bumblebee. He was on time, polite and efficient which has been my experience with all the engineers from this company over the past 4 years. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. I have also used them to fit a radiator which was also a great job.

Reported problem with hot water A very personable young man called the same afternoon and although it was down to the manufacturer to sort the aftercare service provided by Bumblebee is second to none.

Once again we are totally impressed by all elements of the service we received from Bumblebee. Excellent communication and reliability from all staff from initial phone communication to job completion. We have had a new Intergas 36 RF boiler fitted which is the best we have ever had as a family over a number years and properties ( including Valiant, Visseman and Worcester models). We are signing up to Busy Bee Combi care package which is very reasonably priced and will guarantee peace of mind for all future central heating and hot water issues. Once again a superb company and service across all elements. I continue to spread the word that Bumble Bee are the best around so don’t hesitate to contact them for any of your heating and hot water problem's

We had a boiler issue and we reported the error code, the specialist visited us early on Saturday understanding the situation and equipped with all possible solutions for the error code. He resolved the issue and boiler was back to working condition. Also recommended few parts change to avoid the issue in future.
