My name is Ross Coen, Owner and Founder of Bumblebee Plumbing and Heating LTD. We have been operating since 2015 and we are going from strength to strength. We now have 8 vans on the road and a full-time office. We have numerous accolades for our excellent work.

We have an annual maintenance contract and called them out for a problem with the thermostat. They attended and resolved the problem. Clean, polite and smartly dressed engineer, as always. Completely satisfied with the service.

What can I say. Ross came to price the work we wanted and promised a quick turnaround. Within 5 days received the quotation and confirmation date. Andy arrived within the specified time and was brilliant. Polite and considerate and went over everything. Workmanship was superb. Tidied everything and took the rubbish away. I’m very pleased with the service I received. The Bumblebee worker was extremely knowledgeable, professional and polite throughout the boiler check. He explained everything clearly, answered any questions I had and carried out the work thoroughly and efficiently. It was clear that he takes pride in his work and provides a reliable and professional service. Bumblebee messaged me to inform worker was on his way. I would definitely recommend him and will happily continue to use Bumblebee services again.

I have just had Bumblebee fit Aircon to the house . Took the plunge after our heatwaves. From coming out to give advice and quote to actually fitting the system it was seamless. What a team!!! They are professional knowledgeable and deliver excellent customer service . A big shout out and thank you to Peter who was with us for the two days it took to fit.and Andy a day. I hardly knew they were there. Always friendly ready to answer my questions at any time. My home was left clean and tidy . The system is perfect and running well. I am over the moon and ready for a heatwave 🤔. So if anyone is thinking of Aircon I can highly recommend these guys. I will be using them again for my boiler and Aircon services. It’s 5 stars from us.
