My name is Ross Coen, Owner and Founder of Bumblebee Plumbing and Heating LTD. We have been operating since 2015 and we are going from strength to strength. We now have 8 vans on the road and a full-time office. We have numerous accolades for our excellent work.

We have been with Bumblebee for several years now and they never let us down. We are both in our later years and when I rang them at 7pm last night they fixed the job for the following morning. To my surprise Sam rang me roughly 30 mins later and said as it was so cold he would come and look at the issue there and then. He duly came and fixed the problem. To me that was way beyond the call of duty and he demonstrated the caring nature of the Company to a tee. Thank you so much Sam you were a superstar!

James was the engineer who carried out the service from Bumblebee. He was on time, polite and efficient which has been my experience with all the engineers from this company over the past 4 years. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. I have also used them to fit a radiator which was also a great job.

We had a boiler issue and we reported the error code, the specialist visited us early on Saturday understanding the situation and equipped with all possible solutions for the error code. He resolved the issue and boiler was back to working condition. Also recommended few parts change to avoid the issue in future.

Superb service from Bumblebee. Having issues with hot water and pressure and decided to call. So efficient and professional with the reassurance and everything explained throughout. Had trouble with system since a boiler was fitted by another company. Ross came out and got heating back on. James came today and sorted rest of problems even though the pipe work and radiators are really old. Working well now. They were very pleasant,reassuring and patient. I had a new boiler fitted today. Peter arrived on time worked consistently for over 5 hours and took the time to explain to me how everything works when he was done. He was very thorough, tidy and courteous throughout the day. I would highly recommend bumblebee
