My name is Ross Coen, Owner and Founder of Bumblebee Plumbing and Heating LTD. We have been operating since 2015 and we are going from strength to strength. We now have 8 vans on the road and a full-time office. We have numerous accolades for our excellent work.

Called Bumblebee after Gas Board had capped tenants supply after faulty carbon monoxide alarm. Despite it being only 10mins before the end of their engineers day they sent someone out to do checks and reconnect supply. Their engineer, Andy, sent me a report within the hour. Well worth the call-out fee as hot water and cooking capability were restored for the tenant family.

It is quite unnerving when carbon monoxide alarms go off, we endeavour to help where humanly possible, on this occasion Andy went the extra mile at the end of his day do assist. Top man Andy!

This is the second job we’ve had from the company due to us being so impressed by previous work. Jack was our engineer on both visits . Communication from the office was excellent. The engineer was on time, very professional and friendly. The work area was left clean and tidy with all packaging disposed of. We would use this company again and have recommended to friends.

Jack did a brilliant job. Very efficient. Just came in and got on with it. Could not have asked for better. He even sorted out a slight leak on the toilet while he was working in the bathroom. Wife is made up.

We had our old 25-year-old boiler replaced with a new condensing boiler, everything went really smoothly and the odd hiccup was sorted quickly, can't fault the service and would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Despite getting a new boiler, we are continuing to use Bumblebee for our ongoing boiler maintenance.

Steve carried out the work for my mum and dad. On Saturday, they had a problem with the boiler after bleeding one of the radiators. He came out today and fixed the problem, as well as doing their yearly service. He was very efficient and nothing was too much trouble.

Have been on a maintenance contract with Bumblebee for a few years. Always someone to answer the phone and help when you have an issue, the appointments are fast, the guys are knowledgeable and happy to answer questions. Transferred the service to the new house, wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I have used Bumblebee for 6 years, and I have not had any issues. My latest appointment was for a boiler service. I received a call to book the appointment, I chose a morning appointment. The engineer, Jimmy, messaged to say he was on his way. As with all the engineers employed by Bumblebee, Jimmy was tidy, very pleasant and informative. He asked if I had had any problems in the 12 months, serviced the boiler, tested the system and completed the service book. I would have no hesitation but to recommend this business.

Our old boiler conked out AGAIN so it was time to stop patching it up and get it replaced. I contacted 3 local plumbers to quote. Only Bumblebee responded. When the Bumblebee plumber arrived to quote, he managed to get the boiler working again (temporarily). I wasn't charged for this additional work. The guys who fitted the new boiler were polite, professional, clean and tidy. Not only am I pleased with their work, I'm pleased I've found a dependable plumber I can call on in future if needed.

Booked my boiler service a month ago. My appointment was confirmed for the day and time I requested. In addition, the name of the engineer was included in the detail. On the morning of the work, I received another message confirming the engineer's arrival time. The work was carried out in a timely and professional manner. The guys were respectful of my home and polite. Bumblebees are my first choice when it comes to plumbing and heating issues.

We have had a problem with a new designer radiator, which wasn't really heating. Then the pipe disconnected and water went everywhere. Jack came out to fix the radiator and thought there was a problem with the valve. He explained in simple terms what he thought it was, and tried a repair to sort it. Shortly after he left the pipe went again, and this was the problem Jack had been concerned about. He turned up with different valves and spent some time checking everything worked. For the first time, the radiator appeared to heat properly. The pipe is firmly fixed in place now with an 'olive'. Not only do I really appreciate Jack and Bumblebee's support and swift response in an emergency, but I am also now able to go back to the supplier about the faulty (expensive) thermostat, as I can explain exactly what the problem was. Thank you all for your help, and especially Jack.

After being without hot water or heating for 3 weeks, we were let down when the heating engineer decided he didn’t want the job that had been booked for over 3 weeks. A friend mentioned Bumblebee so I looked at their website, which was very easy to navigate. I got a quote and requested a call back. From the initial first move we had a brand new boiler fitted within 3 days…… amazing! Right up until the day we thought it would go wrong, they would let us down, but they didn’t. The job was done within 5 hours. Nice tidy work. A very friendly plumber, who was obviously highly experienced. He's done a great job and after so long, it was heaven to be able to turn a tap on to wash the dishes rather than boil a kettle. The lady on reception was extremely friendly and was nice to deal with. I would highly recommend Bumblebee, they are an outstanding company!

Booked repair on the 30th. Repaired on the morning of the 31st. I am no expert but the repair was done very well, clean and tidy working practices and my dog loved Ross the Boss. The boiler is still working as I expected it to. Great job, well done.

Just moved into our property heating and hot water not working correctly telephoned bumble bee Andy engineer came out 23.12.2024 condemned boiler leaking co2 and screws missing although had been apparently serviced end of July 2024 by another company. Magnificent service received by bumble bee. Andy arranged for new Boiler to be Installed today engineer who attended Karl was superb polite knowledgeable and very empathetic to our needs. Cannot thank Karl and bumble bee enough lovely n toasty for Christmas and for the health and safety aspect. Would highly recommend Bumble Bee Services Thank You and Merry Christmas.

We have used Bumblebee before and were impressed. This time was to fit a new radiator which had to be put off several times due to building work. The quoting was quick and transparent, very easy. Vicky was very helpful (and patient) in keeping rebooking. Jack did the work and he was friendly, professional and tidy and did a good job. I wouldn't hesitate to use this local firm again. We have been very impressed.
