My name is Ross Coen I am the owner and founder of Bumblebee plumbing and heating. We have been going since 2015 and we are going from strength to strength. We now have 7 vans on the road and a full-time office. We recently won "BOILER AND HEATING CONTRACTORS INSTALLERS 2019" in the energy efficiency awards after winning it in 2018 also, showing that all our hard work and commitment is paying off.
We have a commitment to high level service and always strive for the perfect job. Our engineers are highly trained and experienced meaning that our customers get the best guys on the job every time.
At Bumblebee we are strong believers in "paying today to secure tomorrow". For instance, we have heavily invested in "our system" which sends SMS when the engineers on his way.

A very well organised Company from initial contact/quotation through to installation and commissioning. The work was carried out to a very high standard and the installation team explained everything step by step which was appreciated. The team were polite and took extreme care whilst completing the job. The team left after a day and a half with the Boiler and Nest control working perfectly. Having now experienced the Company I have taken out the Boiler care maintenance package they offer and feel confident that my Boiler and installation will be well looked after for many years to come, thanks Bumblebee.

Servicing and lagging of outside pipes completed. This team are brilliant ,they message you when on the way and ring you if they need to change times, communication and courtesy is outstanding. No chasing up or being left hanging. I highly recommend Bumblebee. keep it up.

I had Bumblebee to service and maintain my central heating in my previous home and now I’ve moved into my new property an engineer came out to ensure the boiler, radiators and thermostat were all in good working order, engineer did a great job and assured me that all in good working order and safe. As Which reviews prove, I could not have made a better decision. From the first point of contact, with Vicky, to today’s inspection and full service, with engineer Paul, Bumblebee have been highly professional, courteous, efficient with exemplary safety, quality, value and customer service at the heart of all they do. Thanks to all at Bumblebee. I am absolutely delighted to have taken out the comprehensive (Queen Bee) boiler cover and will definitely tell all of my friends. I phoned Bumblebee on Friday saying heating wasn't coming on straight away. They offered to come out that afternoon but I wasn't available so made it the following Monday. Arrived on time and within 5 minutes had diagnosed faulty 3 port valve. Came back on the Wednesday and had fitted a new working one within the hour. Brilliant company who I would recommend to anyone. Also polite and professional. Also we took out their incredibly cheap service plan when they fitted our boiler, which meant I didn't get charged for the valve! I was amazed.

Bumblebee have recently completed a combi boiler swap for my nan, under my instruction, they arrived promptly, completed the job to a high standard and left the house in pristine condition, you would have never known they had been! My nan is grateful for their warming personalities and their patience in explaining the heating controls, they even wrote down some simplified instructions in case she forgot. Service you can't get anywhere else! Thanks for bee'ing awesome!
