My name is Ross Coen I am the owner and founder of Bumblebee plumbing and heating. We have been going since 2015 and we are going from strength to strength. We now have 7 vans on the road and a full-time office. We recently won "BOILER AND HEATING CONTRACTORS INSTALLERS 2019" in the energy efficiency awards after winning it in 2018 also, showing that all our hard work and commitment is paying off.

We have a commitment to high level service and always strive for the perfect job. Our engineers are highly trained and experienced meaning that our customers get the best guys on the job every time.

At Bumblebee we are strong believers in "paying today to secure tomorrow". For instance, we have heavily invested in "our system" which sends SMS when the engineers on his way.

No heat coming through upstairs radiator. James came fixed stuck valve, which he explained sometimes happens when not used over long summer. All fine. Worth taking a plan out.

We decided to replace our old boiler and have a new boiler fitted and relocated to the garage. From our initial consultation with Ross to contact with Vicky in the office the service was exceptional. The job was completed in a day. Peter, Steve and Jack fitted the new boiler they were polite, helpful and friendly and answered any questions we had. They have done an excellent job. They arrived on time and worked really hard and they left everywhere clean and tidy. Highly recommended. Definitely 5 star service and a very professional company.

Thank you Bumblebee heating for fantastic service. My boiler had its annual service today, I received a message that the engineer was on his way, when he arrived he was very polite and courteous and he completed his work without any mess. I would certainly recommend this company to others.

Contacted bumblebee after doing a local search on google & out of many that came up locally bumblebee stood out by far with amazing reviews & with checkatrade and which trusted trader I was put at ease, I arranged a home visit for a quote to remove my 25 year old heating system with immersion heater tank removed and have a combi boiler fitted in a new location from kitchen to upstairs, the assessor who came out answered every question & recommended what boiler would suit and explained what work would have to be carried out A++++, I was given I reasonable quote and because of outstanding service & information of the guy that came out I did not want to consider getting any other company, boiler and work was carried out on date agreed 28/7/22 for 2 days, the guy that carried the works out was andy heal and his 2 work colleagues was amazing, being in the building game myself they worked clean and tidy and was respectful of my property and and was on point from start to finish informing me of every stage, I cannot stress enough how amazing and I highly recommend bumblebee for anything for plumbing or heating, everyone 110% happy, all new pipe work was done in copper pipe and clipped and as it should be not the rubbish plastic quick fit that looks untidy,

Bumblebee messaged to say engineer (Steve) was on his way. Steve was well presented, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the fault with the boiler. Explained in detail what had caused the fault, and demonstrated how he would rectify it. Explained how to prevent the fault reoccurring (i.e. correct service intervals). Steve was clean in his work and left no mess. Would definitely use both Bumblebee & Steve again for any future plumbing/central heating work. Job sorted!
