My name is Ross Coen, Owner and Founder of Bumblebee Plumbing and Heating LTD. We have been operating since 2015 and we are going from strength to strength. We now have 8 vans on the road and a full-time office. We have numerous accolades for our excellent work.

We initially used Bumblebee just to check out the heating system ( which had not been used for some timer) when we first moved into the property. We were impressed by the professionalism of the office team and the engineer who did the work. So used them again to upgrade the heating system, replace and move radiators etc. Again could not fault any aspect of the job. No hesitation in recommending them.

I have used Bumblebee on two occasions recently, for a boiler and unvented cylinder service, and to replace a faulty cylinder pressure valve. On both occasions, they were able to provide convenient appointment times and advanced warning of their arrival. The work was carried out professionally and the disruption was minimal. The invoices and service report were delivered promptly via email, and the payment acknowledgement was received in a timely manner. Overall, a competent and professional company who I wouldn't hesitate to recommend, or use again.

I was really impressed by the professionalism and knowledge shown by Andy Heal. He knew exactly what to do, bought the right parts and proceeded to promptly complete the necessary repairs. He also tidied up afterwards which was really impressive. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for plumbing and heating professionals.

Bumblebee were recommended by a friend and they lived up to this recommendation. Arrived when arranged to provide a quote, which is unusual for some trades these days. Information provided fast and installation date arranged within 2 weeks. Following a cancellation the installation was brought forward so job completed within 10 days. Great lads who did the job. Helpful with the Hive and kept the house clean with a runner and removal of all waste. Recommend!

Mark sorted my boiler problem out within 30 minutes, I’ve now got hot water and heating again! Cheaper using Bumblebee (and came out sooner) than paying my excess to British Gas! Thanks guys!

We had been left without a working boiler in minus temperatures. I gave Bumblebee a call and they prioritised our need with a house visit within two days and the installation on the third day. Andy Heal came out to install, he was clean, professional and kept us informed on each step. Really impressed with the result and he even went above and beyond to help us fix a broken garage door. Really recommend this company highly and so glad we choose them.

This company goes the extra mile for customer service. I needed a temporary fix (replacement valve) for a radiator in my elderly Mum’s bedroom while awaiting fitting of a Hive system (delayed due to supply chain issues). Had been let down on the valve replacement three times by previous plumber (probably because on its own its a small job). Bumblebee recognised that the current cold spell made this important to us and sorted it out quickly and efficiently. They are responsive and everyone we’ve dealt with has been very pleasant. Highly recommend.

The engineers arrived on time, removed old boiler and installed new one well within time advised. They explained what they were doing and cleaned after themselves. Very pleased with the work done. Just got to get used to a purring boiler.
