My name is Ross Coen I am the owner and founder of Bumblebee plumbing and heating. We have been going since 2015 and we are going from strength to strength. We now have 7 vans on the road and a full-time office. We recently won "BOILER AND HEATING CONTRACTORS INSTALLERS 2019" in the energy efficiency awards after winning it in 2018 also, showing that all our hard work and commitment is paying off.

We have a commitment to high level service and always strive for the perfect job. Our engineers are highly trained and experienced meaning that our customers get the best guys on the job every time.

At Bumblebee we are strong believers in "paying today to secure tomorrow". For instance, we have heavily invested in "our system" which sends SMS when the engineers on his way.

We aim to be:

I have now had a service contract with Bumblebee for about 3 years and has an unvented water cylinder fitted by them also. On a couple of occasions, faults have been detected on my aging boiler and efficiently rectified. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Bumblebee.

Ross of Bumblebee Plumbing and Heating fitted a new intergas combi boiler for me over the last two days. The process went extremely well and I am very impressed with Ross and his team with their professional and thorough approach. I used Bumblebee on a friend’s recommendation and would recommend them to others without any reservations. I have taken out their competitive boiler care cover plan for boilers they have installed.

Great service, prompt and polite and very professional. Having dealt with British Gas in the past, the service from Bumblebee feels so much more personal and warm that is never forced or scripted. I has my boiler fitted by them 15 months ago and it was a brilliant job completed by the engineer. He was every bit at professional as the latest engineer who serviced the boiler. Job well done Bumblebee 👍

Would just like to thank Mark for fixing our boiler. Arrived on time, was respectful and courteous, it took quite a long time to fix but he persevered and was very patient as was not an easy task. Well done Mark. Highly recommend him and the company.

A heating engineer was onsite within twenty four hours of our call, he identified the fault on our combi-boiler and fixed with a spare part from his van all in an hour. Faultless service.

Just had a new boiler fitted today. Competitive price quoted. Felt safe in the knowledge they knew what they were talking about, after receiving several quotes felt they were the best equipped to deliver a good job. Very happy with the job done and the workmen did a great job. I am also going to take them up on their service plan which is very good value for money
