About

My name is Ross Coen I am the owner and founder of Bumblebee plumbing and heating. We have been going since 2015 and we are going from strength to strength. We now have 7 vans on the road and a full-time office. We recently won "BOILER AND HEATING CONTRACTORS INSTALLERS 2019" in the energy efficiency awards after winning it in 2018 also, showing that all our hard work and commitment is paying off.

We have a commitment to high level service and always strive for the perfect job. Our engineers are highly trained and experienced meaning that our customers get the best guys on the job every time.

At Bumblebee we are strong believers in "paying today to secure tomorrow". For instance, we have heavily invested in "our system" which sends SMS when the engineers on his way.

I have been using Bumblebee for many years now. Have purchased a new boiler (which has been great). I have an ongoing maintenance contract and have been very satisfied with their work. Their response is always prompt and courteous. Wouldn't dream of using anyone else.

I used Bumblebee to replace my ageing and troublesome combi boiler. From the quotation and survey stage it was obvious that they took a great deal of pride in their work and they answered my queries promptly and fully. The quotation provided was clear and provided a range of options for me to choose from. Having committed to using them the install was arranged within a couple of days and proceeded quickly and efficiently and they left the work area clean and tidy. I would use them for future work without hesitation.

I've been using Bumblebee for a few years now. Everything goes to plan. They respond promptly and keep the customer informed. All work is of a high standard. Most recently, I needed a new combi boiler. Before starting work, they protected all the floors and carpets. The job was completed in about 4 hours.

We contacted Bumblebee following some previous work they had done for us. They fitted a larger radiator in one of our bedrooms to improve heat efficiency in there. The work was done on time and to budget. No mess, everything was left clean and tidy. We got exactly what we were hoping for. Very pleased.

Highly recommend this company. Had a new Boiler fitted 12 months ago which is a lot more economical than my old boiler. Received a phone call to say service was due. All booked in with no fuss. Engineer text me to let me know he was on his way. Really pleasant guy who just got on with the job. Honestly can't recommend this company enough. Super service

I had a leak on my heating system, Bumblebee came out and repaired it, this was all done very quickly. I can't recommend Bumblebee highly enough. I have my heating system on a plan with Bumblebee and they have never let me down! Ross and his team are a really professional outfit where excellence is treated as standard.

Needed a radiator thermostat valve changing and Bumblebee once again came to our assistance. Quick call to the office and a plumber was on his way the following day. Job done quickly with no mess. I was dreading my 30+ year old boiler finally giving up. It did just that on Christmas day. I have been told in the past by gas fitters ( not Bumblee ) that it was going to be a massive very expensive job to replace. They could not have been more wrong. An engineer came out to confirm that we needed a new boiler. We were given a price for the work that needed doing. Three engineers came to carry out the work a week later. They were fantastic from start to finish. They were so clean, tidy and professional. At the end of the day when they left it was as if nothing had been disturbed at all, and we had a lovely new boiler fitted. I would have no issues in recommending them to anyone. Fantastic service.
