My name is Ross Coen, Owner and Founder of Bumblebee Plumbing and Heating LTD. We have been operating since 2015 and we are going from strength to strength. We now have 8 vans on the road and a full-time office. We have numerous accolades for our excellent work.

I had to change call last minute as pet emergency. My call was taken very friendly and professional, no problem changing appointment. Engineer turned up at my agreed time, very friendly, professional. He explained what he was doing etc. definitely use this company again.

I called Bumblebee after my parents had been let down twice by another company. They organised an appointment in a few days, with an afternoon slot. I got a text message to confirm the engineer was on his way. My parents got a boiler service and a leaking pipe fixed at a very reasonable rate. Highly recommended and will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks guys.

Ross came out to my house to install a new radiator. A highly professional, friendly, competent tradesman who did a great job and the cost of the work was reasonable as well; great value. I also asked for his advice about work I will want doing on the condenser pipe in the future. He explained everything that will need doing in detail and I will definitely be using his company's services in the future. Highly recommended.

From the moment Ross came out to give a quote and explain the work involved to the fitter, Peter, installing the new combi boiler, everything went superbly. Peter explained every process and I felt that he was a very professional in his way. As the house would be empty when he arrived I gave him the key to let himself in. He did a fantastic job, cleaned up after himself and explained how the system worked using the new thermostat. Very impressed and I would highly recommend them.
