My name is Ross Coen I am the owner and founder of Bumblebee plumbing and heating. We have been going since 2015 and we are going from strength to strength. We now have 7 vans on the road and a full-time office. We recently won "BOILER AND HEATING CONTRACTORS INSTALLERS 2019" in the energy efficiency awards after winning it in 2018 also, showing that all our hard work and commitment is paying off.

We have a commitment to high level service and always strive for the perfect job. Our engineers are highly trained and experienced meaning that our customers get the best guys on the job every time.

At Bumblebee we are strong believers in "paying today to secure tomorrow". For instance, we have heavily invested in "our system" which sends SMS when the engineers on his way.

I had a new combi boiler fitted as I had issues with the hot water tank and head tank gravity fed system which was giving me poor shower pressure and the booster pump I had for the shower was very noisy and temperamental. The job to take out all the equipment and replace with a new boiler was carried out within 2 days and I was very pleased with the result. It was suggested to move the boiler from the utility room to the garage and this was a better arrangement for me. Both men doing the job worked well and there were no issues. They were able to leave me with gas and cold water overnight which helped make the changeover more manageable for me. I was really pleased with the end product. A great company with very courteous and capable plumbers. I would highly recommend them.

We had an issue with our boiler losing pressure, which resulted in a leak. I contacted Bumblebee, they were very clear on their approach and processing during the booking process. I received an email straightaway to confirm my booking. On the day, I received another message to inform me that the Engineer was on his way. The Engineer arrived, was polite and explained the issue and resolved it in a very timely manner.

Our boiler developed a leak a week ago so we called Bumblebee, with whom we have a service contract, and they sent an engineer out the same day. He diagnosed that a new part was required to fix the problem. Later that same day I received a call to confirm the part had been ordered and to book the return of the engineer to undertake the repair work. He turned up today at the agreed time and completed the repair to our entire satisfaction. Bumblebee offer their customers prompt and efficient service at all times and come highly recommended.

As a repeat customer, you can tell this company has customer satisfaction as the no 1 priority - the young lady in the office calls you by your first name as your information has popped up on her screen - always very professional. The guys that attend to do the service are very respectful - always stand back from the door so you can see their Bumblebee van - explain what they are going to do - proper professional knowledgeable tradesmen, look smart and work tidily - kick shoes off when walking on carpet - these little items are what make this company stand out from the crowd.

New boiler pump fitted, engineer had to replace valves as they had rusted. It was a very warm day so it must have been even more difficult. Work completed and system working again. Very efficient and tidy worker.

Old boiler was taken out new Worcester Lifestyle 8000 fitted, new filter fitted and flue changed. Copper pipework altered so things were more accessible. Really pleased with the finished job, team that carried out the work were polite, hardworking and tidy. Would highly recommend Bumblebee Plumbing and Heating. Have taken out a service contract so I know they will look after my new boiler well. Thanks for the very good job.

They've already serviced my boiler and did a repair a few years ago. The technician came and worked with a roofing contractor who was replacing a seal round the flue. I asked him if he could service the boiler too while he was there. All done in the hour so no additional cost. These guys know what they are doing and get on with it.
