Just wanted to leave a review following some work carried out by Bumblebee Plumbing & Heating. From the initial phone call to enquire about the work, then to book the visit and finally to the engineer arriving and carrying out the work, the whole process was great. Bumblebee are polite, professional and a pleasure to deal with. From now on they will be my go-to company for gas and boiler work. Many thanks.

Selected Bumblebee to install boiler and radiators. The quote was competitive and informative about the options (much cheaper than British Gas) and work was done quickly and efficiently, overcoming the obstacles of an older house and even helping move furniture around. Did have a minor issue, but this was sorted straight away with a follow-up visit, so great customer service on that one. Would highly recommend them and certainly use them again.

Bumblebee did a great job resolving an ongoing issue that others had failed to fix. We had a home cover agreement in place, but a recurring issue was not resolved despite multiple call outs, much to our huge frustration. Bumblebee came out and correctly highlighted two issues, fixing both with no problems. Really friendly, knowledgable engineers, who did a great job - exactly as they described.

Had a new boiler fitted. This is the second time I've used this company and have been well pleased by their after-sales service. The owner/manager who surveyed the job was most knowledgeable and the quote was competitive. The fitters/engineers who carried out the were hard conscientious, polite, and considerate. Wouldn't hesitate to use Bumblebee again if I had the need.

From booking to being kept up to date when engineer would arrive, to speedy completion of my annual boiler service, everything was the usual excellent Bumblebee service.

We can't recommend Bumblee highly enough, excellent service in all dealings with them. Right through from the quotation stage to installation and aftercare. All engineers really good standard of work, leaving the property spotless on completion. You definitely get personal service when dealing with a small independent company.

I was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently James Burgess worked and I absolutely love that I correctly guessed why the name of the company came about. You see, I'm a nerd too. 8-)

I have just had a new boiler installed by Bumblebee Heating and they were so professional throughout the entire process. The whole team were polite and enthusiastic.

Whilst undertaking some renovation work we found a screw drilled through a floor board and in to a pipe. Ross from Bumblebee promptly came to our assistance, removed and replaced the damaged gas pipe and completed a safety check. Professional, polite and a high standard of service competitively priced. Brilliant service from Steve today and totally took away the worry I had felt for some time. The work was completed very efficiently and a thorough inspection was taken including underneath floorboards. All done and everything was left as found. Steve just oozed knowledge and was extremely tidy and helpful, his ability to reassure a nervous customer was such a relief. All this at a surprisingly low cost . Very pleased all round. This was not our first experience of Bumblebee and as expected we have no complaints about the first class job they did. Some similar companies give you a time and date for the job and then don’t turn up. Bumblebee are there when they say they will be and their engineers are always smartly turned out presenting a corporate image. Good job at a fair price carried out by pleasant and competent engineer. Will we use again? You bet we will.

From first contact, to job done, Bumblebee show how it should be done. A company I respect and trust and one I have no hesitation in recommending.

Bumblebee contacted on 3/6/2021 to arrange first service on combi boiler and they confirmed booking for today I would recommend them for their professionalism in their work and customer service a top company.

From quote to completion nothing was too much trouble. Job was split to enable me to have other work carried out, and when that job was delayed their dates were moved without any issues. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I got five different quotes and Bumble bee were definitely the most helpful explaining in clear language what they needed to do and why. Cost was competitive. Both guys that did the work were very pleasant, Covid aware and also laid down carpet protector as they had to remove the old water tank in the loft and the emersion heater. Cleaned up after themselves, punctual and even gave me a ten minute warning when there was likely to be some noise (as I was working from home making tele calls so I wouldn't get disturbed). There was a slight problem after they left (the historic plumbing that was not part of their job), one quick call and they were back straight away and resolved it with no fuss or complaint. We sought an estimate from a national retailer for a replacement boiler, but the representative who came out was a salesman rather than a heating engineer. As a consequence, we had little confidence in the product or the service that was being offered. We had seen the Bumblebee vans around the local area and thought we would ask them for a possible alternative. Thank goodness we did! As soon as we started to explain what we wanted, Ross made it clear that he had an excellent working knowledge of boiler installation and customer needs. He listened to what we wanted and then explained our options. We obviously decided to go ahead. Pete and Andy arrived promptly on the morning the work was due to commence. At the end of the 2 days they were in our home, we had a nice, new boiler. All our requirements were met, if not exceeded and you would never know they had been in our home. We would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family. Thank you Bumblebee.

Was notified they engineer was on his way. James was very polite very friendly and cheerful. Work carried out in a very clean efficient manner. James explained work that had been carried out and emailed certificate before he left the premises. Would definitely recommend.

My old boiler stopped working and this always gives me anxiety after dealing with British Gas some 5 years ago. Sam came round and correctly diagnosed the fault within 1/2hr. Unfortunately it was a rare part and took some time to source the part (boiler prob 20 yrs old) but it did come and was fixed first time at a very reasonable price. Great work Sam and Bumblebee, it's a relief to know a good plumbing firm.

Had problems with my shower pump, Neil the engineer sorted it very friendly and chatty bloke loves his. cuppa lol. Certainly recommend Bumblebee.

We had Bumblebee Plumbing and heating out to fit our new boiler and two new radiators. They were Covid safe and wore face mask all the time they were here. Great service and we even took out their maintenance cover as very reasonably priced. Great service and really nice to deal with. No mess at all. I would strongly recommend them to look after you.

After being let down repeatedly by other local heating engineers to come and service my boiler, I phoned Bumblebee. I was impressed from the first contact, efficient booking system over the phone, followed immediately by a confirmation email. Sam phoned 45 minutes before the booked time to ask if it was ok to come early. Absolutely was. He was polite, courteous and obviously knows his trade. I will definitely use Bumblebee in the future and will recommend them.
