My name is Ross Coen, Owner and Founder of Bumblebee Plumbing and Heating LTD. We have been operating since 2015 and we are going from strength to strength. We now have 8 vans on the road and a full-time office. We have numerous accolades for our excellent work.

Had hot water but no heating. Ross arrived on time and very quickly found the problem was the thermostat not working. Luckily he had one on the van, he synched it with the boiler and then gave me a quick lesson on how to use it. All done within budget he initially mentioned. Very impressed with the service and therefore have signed up for a maintenance agreement for the future.

As always timely reminder for our boiler service. Andy Heal carried out the service and commented on the system being noisy. Diagnosed a fault on the pump, organised a replacement and was fitted today. Bumblebee are without doubt are one of the best companies we have dealt with. From Vicky in the office, to the engineers, especially Andy, they are polite, punctual and most of all efficient at their jobs. Would highly recommend this company.

I’m a letting agent and recently used Bumblebee Plumbing & Heating for a boiler repair at one of our managed properties in Stockport. I had previously been quoted around £350 by another plumber, but Bumblebee’s gas engineer completed the repair for a fraction of the price. I called Bumblebee Plumbing & Heating Ltd to fit some new radiators and service our fire and boiler. I got a call back the same day to review the job. They took the time to ask questions about the job, offered a date to visit, and they were very flexible. I received an email quote the same day. When Steve turned up, he was very professional. He explained what he intended to do and ensured everything was fully installed and in working order. Absolutely great service. Great job.
