My name is Ross Coen, Owner and Founder of Bumblebee Plumbing and Heating LTD. We have been operating since 2015 and we are going from strength to strength. We now have 8 vans on the road and a full-time office. We have numerous accolades for our excellent work.

This visit was for an annual boiler service, but we have been regular customers with Bumblebee Plumbing and Heating limited for several years. They are extremely efficient, helpful and knowledgeable and do a great job. They are also very thorough and customer service either in person by the engineer who visits or by phone if you have any queries is excellent.

New Boiler fitting
Great service from Bumblebee from the first appointment to discuss our requirements for a new boiler. We researched which Boiler we wanted and Sean was very helpful and ordered the new boiler for us. The guys that fitted it were very pleasant and efficient and did a great job. We are extremely pleased with our boiler. Our home is nice and cosy now. The communication from the company has been excellent! We also had our gas fire serviced. We have now set up an annual maintenance plan with them to look after our boiler, to ensure the terms of the warranty are fulfilled. We would highly recommend Bumblee if you are looking for a boiler replacement or any other plumbing services. Thank you to the whole team!

Bumblebee came out to see if our boiler could be fixed which they hoped it could but then whilst waiting for them to come back to change a part it went completely. They offered a new boiler and went through the options and were back a few days later to fit. Was happy with their work and their communication, would recommend.

Great service from start to finish. Booked appointment by phone. Very professional and very easy. Got an appointment to fit around my night shifts. An email with an appointment confirmation came straight away. Email on the day of the appointment to state the time of arrival for an engineer. The engineer was very friendly and professional. Overall a great service provided by Bumblebee. I highly recommend and will be using these guys again.

I have used Bumblebee for service & compliance on my rental property for the last four years. It's never easy arranging visits with tenants, but with Bumblebee I just forward Ross the tenants details and they do all the arrangements directly with the tenant - fantastic! Bumblebee let me know the date & time they are due, and email updates on ETA on the day. All paperwork is emailed as soon as the work is complete, along with the invoice with bank transfer details. Making record keeping and paying easy.

It was easy to organise a diagnostic test and a quick return to fit a two-port valve for our broken central heating system. James was very polite and professional, especially considering the very frustrating position of the boiler in the top of the loft space at the far end from the loft hatch! He managed to get the work done very expediently, explaining what he'd done and why, and leaving everything neat and tidy. It's a shame our boiler system isn't covered in their subscription service, but we'll be having Bumblebee back for our regular servicing for sure.

Bumblebee have been looking after our heating system for around twelve months. An old radiator needed replacing and the job was quoted, programmed and completed quickly and efficiently. Fitters were polite, efficient and tidy…..can’t ask for more. No hesitation in recommending them.

Despite it being a busy time of year Bumblebee managed to fit in my Landlords gas safety check at fairly short notice. They contacted the tenant, arranged a date and access, did the check and sent me the cert. Easily the least hassle I have had over a gas cert. The price was fair and I will be using them for all of my work for the foreseeable.

Had Worcester 4100 Combi boiler install along with refit of 3 radiators with removal of old boiler, emersion heater plus two water tanks along with removal from site, have no problem's with workmanship. left site clean and tidy. Got email then text to say when engineer would arrive Would give this company 10 out 10 so much have taken out a service plan with them as well. Would highly reccomend Bumblebee Heating and Plumbing.

We've used this company for a number of years now for a range of plumbing and heating jobs around our house. We've always found them punctual, friendly, helpful and efficient. They charge a fair price. The latest was a boiler service which went as planned and, in addition, we asked for advice around another, separate matter in the house. Andy went above and beyond with the response, providing us with an insight into the next steps we needed to take. Simply cannot fault these guys.

Rang Bumblebee at 9am on 2/7/24, as I didn't have any hot water. They arrived at 11am, and fixed the problem. First class service from a first class company, so glad they cover Warrington!! I've had my 'ageing' boiler serviced by them for the last 2 years, and still going strong 🤞🤞.

I had a long standing issue with my shower pumps and general problematic plumbing in my house. Ross from Bumblebee recommended a solution for an unvented cylinder without the hard sell and I now have 2 working showers, hot piping water and no issue with the radiators getting warm when my condensor boiler is heating the hot water. A godsend in this weather! They came quickly and everyone I dealt with was absolutely brilliant. Great job all !

I decide to use Bumblebee to replace my boiler after seeing the brilliant job they did on my partners central heating installation. She was extremely pleased with the work carried out and so was I. They replaced my boiler and associated pipework and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. There were no problems or issues from the original survey to completion of the work. All for a reasonable competitive price. Karl replaced the pipework neatly and aesthetically pleasing going above and beyond to make it look right. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing or heating work
