My name is Ross Coen, Owner and Founder of Bumblebee Plumbing and Heating LTD. We have been operating since 2015 and we are going from strength to strength. We now have 8 vans on the road and a full-time office. We have numerous accolades for our excellent work.

Efficient, reliable and professional service. I have no hesitation in recommending Bumblebee. They have supplied and fitted our boiler and undertaken servicing and tech support. I highly recommend this company. I first got in touch through facebook when I was looking for someone to come and help my dad who has Dementia and had received a huge gas bill. Amanda and Jimmy sorted him in no time at all. They were so helpful. Jimmy looked right thru the house with ideas to keep the house warm and suggested a Hive. We then dealt with a lovely lady in the office to sort out his appointment for Steve to come and fit it. Both Jimmy and Steve arrived on time and were quick, clean and helpful. A great company to deal with.

Bumblebee have done an excellent job changing the boiler in my property. We got a call from our tenant on a Sunday that the boiler was not working. We contacted Bumblebee on the Monday. They went there straightaway to assess the issue, made a recommendation and resolved the issue on the Tuesday. We were happy, our tenant was happy, what more could we ask for. They worked neatly as well and left the area tidy. Thanks Bumblebee, keep up the great service.

I have used Bumblebee for 4 years and they only provide genuine, hard working and very knowledgeable engineers. They fitted my combi boiler and have serviced it yearly since. The latest service, the engineers were prompt, knowledgeable, extremely polite and carried out the service in a timely manner. For plumbing and heating I wouldn't use anyone else.

We needed a plumber to fix our heating that had eventually stopped working. I had tried other plumbers but they either never got back to me, and if they did when they came out had no idea how to fix it (but I still had to pay call out fee!) Bumblebee however were amazing - I just wished I had called them from the outset. When I rang to enquire they were super helpful, managed to fit us in by 10am the next day, and when the plumber arrived he knew exactly what the problem was. He had the part on the van, replaced it and had us up and running within 30mins. We would not hesitate to recommend - thank you!!

I used Bumblebee to replace my ageing and troublesome combi boiler. From the quotation and survey stage it was obvious that they took a great deal of pride in their work and they answered my queries promptly and fully. The quotation provided was clear and provided a range of options for me to choose from. Having committed to using them the install was arranged within a couple of days and proceeded quickly and efficiently and they left the work area clean and tidy. I would use them for future work without hesitation.

I've been using Bumblebee for a few years now. Everything goes to plan. They respond promptly and keep the customer informed. All work is of a high standard. Most recently, I needed a new combi boiler. Before starting work, they protected all the floors and carpets. The job was completed in about 4 hours.

We contacted Bumblebee following some previous work they had done for us. They fitted a larger radiator in one of our bedrooms to improve heat efficiency in there. The work was done on time and to budget. No mess, everything was left clean and tidy. We got exactly what we were hoping for. Very pleased.

Highly recommend this company. Had a new Boiler fitted 12 months ago which is a lot more economical than my old boiler. Received a phone call to say service was due. All booked in with no fuss. I had a leak on my heating system, Bumblebee came out and repaired it, this was all done very quickly. I can't recommend Bumblebee highly enough. I have my heating system on a plan with Bumblebee and they have never let me down! Ross and his team are a really professional outfit where excellence is treated as standard.

Needed a radiator thermostat valve changing and Bumblebee once again came to our assistance. Quick call to the office and a plumber was on his way the following day. Job done quickly with no mess. I was dreading my 30+ year old boiler finally giving up. It did just that on Christmas day. I have been told in the past by gas fitters ( not Bumblee ) that it was going to be a massive very expensive job to replace. They could not have been more wrong. An engineer came out to confirm that we needed a new boiler. We were given a price for the work that needed doing. Three engineers came to carry out the work a week later. They were fantastic from start to finish. They were so clean, tidy and professional. At the end of the day when they left it was as if nothing had been disturbed at all, and we had a lovely new boiler fitted. I would have no issues in recommending them to anyone. Fantastic service.

Ross and the team responded at short notice to an issue we were having with our boiler. Within a very short period of time Bumblebee had contacted me with a time slot for an engineer, same day. No dramas just very friendly and reassuring. Engineer arrived, asked if needed to take shoes off, spoke me through what issue was and was fixed in no time.
