Bumfords have just replaced our old oil boiler with a gas combi boiler and everything went perfectly. Alex guided us through arranging for a gas supply and meter, and then the boiler was replaced, the hot water cylinder and tanks in the loft removed, and they arranged for our oil tank to be drained and safely removed by a specialist firm. The engineers, Matt and Keith, were excellent, completing the installation more quickly and with far less disruption than we expected. There was no mess at all. We wish we had this done years ago ! Everything was done on time and for the agreed quote.

I rang Bumfords asking for help with an existing underfloor heating thermostat. Having been let down by the electrician who replaced the thermostat (he said he did not know how to set it up) I contacted Bumfords and spoke to Alex. On his advice I sent photos of the relevant parts and Alex contacted the manufacturer on my behalf. The result was a phone call from the manufacturer to talk me through the set up ... no problems! Very grateful to Bumfords who definitely put the needs of this customer first.

We purchased a new boiler from Bumford's 15 years ago, since when it has been serviced annually under contract. This year again Andy attended and completed the work quickly and efficiently. When arranging the service I also appreciated by Alex's impartial advice about flushing the system, ie without trying simply to sell me additional work.

I had my nest installed by Phil from Bumfords, after a couple of electrians failed to get it working, Phil was friendly and polite explaining everything to me. He got the nest up and running and in no time set it all up. I would highly recommend Bumfords heating engineers they were punctual and very efficient.

Having embarked on a substantial renovation project at my home I was confident that I could supplort the key trades in the project. The project included a large front extension (4mx12m) and side extension (5mx4m) and Bumfords supported this project by installing underfloor heating to ground floor, heating to first and second floor and all plumbing to 2 additional bathrooms. The heating plans were organised and sent to me to review in advance and I spoke to a rep from Bumfords to gain more understanding of how they would install the UFH and plumbing. Their staff are professional and polite. The installers fro Bumfords were excellent, often having to work around other trades. They not only did their own work well, but gave me advice on some DIY work i was undertaking and also assisted other tradespeople who were workking on the property when they needed some help. The standard of the work is excellent and I would strongly recommend them.

The work involved adding radiators to an existing system. How to integrate old and new demanded great expertise . The work was skillfully carried out and tidying up and carpets relaid perfectly afterwards-- all within the scheduled two days. The charge was very reasonable . As a bonus a problem with my shower was solved - I only paid for parts. This was first class service.

Had a condenser boiler replaced with a combi boiler and the old tank removed. Great service, hard working fitters and very little mess considering the work that was carried out. Would definitely recommend this company in the future.

Central heating Boiler changed, at a great price, with good advice given. No pressure to complete the order. Installation was carried out in a clean, efficient manner. No mess and nothing too much trouble. I would highly recommend them.

Had some changes made to my central heating system and a Nest Thermostat fitted.
