The project started exactly as scheduled, with all materials delivered on time and ready for use. Bernie and Rob were both exceptionally hardworking and punctual, beginning work at the same time each day without disrupting our daily routine. They were also very tidy, always leaving the work area spotless at the end of the day. The entire project was completed in just three weeks, as promised. They even went the extra mile by helping with some of my additional suggestions, including fixing the lights. I had a fire that destroyed part of my house, garden in early August 2023. I left the repair work to the insurers appointed loss adjusters, who after poorly assessing the damage done by the fire then did nothing to, 1). Arrange emergency repairs to make my home warm and dry. 2). Arrange their trades to assess the damage and make plans to start the repair work. After months of chasing the loss adjuster to start the emergency repair work, I was advised to get my own loss assessor who could, 1). Help push my claim with the loss adjuster and the insurance company. 2). Organise his trades to start work on the repair of my home. Colin came highly recommended and I am thankful that I found him. He took over the responsibility of getting my house repaired, I then felt that a vast weight had been lifted from my shoulders. Colin straight away arranged for emergency repairs to my damaged roof and a new boiler installation, as it was now November 2023 and getting cold and wet. Colin organised the trades to attend and submit quotes for the repair work. All quotes were collated and organised into a ‘Scope of Work’ this was submitted to the loss adjuster in January 2024.The loss adjuster question and challenge nearly every quote and the necessity of all the work required. It was thanks to Colin’s tenacity that we held fast and challenged the insurer's objections. In October 2024 we won through and got every penny from the insurance company. His efforts were invaluable. 5*

After a storm blew and a tree down onto my garage, destroying it completely, I asked CB Buildings and Claims Limited to rebuild it. Colin and his team took control and arranged for the site to be cleared, took me through the options available, quoted me promptly for the work and arranged for the new garage to be installed. They also took care of the electrics to the garage and rebuilt the gates and fencing that were also damaged or destroyed. While this was being done, Colin kept me informed throughout and also walked me through any issues that may arise. Every single one of his team that I encountered were a pleasure to deal with and were very friendly and clearly very good at what they were doing. Everything that was destroyed has now been replaced and all at a reasonable cost. I honestly couldn't recommend this team and Colin, Bernie and Rob highly enough.

Colin and team helped me with an insurance claim (their specialism) arising from a leaking shower unit. They were active in pursuing the claim on my behalf and were very prompt with dealing with the work once they had insurance clearance. The result was excellent, they were flexible and they were a great pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

I cant quite put into words how utterly wonderful this company are. When I say they saved us from a deep, dark well we were stuck in, defencelessly losing a battle with an Insurance company it doesn't sound enough. Colin and his team swooped in and they felt like guardian angels. We had a particularly difficult case with an insurance company and they constantly reassured me when things felt impossible. They are competent and knowledgeable about all the tricks people/companies pull and full of hope always that it will be ok. They were punctual, reliable, personable and so friendly! They know their stuff and then some!! When I was losing hope they would always keep me buoyant and positive! The work was completed to an incredible standard and all on time! They are efficient and so professional. I honestly cannot recommend this company enough, if you are looking for some one to go with then hesitate no further. It's one of the most satisfying encounters I've ever experienced with a company of this kind.

I was very impressed with the quality of the works carried out which included replacement flooring and redecoration following water damage. The job was carried out to schedule and with minimum fuss. Both decorators were pleasant to deal with and cleared up every day.

Finding this company was my lucky day. The insurance company left me to sort out the damp/leak myself and I had no idea where to start. From the minute I spoke to Colin I felt reassured that he could help me sort out the trouble I'd been having for the past 2 years. He explained everything in detail, including various and best options. I was worried about costs and he explained that he could take the hassle off me by dealing with them directly, and given that I hadn't got anywhere with them, it was a no brainer to use this company. The final work was completed to a high standard and most importantly, with care and attention to the things that were important to me, like timings and having to work round existing restrictions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and have already done so to my friends.

Work completed on time Clear communication before the work started and all through the time work was carried out The workers were pleasant and responded to my questions satisfactorily and the site of work was left clean at the end of each working day so I had no need to tidy up thereafter. I was also encouraged to not hesitate to make further contact should I have any concerns which was quite reassuring Overall my experience with this team was great.

Can’t recommend Colin, Bernie & Rob highly enough. Colin made the whole process of dealing with the insurance claim for a water leak stress free and kept me updated throughout meaning that I didn’t have to worry about anything. Once the scope of work/repairs had been approved, Bernie & Rob were then absolutely fantastic and completed the work to a high standard. Honest, reliable and local company who I have no hesitation in recommending.

After having a terrible experience with a cowboy builder earlier in the year I was nervous about involving these guys in my insurance claim. I needn’t have been. My insurance company offered me £1700 after a washing machine flood which I knew was ridiculous but Colin and Bernie managed everything for me and got £8000 out of them plus the cost of a hotel while my entire ground floor was replaced. Bernie and Rob came to do the work and they had a floor specialist fit the new floor. Afterwards they replaced all skirtings and decorated downstairs. I can’t praise their work or them more highly. An absolute joy to have around, lovely positive attitudes, and they were always willing to do a small thing or two when I needed it. In addition to the insurance job they also did lots of jobs that I had waited for months for my handyman to do (of course not covered by insurance so I paid for that separately) including decorating upstairs, fitting shelves, painting the summer house and making some small repairs inside and out. They came back a couple of weeks after finishing to fit a bath panel that arrived late and also arranged for the floor specialist to return and refit a section of floor that wasn’t quite right. All the work was done within time and budget. I had never heard of loss assessors before but if ever I have another claim on building damage I won’t hesitate to call them. Just make sure there’s plenty of chocolate biscuits and custard creams. Thanks guys!

I’d had a nasty leak from the flat above into my flat. It had caused damage to four ceilings, one of which needed to be completely replastered. It had ruined a bath panel, plinths and three rooms also had to be repainted. The team at 3 Counties not only not completed the job in good time and to an excellent standard, the process was professionally handled from the first phone call until completion. I couldn't give a higher recommendation

Great service from start to finish. Colin was great sorting out the insurance side of things with no need for me to talk to the insurance company. Bernie and Rob were friendly and easy going, they got the job done to a high standard and any extra little things I needed doing was not a problem. They also gave me some tips for looking after my floor. I know if I wasn’t happy with something I could contact them and they would be happy to come back to make things right.

Found the company on a directory of tradespeople where they had excellent ratings. They didn't disappoint! They completely refitted my bathroom including multiple layers of flooring after water damage. The team was professional, responsive, and friendly with great communication throughout the process. I'm delighted with the results.

After having a leak which totally ruined the kitchen & trying myself to liaise with the insurance company (which totally stressed me out), I was so pleased that Colin agreed to liaise with the insurance company which took that stress away from me. Colin managed the claim with total professionalism. But he also did the ordering of worktops, floor tiles ect. All I had to do was choose what I wanted. Whilst completing the work, (during COVID 19), both Bernie & Rob followed the COVID 19 rule, working safely & efficiently. They did an outstanding & excellent job. Following an extensive water leak at our family home, it was our pleasure to have Colin and Bernie manage our claim and all required contractors to complete a huge amount of structural and redecoration work across our entire home. They delivered on everything they said and while onsite both Bernie and Rob where both true gents and master craftsmen. Everything we agreed was completed as promised and any changes to the plan that we requested were accommodated without issue. Our house is now a home again which is a testament to their efforts and the overall quality C&B provided. I would recommend this business in a heart-beat to anybody...now days finding experts that both enjoy, want and deliver on their business as a trade is a precious rarity.

I had a bathroom leak and the floorboards had to be replaced. Apparently this was a small job for the traders around so I decided to extend it by getting rid of the bathroom cupboard (previously used for the water cylinder) and give the space to the adjacent bedroom. I spoke with Colin by phone and after I made a short video with what had to be done he accepted the job. He gave me very good advises regarding how to handle the claim with my insurance company. He was very easy to reach and very helpful. The job was done by Bernie and Rob which restored my faith in traders. They worked very tidy, always kept me updated with the progress,always explained what they were doing, were very flexible and did everything as I wanted, came up with really nice ideas in some unexpected situations. They changed the floorboards, did the partition wall, a lot of plumbing(refitted radiator, moved pipes), plastering, decorating,fitted main socket. Finding somebody that is able to do such a variety of jobs it's incredible and they did everything exceptionally good. As an example:their plastering was much better than the one made by my previous "professional plasterers" in the living room. The only downside is that I had the leak in May and I had to wait until September to get it done. Colin told me from the beginning that they are very busy and he didn't commit to any date until he was sure about it. But to be honest, I think if somebody is this good, they will always be busy.

My flat was flooded due to a leak, it needed complete striping off and redecoration. these guys have made everything stress free and completed the job at very high standard. I can't thank them enough for the great work they have done. A big thank you to Colin/Bernie and Rob
