We carry out all types of building work but we specialise in

PROPERTY INSURANCE CLAIMS

We will survey your property and do a detailed scope including photos to your insurance company. We will liaise on your behalf with your Insurance Company and their Loss Adjusters

We will then carry out the repairs.

If you have, or are about to make an insurance claim, please call us.

The service is FREE as we will invoice your insurers for the works carried out. Policy excess may apply.

Our mission is to take away the STRESS from an insurance claim.

Colin and Bernie made a stressful situation, much less so. They made an assessment of the damage in my bathroom and took over all the communication with the insurer on my behalf. This helped tremendously and things moved a lot quicker than I could ever have managed myself. Colin was always quick to reply to messages and kept me fully informed along the way. He also dealt with any concerns I had. Would highly recommend them.

I came across Concept from a quick Google search and fortunately struck lucky first time. The guys have been a pleasure to deal with and taken all the aggravation away from a nightmare situation of property damage due to water leak. They are polite, tidy and extremely thorough doing work beyond the call of duty. On top of that communications has been first rate. I highly recommend these guys and would not hesitate to use again.
