The whole job was completed in two and a half days, less than the three days quoted. The professional competence exhibited by the two installers left me in awe, this might be explained by the copious amounts of teas consumed. The courtesy shown to us and their general demeanour was above reproach. I would have no problem of recommending this firm to anybody a highly professional firm.

I had the polycarbonate roof on my 2.5 m x 5 m conservatory replaced with a roof of very similar shape made using 4 season glass. This is to reduce the high solar gain of heat in the summer and reduce heat losses in the winter to make the room more usable all year round. The conservatory had been modified a few years ago when I had an extension built next to it, so there were a few technical details to sort on the common box guttering. The C&L Window's surveyor brought the roof manufacturer to see the installation to ensure all issues were sorted upfront and included in the quoted price. The installation took a little longer than first planned mainly due to the care and attention to detail taken by the workmen. They were very polite, hard working & tidy - in fact you couldn't ask for a better team. I had 4 quotes and they were the equally least extensive.

Requested a quote for 15 replacement units for 20 year old windows. They came to measure on the agreed date and time. Very professional discussion re quality of replacement units and price. Arrived to fit on agreed date and time. Wonderfully experienced fitter who carried out the work efficiently and with care. He provided good quality advice re window care e.g hinges and locks. Invoice total exactly as agreed price. What a great experience from start to finish. Would recommend very highly

We wanted to replace the front door to accommodate flooring in the hall way of our two bedroomed bungalow. The work was estimated, surveyed and completed in quick time and to the estimate quoted which was competitive against others we had been given. Having used C+L before I was happy to re-employ them to complete this work and have had them back since to quote for another window replacement that we are planning for June.
