From the time we requested a quote until the time the job was completed Colin and his team were excellent. Extremely helpful, tidy and efficient. The job was completed on time and price with no hidden extras.

Great job .Needed to get job waterproofed rapidly and Colin sent out Keanu on a Saturday and he completed it on the Sunday morning. The Job was fiddly, adjoining an old cottage with very uneven walls, but he made a really tidy job of the abutment and the rest of the roof. Even though they worked over the weekend CanDO did not alter the quoted price. So tip top service!

Colin was recommended to me in September 2018 and we agreed a quote for the roof on a new build house. Due to outside factors the roof wasn't done until January 2019 but the quote was honoured. His team worked well, even in poor weather conditions. We had regular meetings with Colin to iron out one or two minor problems, none of his making, all resolved satisfactorily. We still have a small flat roof to be done, but are not yet ready for the work, but look forward to Cando completing the job shortly. Would recommend Cando.

Colin and his team re-roofed our cottage. In doing so they also brought up the insulation to meet current building standards. There was no access up into the roof void apart from removing the tiles. The cottage is now a lot drier and warmer than before. This is the second time we have used CanDo and continue to be impressed by their professional attitude and skills.

Colin and his team carried out some work on our roof because we had a leak coming in where the flash leading on the extension met the side of the house. We had at least 5 companies out before Colin and I have to say that Colin was fantastic from the start. He went up onto the roof and took photographs on his mobile phone so as he could show me what the problem was. He advised me he was very busy and that this sort of repair would need to be done in spring when the weather improved a bit. He provided a quote very quickly and we were happy with the cost. We booked him in advance and he kept us up to to date with when he could attend. We were very happy with the service and he was very clean and tidy. Would highly recommend him.

We had a leaking tiled roof to an extension. Colin and his team came very quickly to sort out the problem. The work was carried out very efficiently leaving no mess. Very reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend.

Candi roofing have worked for me on more than one occasion replacing a flat roof and replacing worn out drain pipes. On both occasions work was prompt and efficient. The standard of work was good and after care excellent also. I would thoroughly recommend them.

A bargeboard on our house was blown down in a gale earlier this year. This meant roofers were very busy but Colin came round promptly and quoted a competitive price to replace the board. The job was completed quickly and efficiently. We were very satisfied with the work.

CanDo replaced a large flat for me including adding in four new sky lights. It was far from a straightforward job, with what turned out to be an older roof hidden underneath the roof being replaced, and under that - rotten joists. Colin carried out two jobs for me. First was a repair to stop a leaking gully. Difficult to diagnose where water getting in. Colin tried to keep the costs down with a smaller repair, but when that did not work he replaced the whole gully reasonably. Second job was a rubber membrane flat roof replacement. Excellent job, looks so much better than felt.

Colin and his team did 3 small jobs for me: repairing/replacing 2 lead flashings and replacing some ridge tiles. They cured the leaks under the flashings but just as importantly they came and quoted when they said they would and did the jobs pretty quickly after quoting. In an industry with its share of cowboys it's nice to be able to recommend someone for good work and service.

Colin's team worked on my large flat roof, including guttering. Gave good recommendations on what I needed (ie, part warm roof). Excellent guarantees. There was a small problem, which was fixed in a timely fashion with no quibbles. I recommend them.

The job required a complete renewal of the roofing underfelt that had deteriorated over the years and allowed leakage into the loft space and rooms below. All the roofing tiles had to be removed and replaced either with the originals or new tiles where appropriate. Scaffolding was required both in my property and that of my neighbour's. All the work, including gutter removal and replacement where necessary, was completed quickly, cleanly and considerately. Where some additional work was necessary as a result of rotting and water damage, we were fully consulted and the additional cost was minimal. I was very impressed and would firmly recommend this company.

Colin responded with a visit and a survey on the same day that we 'phoned him. The repair was done on the day he promised-quickly and efficiently.

A thoroughly professional and personal service in a busy and congested space had a new, traditional slate roof with modern breathable felt and venting fitted as requested, safely and before winter set in. The roof looks the same and as good as it would have in 1850 and should last as long the original. I am very pleased with the work, the service and the resulting sound, weatherproof structure as well as the very reasonable final bill for a job of this size. I had previously used them to replace a flat roof on the rear of the property and would not hesitate to recommend Colin and his young team for this and any other conventional roofing work.
