Originally recommended by a friend, this is the second time I have used Carbon Legacy. That fact alone should be an indication as to how highly I rate this company. The first time, Carbon Legacy installed a Tesla Powerwall and Gateway plus an additional small 3KW array to take advantage of the morning sun. The second time was to replace and up-rate the old panels of my main array which had developed a fault. In both instances, I can honestly say that I was highly satisfied with the finished result. Throughout the process communication was excellent, the advice offered very helpful and the level of service and standard of workmanship exceptional. Highly recommended. Try them, you won't be disappointed!

Last year we commissioned Carbon Legacy to install two solar arrays, a Powerwall battery and an EV charger at our home. Everything went pretty smoothly & we were so impressed with everything that this year we asked them to install a second Powerwall to increase our storage capacity. I’ve found them to be great to work with at every step of the process, and the after sales service is second to none. I’m very glad I chose them to install our system and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering a similar project.

I employed Carbon Legacy to install a Powerwall 2 and Backup Gateway with Solar. The whole team from Sales, delivery team and electricians were highly professional. They were committed to the delivery, patient with my questions and took time out to show me how it worked. They were extremely clean and left no issues when the job completed. This is a highly professional company and I give them the highest recommendation.

We contacted Carbon Legacy via a friend to get a quote for solar panels After a visit from them to explain how they work and how they would be installed the guy was very knowledgeable We accepted the quote for panels and a battery and was told they would be installing them in July ..fortunately we managed to get them installed in June We have got 14 panels and a battery We are happy with the service and the team at Carbon Legacy gave us and would recommend this company

I would recommend getting a competitive quote from CL, my system is 18 panels across 2 aspects with Powerwall and invertor etc I found the price to be as per the market, but choose to go with them as had friends who had used them and recommended. Had to wait a little for installation due to how busy they are and high demand also the battery was on a longer lead time so was fitted at a later date. All in all good service had to chase a couple of times initially to get installation date but once I had this it was generally stuck to. The work was completed swiftly and the guys tidied up after themselves.

We used Carbon Legacy to add an additional small 3kw Array to our existing 5KW (to take advantage of late afternoon summer sun) along with a Tesla Powerwall to ensure we are harvesting as much self generated power as possible. This journey started in March 2022. Initially there were a number of site visits to confirm locations and applicability. At the time it was confirmed there were delays on the Powerwall due to the well known supply issues which I was aware of. Moving forward we managed to do a split install ensuring the panels were installed at the earliest possible time. Initial installation appointments were cancelled and rearranged due to supply issues on this side too, but at this stage communication was acceptable - these things happen afterall. The panels were finally installed in July 2022. The electricians were excellent! very pragmatic, ensured I was happy at every stage and amended some work to improve the aesthetics of the cabling etc. The battery was a different story unfortunately. Missed appointments, only finding out when I contacted them (taking a day of work) that they wouldn't be arriving, miscommunication and lack of understanding what had already been installed at the property etc. After finally getting this installed, late December (by the same excellent installation team) I can say I am extremely happy and reaping the financial benefits of the install. It is just a shame about the communication throughout the process has been somewhat lacking.

We approached Carbon Legacy in March 2022 regarding panels and battery combination and are delighted that we did. The panels were fitted at the beginning of August and the battery in October. We have only had it all up and running for a couple of weeks but are hopeful that the system will save us money in the long run. Carbon Legacy is a friendly, customer-focused company and we have been very happy with their service and patience at the millions of questions we fired at them! The team carrying out the work couldn’t have been more efficient and polite and we would certainly recommend this company - in fact we already have!

We have just had 18 QCell PV Panels and a Tesla Battery installed on our property by Carbon Legacy, who had been recommended to us by friends. We only approached CL and were very impressed with the way they engaged with us. At the first meeting to explore installing Panels we were made to feel important to Carbon Legacy. Each enquiry we made was answered timeously which was very encouraging. We were kept informed at all stages, either by a telephone call or an email. All aspects of the work were competed with care and efficiency and all members of the Carbon Legacy team were a pleasure to deal with, both those who worked on-site and those in the CL Office. My wife and I have no hesitation in recommending Carbon Legacy.

Carbon Legacy installed 27 solar panels and a Tesla battery on outbuildings at our property. They provided expertise to ensure the use of available roof space and design of the system was optimised. All aspects of the work were competed with care and efficiency and all members of the Carbon Legacy team were a pleasure to deal with.

We have just had PV Solar Panels system installed with Carbon Legacy this was our first and only quote for this installation onto our property and can only say that we received five-star service from start to finish without any hard sell tactics. As well as being kept informed throughout the installation by email and phone at every point. The swift installation on the day was completed in one working day with efficiency even down to the large pallet being removed which the Solar Panels arrived on a few days before the installation. The quote we received for the installation was very competitive. Well impressed with the service we received.
