My Mobility Scooter from CareCo was delivered on time and by two very helpful delivery men, Alex & Ahmed. They explained everything in detail and adjusted the scooter to my needs. I am very pleased with the service. I was kept up to date about my delivery and was contacted on the day, giving me an arrival time. The scooter looks great, and I am looking forward to my first ride once it has been charged up.

The purchase was easy from beginning to end. The website is clear and easy to follow and customer service very good. Delivery men Clark and James were very helpful and pleasant, and they set the chair up for me.The chair is exactly what I wanted and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this company.

I took delivery of the Riser recliner from the Burlington/Hudson range. Firstly, it’s always a difficult decision when you are in the showroom to choose a fabric from such a small sample piece, but I chose the amble pebble and it’s a perfect neutral. The delivery guys, Paul & Sahib, were very friendly and extremely helpful. They even moved an existing chair out of the way into the garage for me, which was above and beyond. Paul then explained all the controls very clearly. A 5-star service by a great company who have been very helpful throughout the process.

We received my husbands chair today, great lads ross and bailey very friendly and helpful and polite. They went above there job, well done lads really lovely meeting you 😀

I had a call from care co delivery personnel to say they were going to deliver between 11.30 and 12 noon they were very polite. They delivered my package exactly on time they were very polite and professional in the process of assembling the riser recliner chair there names are RICK & NILE I would recommend them and care co to anyone very pleased.

Brandon and Steven were professional they arrived on time and also helped remove a big chair from the room into the garage. They were polite and friendly. Lovely service.

I had excellent service from both Leicester and Coventry branches. I went into the Leicester branch with a specific chair in mind, but they hadn’t got it in the showroom. A quote was given to me for a 4 motor riser recliner chair which had to be actually built for me. I asked if I could take the quote home and think about it and maybe bring my friend in to see the chair. The staff were very helpful and were happy to agree to this request. After consideration I decided that I couldn’t afford the chair quoted by Leicester and wondered if one of your other branches had the chair that I originally wanted. Coventry did, so my friend and I took a trip to see it. The salesman(Lesley) was very friendly and gave me plenty of time to try all the chairs again. He explained about the chairs and all the controls. He didn’t put any pressure on me, he just gave me time to think and decide. The chair that I had seen in your brochure and had gone to see in Coventry had all the things that I required and was £1000.00 cheaper than the quote I was given in Leicester. It was an easy decision really and so easy to sort out. Lesley was very efficient and the sale was signed and sealed in less than 15 minutes. Everything was explained about delivery and aftercare and concerning delivery, that was excellent. The communication was great, Tim and Paul were on time, friendly, knew what they were doing and explained everything about the chair. Excellent service by everyone. Thank you!!

Tim and Paul were very friendly and helpful. They put the new chair up very fast and even dismantled the old chair for us and moved it to a place of our choice. Very happy with our service today.

I have just purchased 2 rise recliner chairs from careco. Fantastic help in the store, helpful advice and at no time felt pressured or rushed. Delivery prompt and completed quickly and carefully. An excellent experience all round. Would highly recommend them without hesitation

I purchased a recliner from CareCo Lincoln which was delivered and fitted in just two weeks. I found CareCo an excellent company to deal with. From viewing their selection, ordering with Lucy and Debbie, sales assistant and Manager, both ensuring buying my chair a pleasing experience. Delivery was made by Richard whom I found to be polite and professional. I would recommend CareCo to anyone looking to buy a mobility aid.

Shae in the shop was excellent. She listened carefully to what I needed and suggested just the right model of power chair. Shaun and James delivered today. Just been out for a test drive! Will take a little practice, but I'm sure I'll get the hang of it soon

Very pleased with service from start to finish. Very helpful and patient staff in the (Leicester) store. Riser recliner chair ordered, 4-6 weeks delivery promised. Actual delivery was 2 weeks. Installed, set up and functions demonstrated quickly and efficiently. Overall very pleased with the service from start to finish.

My dad with Alzheimer's and ordered a scooter from a catalogue from Careco and he was additionally charged an extra £900 on top of the 3499.99 he paid. On speaking with my dad if the company had any dementia awareness training it would be immediately apparent that he has cognitive issues. Dad does not even need a mobility scooter. Dad ordered a ranger mobility scooter for 3499.99 - the amount taken from his bank account was 4403.98 - i contacted careco and queried this and have a confirmation email from careco advising me that dad was charged VAT which he should not have. they charged him £119.99 for a years extended warranty and £50 for gel inserts in case he "got a puncture. He was also charged for installation... this is a plug in battery. The order has been cancelled but will take 7-14 days for the money to go back into dads account. I would be extremely apprehensive about recommending this company.
