I was very pleasantly surprised that my chair arrived so quickly and considering it was the Christmas period. From ordering the chair to delivery was a very efficient process. I was kept informed every step of the way. The delivery team told me they were on the way, set it up and demonstrated it clearly. Gerda in the showroom, Chelsea at customer service and the delivery team Mick and Isol all deserve a mention. Overall a pleasant experience

This company firstly went against the law with me returning a faultly item and only corrected it when i posted on trust pilot. They then immediately offered bribes repeatedly to get me to improve and remove my review on trust pilot. They used many other tactics to pressurise me. There customer support email address is also wrong on all paperwork and online it was only on phoning that that i found this out in time for my 28 days to not have expired. Etc i have attached first my emails requesting refund and their replies. Then, in backwards order, my emails with the managing director.

We called into the Blaydon careco store and had a vast range of recliner chairs to choose from. The store assistant helped us choose the one which best suited our needs. We were kept up to date throughout on the date and time of delivery. The chair was delivered on time this morning and installed by Kieran. We were very impressed with the highly professional service from beginning to end. We highly recommend careco to anyone looking for a recliner chair

My new chair was delivered today by Clark & Darren. They were very polite and professional. There was no mess, all packaging was taken away. Clear demonstration was given on how to use the chair in a safe manner.

Today received my Henley Wingback recliner chair, installed promptly and expertly by Daug & Andy. All contact is helpful and friendly, and the aids make daily life a joy instead of an ordeal.

CareCo has been the most refreshing company to deal with. From my initial showroom visit to today’s delivery the experience was perfect. The delivery team of Ross and Ahmed couldn’t have been more pleasant and considerate. The added bonus of the delivery being a week earlier than originally quoted was much appreciated. I am in awe. My wife bought a lightweight carbon fibre powered wheelchair about a year ago. In the last month it developed a fault where it would unpredictability cut out and stop dead. This was worrying and potentially dangerous. When we contacted CareCo to report this, it turns out that other people with the same wheel chair were having the same issues as us. To resolve the situation, CareCo offered to replace the chair free or we could wait until the manufacturer sorted out the problem. We opted to replace the chair. The replacement chair was delivered yesterday (in the pouring rain!) CareCo kept us updated through the whole process and the delivery guys kept us informed when they were coming. All in all, we were really happy with the way CareCo handled the process. We have bought quite a lot of things from them and have always been happy with the whole experience

Clark and Justin B delivered an excellent service, delivered, installed and demonstrated the 2 new Harmony beds. They were prompt, polite and extremely professional. Cleared away all packaging and took the time to check for any issues. A credit to CareCo.

I was kept informed about delivery time a few days in advance, and this was followed up by confirmation on the day in question. The delivery arrived within ten minutes of the estimated arrival time quoted. The technicians, Rick and Nyle were extremely helpful, friendly and efficient and delivery was completed in a very short time to my complete satisfaction. Overall another very happy experience, having purchased a number of products from this company.

The order was just after latest for pre Christmas delivery but was delivered only just over 5 weeks from order. Delivery was prompt and Chair and sofa were efficiently assembled and placed as required.

Having had a great experience whilst buying at CareCo Brierley with the lovely Shane. The service continued with Stuart and Jason delivering the sofa. They gave me the 25 minutes notice I had been told to expect. They calmly removed the old sofa, built the new one and were chatty and friendly throughout. Definitely recommend xx

I had selected my scooter myself so was very anxious that I had made the right decision. I have done up to now but it would have been worth my while calling for advice as every member of staff I have dealt with by email or in person have been more than helpful, friendly & nothing is deemed a daft question ~ it’s a huge purchase after all! Tom & Paul arrived promptly and called 20 minutes ahead as promised when demonstration & delivery were arranged. Delivery day was within the 14 days quoted & couldn't have run more smoothly. Both gentlemen were friendly, thorough without being patronising & left myself and my family confident going forward. All my questions about inclined in & around where I live were answered honestly & how to troubleshoot any issues this may cause. I really appreciated this as I would panic should there be any un forewarned hiccups. It’s very reassuring that I will most likely know what’s going on & how to remedy it. The manual left is written in understandable language with images to back it all up. I’m yet to take my ‘maiden voyage’ but feel confident in calling CareCo to ask any questions I may have. I didn’t buy a cover as I wasn’t sure if my scooter could be kept outside. All my questions about this were answered including the weight of the battery when bringing it inside. I won’t be able to lift it due to my limitations but another good factor to know sooner rather than later. I need a cover so my scooter won’t be taking up space inside THANK YOU

Our visit to the Nottingham store was a pleasant experience. Caroline was very helpful and patient. She had a wide knowledge of the chairs available. Our purchase was delivered by Dave and Sol. Both gentlemen were extremely pleasant and professional. The chair was put together in what can only be described as a well practiced way no hassle and no drama. The courteousness of both men was a credit to them and the service was very much appreciated.

Rick was so helpful when delivering and setting up my riser recliner chair. He patiently put it in my preferred position and explained how to work the controls. Excellent, prompt and friendly service. Many thanks.

Paul and Paddy delivered our new rise and recline chair last Friday. They were extremely helpful and friendly. They took time to explain how the chair worked and put it in the place where we needed it. They took all the rubbish away. We were very happy with the way they worked and helped us! I went with my daughter to the Southampton showroom to buy a riser-recliner armchair. Kevin and Ben were both helpful, showing us different chairs and allowing us time to choose the fabric. We did not feel pressurised at any time to make a decision. The chair was delivered on time by Rick who was on his own. He unpacked it, set it up and showed me how the handset worked. It looks smart, is very comfortable and I am very pleased with it.
