Great service all round from David in Preston showroom to Kieron and his mate on delivery. Everything went smoothly and everything was explained fully.Delivery was two weeks earlier than quoted so we were please to have everything installed before Christmas.

Outstanding customer service from visiting the show room in Sept, very helpful full attention on customer needs. We were kept informed throughout even contact 30mins before delivery. What a team! Arrived at exactly the time we were advised they wood, parked the van sensibly out of the way of other road users, delivery men, Tim & Stuart introduced themselves ‘ confirmed the item to be delivered. Assembled chair including the extra covers ordered and care kit. Demonstrated how to use the chairs remote control and then cleared all the packaging away, leaving the property exactly as it was prior to arrival but ensuring chair was located in the correct position for use. Careco are fortunate to employ such professional and conscientious workers. Thank you.

First delivery was chair installed with utmost care and drivers very pleasant then went back on 17thOctober to order settee to match. This was delivered within the time specified. the drivers who installed (Shaun and Paul) were very careful, tested everything and were very efficient. Excellent service and would recommend to anyone. Also on visiting the Store Hannah and Shai were very helpful, you were made to feel very comfortable.

I bought an Abilize Ranger Li to enable me to give our border terrier, Rosie, long walks. Osteoarthritis prevents that otherwise. I am absolutely delighted with the scooter. It gives a smooth ride on our uneven pavements and the mirrors give me a very clear rear view to avoid Rosie being surprised by other dogs coming up behind us. Controlling the scooter is very simple and it is really comfortable. I was also delighted with the home delivery and set-up process. It was done by very helpful people, at the expected time, and no packaging was left behind. It's also worth pointing out that I had gone to CareCo's nearest showroom (on a Sunday) and was given plenty of time to test drive 3 different models of scooter that met my needs. That included driving outside. The staff were very helpful and I was able to make my own choice.

great service in the shop. took all the time I needed to make my choice and good advice. No pushing g for more expensive ones. The delivering was quick and a nice young man installed the share and took the old one away. Very pleasant and helpful. greatly recommended.

Excellent delivery service, the men who delivered and installed the MaxiComfort Oasis chair were friendly happy courteous men. The chair is extremely comfortable, sturdy and just what hubby needed (as he struggles with getting out of furniture) with this chair its a doddle

We recently ordered a riser/recliner chair from Care Co in Canterbury. The showroom staff were extremely helpful in making sure that we ordered a chair that was suitable for my wife and would fit within our home. The chair was delivered and assembled yesterday by Graham and Bailey. They were fantastic; polite, professional and extremely friendly. They arrived on time, were extremely neat and tidy, and made sure that the chair was positioned exactly were my wife wanted it. They then explained, in detail, exactly how the chair worked and only left when they were sure everything was OK. Well done and thank you.

After seeing the CareCo advertisement on TV I decided to look them up. Discovering a great selection of seating I decided on the Wentworth fireside chair. Ordering was simple and straightforward. Chair was delivered when expected by friendly, helpful Dave and Mick who rung half an hour before delivery as promised, Good work chaps! On 5th November 2025 we stepped into Care Co's showroom in Bristol and found to our delight a wide range of riser recliner chairs. Gareth greeted us and established what we were looking for. He showed us those in the range that would suit our needs and left us to try them out in our own time. He came back and answered all our questions, in a thoroughly knowledgeable way. We were with him for about two hours. When we left to go for lunch he was not pushy in any way and expected us to take time to think about our purchase. Returning an hour so later we were greeted like old friends and again told to take our time making up our minds, choosing colours and that which fitted each of us correctly. Another hour or so and we ordered two different chairs, one for each of our needs... Upon delivery of the first chair, Jack and Stevan carefully unloaded it from the van and put it on a trolley to transport it down the sideway to the rear of the house and then lifted through the patio door and unwrapped it from its "raincoat".(very well covered and protected) They assembled the chair and Stevan demonstrated how it all works and put it in its new home, whilst Jack gathered up all the wrapping and put it in the van. Both of them were very happy in their work and answered all our questions. As a company Care Co. appears to excel in their customer service.

From start to finish ie. From the showroom in Bournemouth (Tim) to the delivery of my mother’s recliner chair.(Brandon/Stevan). The service has been out of this world. I never knew you could be fitted for a chair, which was done at the showroom with great tact and diplomacy. I was contacted for delivery last week and we sorted it out for today. Delivery drivers Brandon and Stevan contacted me, gave me a time and were spot on, friendly and very helpful, but the chair together and showing mother how to use it. Fantastic Thank You.

We bought 2 chairs from Care Co. There was a minor problem with one of them and a phone call solved it. They replaced the chair and Brandon and Stevan delivered it this morning as promised. They were very pleasant and helpful and I would willingly recommend you. Thank you
