I contacted CareCo to report slight damage to my scooter. They responded very quickly, confirming that it was still covered by guarantee and checking with the insurers to confirm that they would accept the claim. They then concluded the matter very speedily and efficiently, keeping me informed at all times, even arranging for their engineer to come to my home to undertake the repair. I would not hesitate in recommending CareCo for both their advice at the time of my purchase and the way in which they conducted my repair.
